After reading the news again it looks like they are estimating the projected sales to be double or triple the IPTV sales for the phone alone so we could be looking at a combined $150-$200 mil in sales between the two services. THAT would be nuts!
Well they estimated $50 mil by end of 2010 and are expecting to double or triple so that's what I get out of it.
So we could be looking at 100-150 million in sales through 2010
While sales projections for the GO-V-Phone have not yet been announced, Global Online Television estimates that they will double or possibly triple the current 2010 projections for the GOTV IPTV service.

Ken,
Yes the forward split is a 11 to 1, or can be stated as 1 for 10 forward split.
You will recieve 10 shares for every 1 as long as you have the shares at the end of business September 1st 2009.
Thank you for your interest in Atlantis.

Isn't a forward split supposed to be 10 for 1 instead of 1 for 10? Also, you mention 10 additional shares ("What this means is that for every 1 share of Atlantis that the shareholder invests in, and additional 10 shares") which would mean if I own one share I would end up with 11 not 10. Please clarify this. Thank you.
I would have to agree completely with you on that one. I will be loading with you. At the very least we know it will run up from those levels with some pump and even if I don't trust good old Stevie boy I would be a fool to not put my bitterness aside to make some of my losses back!
You won't believe this....
I just saw 2 pigs fly by my office window! hahahahha
triple zero land is imminent!
Amino Technologies which is listed at the bottom of the Services section on gotvco.com looks to be the provider of the boxes GOTV is selling. They trade on the London Stock Exchange at 46.50 GBP which is roughly $75 per share american with confirmed revenue at roughly $52 million US.
"Amino Technologies plc has reported that its revenue decreased 1.1% to GBP 31.9 million for the year ended November 30, 2008, compared to GBP 32.25 million for the fiscal 2007. For the fiscal 2008, gross profit was GBP 13.37 million, an increase of 18.2%, compared to a profit of GBP 11.31 million for the fiscal 2008."
Not saying all things are equal but if ATNO is projecting 50 mil by end of 2010 wouldn't we at least be looking at a PPS in the dollar range by end of next year if revenue/customers is confirmed?
going wrong way
That is a good way to start a monday!
As Bradakus said, CEO is a POS so trade to make a few bucks and run for the hills.
MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - 08/12/09) - Atlantis Technology Group (Pinksheets:ATNO - News) Board of Directors approved a forward split 1 for 5 at a special Board of Directors meeting on August 11th, 2009, for every 1 share of Atlantis the shareholders will receive an additional 5 shares of Atlantis. This split was agreed unanimously by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors feels this forward split will give opportunity for investors to become shareholders of Atlantis Technology Group as well as give current shareholders more value in Atlantis Technology Group .The Board of Directors has scheduled a special meeting for August 15, 2009 to discuss details of the forward split.
No offense but you should read it again and post according to what is actually says and not what you remember reading.
Where do you get shares for another company? It specifically says "for every 1 share of Atlantis the shareholders will receive an additional 5 shares of Atlantis" NOT another subsidiary.
Agreed. I didn't mean to combine those two points. There are major tax advantages to forming a business in either of those two states and you're right, most businesses register there.
Humphries led shareholders on with BS PR's. He used his "marketing group" to funnel money back into his pockets directly from shareholders with piss poor efforts. I personally know of at least a dozen marketing groups that could work wonders with less than a 12k a month retainer. The guy is an absolute joke and will rob all investors who put money in his hands.
Only way this is heating is if they forward split 1000 for 1 and keep stay at .02. They are going to run this like before and suck everyones money and let it crash down again. There's a reason for registering a business in Nevada. CEO IS A SCAMMER
It won't explode until we get the public announcement of these 2 items. I would think that would be this week so there is a good entry for anyone not in.
I hope we get them both today. Will make for a strong day/week!
More NEWS! Should announce grant plus this!

