that is in their press release..
so their .65 stock should go for $1.50ish or so.
so 2 guys from a company that is getting bought out bringing increased production, marketing and increased shareholder value are NOW on our board..

there is key news which I believe is very close..
we all can see that there is much news to put out.
HOWEVER..management has made it clear that they want financials caught up a little more before they start pushing.
I am curious what will happen when Q2 financials come out and what they will tell us.
The goal is the Amex..we all know that. We also know financials need to be caught up.. so why waste your publicity until at least another quarter is out..
But the help Rich will be getting very very soon should boost us immediately.. you asked for some upper level help..You got it

at this point.. we are all frustrated. They are still saying in my opinion.. " we are holding up press and pushing the stock until we get financials caught up"

my assets are at 52 week lows too. Not good in a recession

shorts are covering.. if volume keeps up this will be great
