When officers and directors of ANY company are bullish on their company's future, it's common and logical for them to have a significant number of shares, or at a minimum for them to accumulate shares particularly when there is SP weakness.
Does anyone else find it concerning that no officer or director has been buying?, AND that the existing largest stake by any individual is still less than 1%, and as a group in TOTAL is just about 1.5%?
This coming from the people that should know better than anyone on conditions going forward doesnt instill a great deal of confidence.
So whats the problem?
IMO, after reading all the filings, the problems have been and continue to be the financing structure and perhaps the financing companies themselves.
For those that haven't already, I suggest researching the impact of other arrangements made by AJW and New Millenium to determine if there is a history of toxic financing.
If so, that would explain quite a bit.
