Anybody on the board a shareholder and live near the Ruby? I would really like to see the condition of the wash plant/Trommel maybe post some pictures? Also the trains they use to drive the miles of shafts are the batteries stolen? Was there any damage done while it was shutdown? How is the new ventilation system? How is the permit for explosives coming? Just a few off the top of my head I would like to get updated on holding over a million shares
Market is getting SMASHED today we need Trump back in office ASAP
When is the going to be let out of jail?
Wondering if they are allowing shareholders on the Ruby for tours
TGIF let’s go into the weekend green
I have to agree with you I threw all my common sense out the window on this one and am down almost 60% and that after trying my best to leverage down
How Low Will She Go Bro?
Note 2 – Going Concern
As shown in the accompanying financial statements, the Company has incurred recurring net losses from operations resulting in an accumulated deficit of $13,462,026, cash of $929 and a working capital deficit of $1,692,571 as of December 31, 2020. These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Management is actively pursuing new ventures to increase revenues. In addition, the Company is currently seeking additional sources of capital to fund short term operations. The Company, however, is dependent upon its ability to secure equity and/or debt financing and there are no assurances that the Company will be successful, therefore, without sufficient financing it would be unlikely for the Company to continue as a going concern.
I hope to be a whale someday for now I am only a minnow
Nice reversal to the Moon Nio!
Colorado Mill
Progress continues.
Today a lot of tabling was done to clean the concentrates from the former company we were processing for.... Hopefully we can recover some of the values out of the money they owe us.
Gold in the pan picture is just what was captured off the sluice trap. About a quarter of an ounce and there's still more because the last batch processing through has not been added to that tally yet.
We have three pallets of approximately two to three tons of concentrate. The gravametric and froth flotation.
flotation cons are running 7 to 10 oz of gold per ton... This is spectacular news. This is also the gold that is lost by operations that only do crushing alone with gravity capture.
I don't know what the gravity cons will run yet but in the past they've assayed
from 1.2 to 1.8 oz per ton.
We will table the pyrite cons next to catch any free milling gold and we will leach the remaining material for it's gold content.
We have the fortune to pick up some more equipment that will be quite handy going forward.
Picked up a couple of pumps that can pump slurry. Their diaphragm pumps that are very hard to get ahold of. We also picked up a few electrical panel boxes that will be handy for expansions or for another mill.
And we also have the good fortune to find a vacuum belt filter.
This giant vacuum belt filter where it has a new belt and a vacuum attached to it can suck the water out of clays and slimes. Making for a near solid clay.
This will allow us to make two products out of what we grind up one being a sand and two being a clay
We're very happy with how well the mill is running the tailings. After dealing with that last nightmare or that was so hard it was very difficult on the equipment. Running these tailings is like a dream before we were limited to running at about 4 tons per hour to get the right grind size. We had the shoot at full open and appears that we were running an approximately 10 to 11 tons per hour... And the machine still wanted to eat more.
You think we might be able to bump it up to 13 to 15 tons per hour.
If we're going to run low-grade stuff That is .08-.15 opt... That would just make $2000 to $4,000 per hour running garbage.
I like garbage
Granite we still have the extra steps of leeching and tableing etc.
But even if stuff is only running a gram per ton we can still make money on it which is kind of unbelievable.
Anyway we broke in all the systems on some of the hardest stuff there is out there so now we're working on is really kind of simple.
Now the other question that comes into play is our little friends at the state. Were there illegal bureaucratic non sense.
Since the county did the inspection and said that we're in the clear. And since we're in compliance with all federal regulations.
And it's not like we're hiding anything because we've been writing letters directly to the EPA telling them what we're doing.
It's going to be very interesting to see what happens with the state.
We are going to file a lawsuit against the employees within the next couple of weeks.
At that same time we will apply for a permit for the regular mine.
This will force lawyers to get involved. Particularly on the state end.
If they have any intelligence at all they're going to tell them to stop messing with us.... But as people that wash out of law school and don't do very well that have to go work for the government state governments in particular... We just don't think they're going to be smart enough to know that.
This is no matter we're going to stir things up a bit and make things quite interesting. These bureaucrats will not be allowed to enforce their religion on us.
life is starting to look pretty good

This is an old report from 1942 and I found it interesting and sure they can find an old ancient waterfall that could have tons of Gold in it.
"The Ruby Company discovered this same deep lead and worked the west benches of it for about 1000 ft. to the Bald Mountain line. Except for 400 ft., the 'Deep Channel' has not been worked from the Ruby line to the south line of the Bald Mountain property. Calaveras slates and amphibolite schists with long parallel lenses of serpentine make up the country rock. Rich quartz ledges occur in the schists and slates along the contacts. Erosion of these by ancient rivers and tributaries accounts for the richness of the ancient channels. The pay gravel ranged from 300 ft. to 600 ft. in width and from 10 ft. to 50 ft, in depth. The gravel was all quartz and quartzites, medium sized to fine; bedrock mostly slate (Calaveras), soft and a good gold catcher. The gold was mostly coarse, nuggets ranging from 1 to 20 ounces being common, with some pieces weighing as much as 73 ounces, though fine gold was also found. Black sands and arsenical sulphides were common. Several quartz ledges were found in the mine, one with free gold in place in the rock ; the gravel below where the channel had crossed the ledge was cemented together with sulphides." CJMG, 1942