EP Global Communications, Inc. and Bright Beacon have established a partnership in an effort to connect families of children with special needs.
EP Global Communications Inc ., the parent company of Exceptional Parent (EP) magazine, has announced that the Company has formed a strategic partnership with the newly launched special needs social networking website, BrightBeacon.org. Bright Beacon will utilize EPGL’s extensive reach into the special needs community to bring a needed resource to families of children with disabilities while EPGL will utilize Bright Beacon’s unique tools to augment its popular Search & Respond, enhancing connectivity.
Founded in 2008 by two pediatric residents, BrightBeacon.org is a free social networking site where families of children with medical needs can meet to socialize, strategize, and ultimately share ideas and experiences. Bright Beacon’s core strength is its functionality: users are able to find each other by medical diagnosis, geographic region, demographic information, and more. Searches can be individualized so that a single, working mother who has a child with autism and lives in San Antonio, TX, can find a mother just like herself within a 10-mile radius. Features include personalized discussion boards, blogs, a marketplace, and a forum for launching web-based support groups.
Through its flagship publication (EP Magazine), its website ( www.eparent.com), its online seminars, and its many other programs and projects that involve the special needs community, EPGL stands as a respected, well-known, and valuable resource that has been relied upon for over 38 years. Bright Beacon, through this newly formed alliance with the Company, will be working to provide EPGL’s audience with another tool that will enhance their quality of life – social networking.
As co-founder Matthew Moore explains, “It’s a dark, dark world out there. When families are struggling to find each other, we want to be that light that draws them to hope, to community, and we know that EPGL can connect us to those who are most in need of what our website can offer.”
Joseph M. Valenzano, Jr., the President and CEO of EP Global Communications Inc., agrees. “Today’s technology allows for connectivity unlike never before. Parents of children with special needs benefit greatly from the ability to reach out to one another to share information – which is something we have been able to help them with for 38 years through our Search and Respond section,” Valenzano stated. “Bright Beacon is taking that kind of service to the next level and we are excited to be a part of it.”

I expect the re-signing of the Army contract this year as well as the potential for other branches.
The grant money is great news for us holding long here! I am sitting on a nice chunk of shares waiting for this company to grow. We should jump next week with official announcement...probably nothing outrageous, but if they are successful with adding additional military branches coupled with the Army contract this could really boom. I have no problem waiting another year or two for monster returns. I believe in this company and understand you can't turn a business into a major success over night. Get your investment back on the coming run like I just did on friday and hold as much as you can for as long as you can.
GLTA and be patient.
Anyone know level2?
I second that! Anyone who believes otherwise is very unfortunate!
Down, down, down, down, down. At this point I can only wish the absolute worst for Dealer Advance. We were lied to and subsequently screwed out of our money to line that piece of sh#* SH's pockets.
Anyone have the current issued/outstanding share count?
absolutely agree!
It was lame news. When they announce that a LOI is drafted that's when you'll get your pop. Saying you intend to provide an LOI when you find a company you intend to pursue is nothing more than fluff. It is nice to see they are back in operation though. Maybe they will land a great company...time will tell.
I'm really excited about buying here with the serious potential of losing even more. I REALLY hate money! If you didn't catch it, that was sarcasm!
While I was certainly on board end of '07 with this and rode it up nicely then had the unpleasant experience of the plummet...I can honestly say, after losing a major chunk of money here following bull sh!# PR's my recommendation for anyone is to not believe a word this company says and to put your money somewhere else. This will continue to drop until it is back to trip zero 1.
Fortunately my estimate was inaccurate and we are still at 698mil as of 11/13
It was 698 two weeks ago on 10/29
and on 10/7 it was 635.5 so I would reason to believe it is at 737.76, averaging 2.84mil a day
Has anyone tried to get a response from SH? Obviously we are dead in the water but just curious...he has yet to respond to me. No surprise really.
The upside to being a pinkie is they can basically carry out their lies much easier. And hey, maybe people will buy into them and we can have another falsely driven surge. Woo Hoo
Jim is the CFO/VP Operations ( James McGinnis)
Sorry, should have read ahead.
MOD PLEASE DELETE. Thanks
Can you elaborate? How did he hear of these? I have tried numerous times to get simple answers from the company with no luck. I'd love to hear great news but we have been led down a treacherous trail that is very deep.
Any additional info is always welcome.

Well because that is the nature of Coastline's business...accounts receivable and purchase order financing. Building workflow capital is also a primary goal for companies who enlist the services of a company like Coastline. It is not a great situation but it is not a bad one either. Would it be better if they could just use conventional lending, sure, but at least this arrangement does not put us in a situation where Coastline dilutes shares to make their money.
