I do not concur with the first 2 of your explanations .

NEOM has demonstrated meticulous legalese in ALL of their correspondences and news releases . I have taken great issue with that legalese language but that is not my point here .
When a company crosses every ' T ' and dots every ' I ' with
a clear mastery of language and legalese it is incomprehensible that the company would make themselves vulnerable to an inadvertent or deliberate slip of the tongue to anyone . That would be inconsistent to their finely honed method of communicating and would be tantamount to corporate suicide to do so .

I have been in enough stocks to know that there are favored shareholders ....the ones who promote the company ; the ones who communicate supportively ; the ones who share a company's vision . This is proper conduct and there is NO breach of
Regulation Fair Disclosure when NO disclosure of " private "
information occurs . Sharing the dream with supportive shareholders is the best form of permissible communication to other shareholders , particularly " favored " shareholders , recognizing that message boards are a known conduit for expressing those positive sentiments to the shareholders who do not communicate directly with the company .

I have silently agreed with many of your posts , APD , assuredly to the chagrin of ALL other NEOM posters . In this instance you are wrong .

Your third explanation is the only plausible one .

To add a fourth explanation , J.P. has always conducted himself with unimpeachable integrity . Agreeing with his points of view is not relevant . It is completely illogical for him to impugn his own integrity .

we all hope and trust that GZFX will " change the way the OTC should be " ( a paraphrased quote from J.F. ) , and become

Agent ...very informative post / link . I am amazed that 85 %
of money for Hollywood & Studios comes from getting big screen movies into DVD's and games as quickly as possible . The power of Wal-Mart to make a $100 million order for ONE DVD or game
is shortening the time a movie is played in the theaters to
the more lucrative DVD & game industry . Add to a $100 million Wal-Mart order for just ONE DVD / game the mega million dollar orders from Best Buy , Circuit City and all other consumer electronics stores .

As digital big screen TV's become cheaper and common place in homes , and with the proliferation of Ipods , portable DVD players , DVD capable computers , the public consumer is the driving force in wanting everything NOW .....and they are getting it NOW .

This sector is moving forward at lightning speed , and selling or RENTING new release DVD's and games will generate $$$ Billions to the Wal-Mart's / Best Buy's / Circuit City's / NetFlix's / and other competitors .

One can see WHY Circuit City needs the partnership with GameZnFlix as much as GameZnFlix needs the partnership with Circuit City . Circuit City wants the competitive EDGE ( just for you , John ....smile ) and RENTING DVD's and GAMES will give C.C. that EDGE , to augment their revenues from sales .

Hi John ( The Edge ) ....I was being polite by referencing the general OTC market as " nefarious skulduggeries " , which means fluff or false news , or uncorroborated news in an OTC company's SEC Filings , and other less-than-truthful activities . Few OTC investors seem to correlate any OTC company's news releases to tangible evidence in SEC Filings ,
which is why so many OTC investors lose on the infamous pump and dump and criminally manipulated OTC market .

Should GameZnFlix really release ONLY historical / material event news then ALL news releases will be verified in SEC Filings / Financials ....transcending the company from the usual manner of " nefarious skulduggeries " of most OTC companies to a company with integrity . It is a BIGGIE for me .

Good post , Malum . The market needs different types of investors who base their investment strategies on risk tolerance . " Big money " typically has a much lower tolerance for risk , preferring and recognizing that their portfolio
should be comprised of only profitable growth stocks .

Once GZFX demonstrates incontrovertibly that the company has progressive revenues and PROFITS , has a clear corporate strategy , and is in a growth sector with the Circuit City partnership confirmed , those investors will
then consider GZFX to have LOW risk and HIGH reward probabilities . Those types of investors would never consider buying GZFX at .013 cents at the HIGH risk phase because
HIGH risk is inconceivable to them . Commensurate to GZFX's
verifiable growth those investors would consider buying GZFX at a much higher valuation on the EXPECTATION ( not anticipation ) of continued growth .

The current GZFX investors / shareholders carry the burden of
HIGH risk according to recognized risk versus reward templates . Surely the current GZFX investors who have invested in other OTC stocks know all about high risk and 90 % losses . So do BIG MONEY investors .....that's why they have
BIG MONEY because they simply will not invest in HIGH risk stocks .

Fringy said it best ; Just because John Fleming states that GZFX is a growth company , and if I may elaborate to include
current GZFX investors who believe that GZFX is ( will be ) a growth company , the rest of the National Market's LOW risk investors do not yet believe until the PROOF , PROOF , PROOF exists .

Should GZFX perform as current shareholders believe , it will be the " BIG MONEY " investors who will pay a premium to get our shares , recognizing that even .40 cents ( EXAMPLE ONLY ) is peanuts to them for a GROWTH company , and that is the factor that will not only drive GZFX's PPS north but also sustain the PPS at the higher valuations .

IMO , Circuit City will demand that GameZnFlix do everything right and to their standards of corporate protocols and ethics . I also believe that CC will demand that GameZnFlix dissociate the company from the nefarious skulduggeries of the OTC Market by conducting ALL of their business affairs with impeccable integrity , beyond reproach and atypical OTC suspicion .

Current shareholders will then have HIGH rewards to a LOW risk growth stock .

Yes , John ....GZFX could well be an " OTCBB investor's dream " ....I have referred to it as possible , life-altering wealth , even if that wealth is recovered losses from all the other OTC cherubs .

I may be reaching in the dark but I'll guess that there are MANY OTCBB investors who are in negative territory because of the treacherous conditions in the OTC market , and they are looking for just ONE OTC stock to do it right , with the rarest commodity on the OTC called PROOF . I am astounded by the proliferation of FLUFF and utterly FALSE news releases on the OTC , and the SEC does nothing . The Naked Short Share
( NSS ) scandal perpetrated by toxic lenders , market makers , and other criminals and the unconscionable ineptitude of the SEC to stop this corporate crime of the century makes the OTC even more treacherous .

