Looks like after the ICR conference was over yesterday afternoon is when more buying occurred. That's a good sign for Wednesday.
Here's why we haven't uplisted to NASDAQ yet..
Democrats need to stop partying in Puerto Rico and make a deal with the orange man on border security!
https://www.cnbc.com/2019/01/11/government-shutdown-pours-cold-water-on-start-ups-2019-ipo-ambitions----.html
We're being robbed by the NASDAQ.
NBEV is doing what we would be doing if we were on the NASDAQ. How the hell are they listed and we aren't? We're losing out on hundreds of millions in investment capital! As you can tell I'm pissed about it.
So back to my original theory then that NASDAQ employees are invested in tilray and other Canadian cannabis companies. They don't want the competition, so that's why they are blocking the uplisting ?
If Mona was the reason for NASDAQ uplisting being blocked, that would have been made public by now. And I don't think they would have even submitted an application if Mona were an issue.
That is a good point. I have not seen any uplistings to the NASDAQ since the government was shut down on December 21st.
Has anyone seen any uplistings have any companies?
Then NASDAQ and CVSI have a duty to say something if the government shutdown is a factor.
Hell, even Blue Apron got listed on NYSE. They have had massive losses, tons of debt, and have a crap product.
CVSI has awesome everything and are still stuck on OTC. What am I missing here??
NASDAQ uplisted ONCY last June, the company makes no profit and has only a $37 million dollar market cap. Total dog turd of a company.
Explain to me why they are uplisted to NASDAQ and CVSI isn't ??
Very protective of their reputation yet they allow crap companies with no profits like SNAP and TSLA?? Riiiight..
It's not CVSI's fault there are corrupt people at the NASDAQ blocking the uplisting. There is zero reason why we haven't been approved yet.
We need to sue the NASDAQ. The longer we wait for an uplisting (which should have already happened) the hundreds of millions in investment capital CVSI are losing out on. We are literally being robbed.
There's no reason why we haven't uplisted yet, unless NASDAQ employees are corrupt and are invested in Tilray and don't want competition?
No reason why we aren't on the NASDAQ! We should file a class action lawsuit against the NASDAQ for not allowing our uplisting. We are losing out on investment capital that's going to Canadian companies and not American. This is insane! NASDAQ are some shady fucks.
This ICR conference CVSI is attending has only NASDAQ and NYSE listed companies attending. Notice CWebb wasn't invited? I wonder why??
MJ ETF is going buy up CVSI stock big time once we get on the NASDAQ. It's coming..
Any news/uplist will kill short sellers!
Set your sell orders for $50+ and adjust in 60 days so short sellers can't "borrow" your shares!
I just had to repeat that.
My Order #143271 from 12/11/18
Love this company! The potential is massive. I just hate how quiet they are with PR.
This this is ready to skyrocket!
CVSI was the only OTC company invited to the conference, everyone else is listed on NASDAQ or NYSE.
CWebb not invited to the ICR conference. That says a lot about who are the industry leaders. CVSI is like the only OTC company invited. Everyone else is either NASDAQ or NYSE.
Why wasn't Cweb invited to the ICR conference? It's a huge missed opportunity for them.
CVSI was invited to the ICR conference and Cwebb was not. That's a huge statement on who the big players are in the cannabis space.
So why isnt Cwebb attending this conference then?
Show me a link to where they apply and pay to be part of the conference. From what I read, companies were invited. Investors pay to attend.
CWebb was not invited to the ICR conference. Did you guys notice that? CVSI, Tilray, and Cronos are the big cannabis companies presenting at the conference. And guess who has the best financials? Something big is going to happen at that ICR conference next week!
http://www.icrconference.com
If we were denied NASDAQ uplisting they would have told us already.
And there's no way if we were denied would we have been invited to the ICR conference!
FYI- ALL these companies presenting at the ICR conference are listed on the NASDAQ or NYSE. Tilray and Cronos are both presenting there too. So I bet CVSI gets uplisted before the conference on Jan 14-16. Some big news will come from this conference with so many big names attending. Exciting times!
Anyone video recording the CVSI presentation at the conference?
Email your local health food stores and ask if they carry +CBDOil products. That's what I have been doing. Many still do not carry any CBD because they didn't know Hemp is now 100% legal.
Blue Apron, which is a dog turd of a company with horrible financials and no profits somehow got listed on the NYSE. And we can't even get on the NASDAQ??
It's been 25 weeks since they submitted the application to NASDAQ. No reason why they haven't gotten their shit together and approved CVSI uplisting. Plenty of time !!
The longer we go without uplisting, the more investment capital we are missing out on!
I'm about to call the company and demand an answer. You guys should too. These Canadian cannabis companies are already on the NASDAQ and are soaking up all the investor capital, which them a competitive advantage.
This is such bs that hemp is now 100% legal, CVSI financials are awesome, and yet we still haven't uplisted?? Wtf is going on ???
My order #135666 was on 11/26
So that's about 96,000 orders since!
Do the math. Wow.
Some PR regarding the NASDAQ uplisting would be great right about now.
It's such bullshit to see all these Canadian cannabis companies listed yet we aren't. Hell, NBEV had their entire operation in Colorado. So how are they on the NASDAQ and we arent??
Significantly undervalued!
Compare CVSI which is profitable and no debt to Snapchat which is listed on the NYSE and has never posted a profit.
How many stores are they in now? 2100+?
I bought some +CBD oil gummies for the wife as one of her Christmas presents. She loved them. :)
https://pluscbdoil.com/cbd-products/cbd-oil-gummies/cbd-oil-gummies/
So how the hell do all these Canadian cannabis companies get listed on the NASDAQ in the US if what they are selling is still Illegal in the US?
It's like if some country in Asia still had slavery and wanted to get listed on the NASDAQ. It wouldn't happen!
