*** 52 week performance (-21.68%) ***
Personally speaking, I like to do more than 30 seconds of DD before I decide on a stock. Anyone who does proper DD will agree that trtc is a steal.
Yeah, LAWYERS are raking it in.
**=> FEDERAL LEGALIZATION COMING '15 <=**
http://nationalreport.net/white-house-strategizing-national-marijuana-legalization-summer-2015/
If this is such a great company then why is it's 52 week performance at a negative 21.68% that's (-21.68%)?

Is it true that there are four separate lawsuits currently filed against mjna? If this isn't a huge RED flag waiving around I don't know what is. Does anyone have links that shows the details of what kind of scams or creative "book keeping" their trying to pull off this time. I now know why they won't try to up-list to a fully reporting company and why they tried so hard to keep the books private.
Looks like Lawyers and Insiders are going to be the only people profiting off this shell of a company.
Anyone who buys this stock is only paying their legal fee's. You might as well just throw your money out the window at-least that way you won't have to pay broker fee's.
Grey sheets (at best) is the future of mjna!
The key words in that quote is CAN BE USED...
Quote
"Death spiral financing is a process where convertible financing used to fund primarily small cap companies can be used against it in the marketplace to cause the company’s stock to fall dramatically and can lead to the company’s ultimate downfall."
They only people I see trying to use the normal financing against trtc is the shorts, I don't see any evidence whatsoever that legitimate investors are giving any weight to dubious claims. Young companies don't have the leverage to dictate financing terms at least not yet. With multiple licenses in hand it will be a different story. We will be able to dictate terms and financiers will gladly jump on board.
TRTC the creme de la creme.
Yep, shorts may have pulled the rug out from under trtc, but fortunately for shareholders trtc stepped onto a gorgeous solid red oak hardwood floor underneath. That's what happens when you do things the right way.
Build out a solid infrastructure with a clear vision of the future, while keeping in mind the direction of the Industry. Going the extra mile as trtc has done insures you will always land on solid footing. We have no need for "magic carpet" rugs not with Integrity in the arsenal.
TRTC is the real deal!
It's the chart gods sending a message to investors.
Were #1, Were #1, Were #1
or maybe their sending a message to those who tried to short, using a different finger of coarse
I truly feel sorry for you. Totally clueless has to what life is about. TRTC is changing the world for the better with sustainable "green" food production not to mention what mj/hemp products will mean to the world. It's just sad.
Simple economics says "toxic financing" though not ideal is the norm or it could be said "just fine". New companies don't have the leverage to dictate terms, the financiers do. Once things get going the proverbial shoe is on the other foot and companies can start to demand favorable terms and wipe out the not so favorable financing.
For instance; if a youngster with minimal assets, no to little credit and employment history walks into a bank and demands a large loan at say 2% he would be laughed out of the lobby. Now if someone walks in with positive assets, great credit and a long employment history the bank will bring them coffee and doughnuts while the paperwork is being processed. Now with the new loan at a low rate the credit card with the 18% interest rate can be paid off.
Cash is NOT king and the pps can be temporarily manipulated by lies and other below board activities. This FACT makes the pps a totally biased indicator of a companies worth. For now anyways a large percentage of the investing world has no interest in mj stocks because of the illegal aspect of the industry. I looked very hard and haven't found a single point to be truthful or factual. A basic truth/fact is that the cream always rises to the top.
and TRTC is the cream of the mj crop.
We have a long history of strong closes
Another strong close, once again they couldn't have been more wrong. TRTC by which all others will be judged.
NASDAQ IN 2015
Nice piece of info. I agree he will be a great asset to the team.
mm#5 4u
WRONG again, I notice this seems to be a reoccurring theme.
Where to start:
Hemp is not a plant. Hemp is the name of the soft fibers from the Cannabis stalks.
Marijuana falls under the Genus CANNABIS, which falls under the Family CANNABACEAE, the Order ROSALES and the Kingdom PLANTAE.
CANNABIS is a flowering plant that includes three distinct species which include Cannabis Sativa, Cannabis Indica and Cannabis Ruderalis.
If you would like to educate yourself I have provided a link to some really great information on the subject. Information I might add that I contributed to.
YES, I edit Wikipedia.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabis
an interesting side note; Hops (used in beer) also falls under the same Family CANNABADEAE. If all the other plants along these lines are against the law then why isn't beer?
I'm still at a solid 6 Licenses
You wouldn't happen to have the full addresses to the Washoe county sites would you? I have proposed locations at ???? S Virginia St and ???? Pyramid way.
Weren't you fired from trtc? Why was that exactly? That would help to explain the hostility and the hateful grudge.
and the hits keep coming...
expect the lower support levels at .11 and .105 to be tested this week. This could easily drop down to the single digits by the end of the week.
Hammer formation has formed...
The Hammer is a bullish reversal pattern that forms after a decline. In addition to a potential trend reversal, hammers can mark bottoms or support levels. After a decline, hammers signal a bullish revival. The low of the long lower shadow implies that sellers drove prices lower during the session. However, the strong finish indicates that buyers regained their footing to end the session on a strong note. While this may seem enough to act on, hammers require further bullish confirmation. The low of the hammer shows that plenty of sellers remain. Further buying pressure, and preferably on expanding volume, is needed before acting. Such confirmation could come from a gap up or long white candlestick. Hammers are similar to selling climaxes, and heavy volume can serve to reinforce the validity of the reversal.
The RSI is at 42.84 = room to run
The upper bolinger band is at .304
The lower bolinger band is at .207
The average bolinger band is at .255. With a Hammer Formation on the close at .248 the mid band could be the new bottom. If it holds, expect a run up to the upper resistance level. If it breaks, expect upper resistance at .25 and a lower resistance at .207
imo We are due for a nice run up like we had a week ago. If so continuing upper resistance levels are at .355.