If Circuit City believes in John Fleming and Chip Gallant then
so too should GZFX investors .....and if Circuit City and GameZnFlix really do things as right as we think they will ,
then GZFX investors just may get their life-altering recovered losses and hopefully positive territory wealth .

I have relied more on fundamentals than anything else , and other factors that focus on behaviors of ALL persons involved in a stock , from CEO / Mgmt , media commentators , MM's ,
message board participants , and insider activities .
I am a child psychologist so studying behaviors is my strength .

My skills were honed from the duplicitous lies and agendas
of MANY , dating back to early 2000 where even my broker
moved my portfolio into stocks that tanked to brutal levels .
Only when I took control of my portfolio did I eventually recover my substantial losses ( over $350,000 ) . Being in
positive territory was hard earned and it took 3 years of meticulous due diligence and extreme cynicism to get
' GREEN ' . My partner loves me in red but I feel so much better in green ....a wee joke between us .

So far I am impressed by John Fleming as CEO of GZFX , and by his words of wanting to evolve GZFX to a become a standard bearer for the way the OTC market should be . His commitment to only releasing historical / material event news is a BIGGIE for me ....no fluff promises , just PROOF .

My compliment of " esteemed " to the chartists on this board is not frivolous , and is my sincere THANKS to those persons for teaching me things that have been previously beyond my realm of comprehension .

A technical question to any one of our esteemed chartists .

Of the dozen or so OTC stocks that have had moon shoot runs during your tenures as chartists , ie minimally 1,000 % runs , did the charts give clues to such breakouts ? Of course , my question is applicable only if any one of you have followed a stock before the moon shoot run or soon thereafter .

With the apparent ( evident ? ) coiled spring on GZFX's PPS , combined with verifiable news , are there clues in the charts that GZFX could have another moon shoot run ? I recognize that the sustainability of a possible run is mitigated by several factors , not the least of which is the potency of any news .

Just curious if the factors that trigger runs are observed in the charts .

Xanadu...your reference is to CC's summary of the 3rd quarter ,
concomitant with their conference call , but their SEC 10QSB has not been released .

I've been waiting for CC's 3rd quarter 10QSB to be released .
Since their 3rd Q ended on November 30th there should be
mention of GameZnflix by way of their prior SEC Filing of partnership and any revenues noted up to November 30th .

Every tidbit of verifiable information enhances our investment in GZFX .

CC must release their 3rd quarter 10QSB by January 13th so we
have one more source of information to cascade around that time .

2006 should be a willy good year for GZFX shareholders .

Re Tax Loss ....thanks , Investwize . Since the sell date
and not the settlement date is the demarcation day for tax loss there will be those selling influences up to EOD tomorrow .

That may or may not be that relevant to GZFX but the MM's use any excuse or reason to control stocks and suppress upward movement until THEY want upward movement , IMO .

Also IMO , GZFX should be moving north on solid anticipation of roll-out news alone . The MM's are controlling the PPS for their own nefarious reasons , none of which are fair play for public investors / shareholders .

and right up to January 13th in anticipation of CC / GZFX joint news about the national roll-out on January 16th .

Tax loss question : For investors who intend to sell GZFX for tax loss purposes , must they sell by EOD today in order to have their accounts settled by this friday ?

If that is the case then that influence of selling for tax loss would not exist after today .

OTC investors can be very fickle . The " what can you do for me today " mantra will change to " what can you do for me EACH quarter " , once ( and provided ) GZFX demonstrates progress on ALL fronts .

It is reasonable to think that Circuit City will mentor JF and CG to be ethical , methodical , savvy , and prudent in all they do . I think CC will demand it .

CC must include revenues and costs from their partnership with GZFX in their SEC Financials . CC will require GZFX's Financials to be squeaky clean and Sar Box compliant .

Would that be like Hanz and Franz ..." we're gonna pumps you uppppp " ?

One day soon the pumps based on anticipation will be supported will cold , hard FACTS , IMNSHO .

GZFX's PPS before CC roll-out = wherever the meany MM's want it .

GZFX's pps AFTER CC roll-out = wherever National Market investors want it . They will expect the PPS to perform like a
" growth " stock and not an OTC cesspool stock .

IMO , bigger money'ed pockets than OTC investors will see the phenomenal potential of GZFX's " PARTNERSHIP " with Circuit City , and IMO they will HOLD the shares that they buy , which theoretically should decrease the liquidity of this stock

My first post on this board was on November 7th . From this board's inception there was a total of 31,442 posts by November 7th , and 33,741 posts in the last 47 days .

That's a lot of gabby-gut posts .

As GZFX gets media attention we can expect many NEW investors
and many curious lurkers wanting to learn about GameZnflix the company and GZFX the stock . Surely we ALL know that NEW investors are directly contributory to increases in any stock's PPS .

This company and stock is NOT ABOUT any ONE of us , so infighting , grandstanding , and chest thumping will scroll the task oriented posts off the front page .

So , what do we collectively want NEW investors to see .....task oriented & focussed posts , or bickering posts .

We should care whether a new investor's visit to I-HUB is the first of many visits or a once only visit .

OT : I have invited MRKL investors from RB who have lost most of their investment to investigate GZFX as an alternative to recovering some or all of their losses on MRKL . I offered this I-HUB site for due diligence and participation .

If they appear on this board please welcome them . Remember ,
they have been lied to and conned by a company ( MRKL ) that boasts contracts with the U.S. Government so they may be
wary of initially trusting GZFX .

Actually , MRKL investors are just like most OTC honest investors who have lost so much money from OTC scams .