Your joking right? I hope so 'cause if not you just seriously damaged your credibility. Cash is not king. There are many many companies who don't have piles of cash laying around and are doing amazing things. There are many many companies who have not shown a profit in years and have grown exponentially. If a company has stockpiles of cash just laying around it means their not investing in their future. TRTC on the other hand has/is growing really fast, investing in their future and laying the groundwork and infrastructure for massive future payoff's. Their doing it right and that's what makes them an awesome bet and is also what brings you all here. If this company was anywhere near what you say it is none of the flippers would even give it a second look much less "camp out" on the ihub board.
It's how you play the game that matters most...
If you sell your soul for a few percentage points (like some have done), then you have lost way more than you could ever hope to win.

It's kind of ironic when you think about it.
The best ticker in the Industry is the worst business in the Industry.
Revenues will Tank, losses will skyrocket.
SEC will halt, stockholders will cry.
THE END OF THE MJNA STORY
Well said, you wouldn't happen to have a tally of just how many lawsuits mjna is involved in do you?
Or a guestimate as to how much will be spent on legal fee's, fines and payoffs?
It looks like the only winners here will be the lawyers!

The 2nd and 3rd Quarter financials show both Quarters were down, waaay down. I don't expect this Quarter to be any different. The constant pr's have brought in new flippers who will soon take profits and the pps will tank. What is going on with this stock right now is called a PUMP BUMP. Can anyone guess what comes next? That's right, the DUMP.
TAKE PROFITS AND RUN!!!
or at-least cut your losses.

With the amount of debt they've incurred I wouldn't be surprised if this PUMP N DUMP have been buying their products themselves. Once people really look into the financials they will drop this SHELL company.
I've seen nothing credible to dispute the majority of the RED FLAGS that are blanketing this stock, only opinions and wishful thinking.
I prefer to base my investment decisions on facts. I don't prescribe to this "hope and a prayer" technique you speak of.
just the same, good LUCK to you.
