there is supposed to be one in Englewood at Nature Kiss
they might ship 100 (which is highly doubtful) but how many would be operational? too funny....
it is an obvious lie. I have been in contact with the owner of HH.
I don't think it does. I can't prove it but until I see an operational machine with it (not the seattle caregivers one because that is not working) will I believe it.
Feddi, nice lie but Hempful Farms does not provide MMJ, they are a hemp store. BTW I have been in touch with their president and he told me the machine was operational but did not have any of the advanced age verification because they were not selling MJ in it.
I bet the facial recognition or biometric scanning does not work.
Re-scheduling MJ to schedule 2 is not going to be a huge thing for ERBB. Does anyone even understand what schedule 2 is? This is the same schedule that cocaine and meth are on. Just being on schedule two is not going to drive revenue for ERBB.
sorry my bad, for the last quarter
Oh i read the financials alright, so they posted a nice increase, but I believe this was because they were incorporating revenue for the first time for OGtea. Q1 will be the true test.
not sure if you missed this in the financials but their net loss was also up 400% from quarter to quarter. if that keeps up they will lose close to 10 million this quarter.
wehere did you get that information?
only your buddy shearing knows if they are selling
how can you say that as a fact? know something we dont?
Unfortunately most of the investors bought into the hype of Zazzz before OGTea and Truth were even part of the story. Both of those markets (Truth and OGtea) are incredibly competitive and it will take a long time to gain any serious traction.
Remember this hit the high back in Mar before they bought those companies. AG made Zazzz the face of the company and now they look stupid with the failure.
oh they have the financial support, all they need to do is create more shares and then sell them to debenture holders at a discount, who in turn dump them on the longs......it works quite well
We are actually more then 3 months past the date they said they shipped 18 machines. That statement looks more like a lie every day.
Penny
Did the revenue growth come from adding OGTea revenue into the mix for the first time? Did it include machines orders?
took about 5 minutes and was fun to do, difficult to look back at all the failures and see a bright future
Press release review
Dec 18th, 2014: Next Generation ZaZZZ Proprietary and Identity-Verifying Vending Machines Ship to 18 Locations This Month
What really happened? We don't know for sure, but we do know this did not happen as we only have 2 machines running in 9 locations.
Nov 10th, 2014: American Green Named To Manage 20,000 Sq Ft Nevada Cannabis Cultivation Site
What really happened? Again we don't know but we do know they have not gotten the necessary permits to begin work on this yet.
Sept 9 2014: American Green to Deploy Newest Version of ZaZZZ
What really happened? Nothing. The machines were due in October and again clearly did not arrive. The location mentioned, is not even one that is listed on the Zazz network site so what happened?
August 5th 2014: American Green to Open Medical Marijuana Research Facility Near Hemet, California
What really happened? We don't know.
June 23, 2014: America's First Consumer-Operated Marijuana Vending Machines Begin Shipping to Dispensaries Nationwide
What really happened? Nothing and certainly not this.
May 21st, 2014: Tranzbyte's American Green Begins Shipping ZaZZZ Next Week to Four Dispensaries in Three States -- Will Stream Event from All Locations on June 12th
What really happened? This is one of my favorites, because it definitely did not happen and they never clearly said why.
May 1, 2014: USEI Cannabis Signs Deal With Tranzbyte for Grow Facility and Dispensary to Maximize Product Development and Revenues
What really happened? No one knows.
April 24, 2014: Tranzbyte Receives Order for 100 Jurassic Units From iMD
What really happened? Again not sure, but since the order was for $1.7million it is safe to assume based on the financials that this never happened.
See a trend?
great post, AG has yet again screwed up delivery of the flagship product, toss on top of that 2.2 million in quarterly losses, running out of shares to sell and other key financial fundamentals and the picture is not pretty.
It is pretty easy to understand why this is going down. My guess is it is a combination of:
1) Debenture holders unloading
2) Market unimpressed with failure to deliver on flagship product Zazzz
3) Pending legislation in Washington that could ban vending machines
4) Complete lack of transparency from management
5) Failure to update on other projects/partnerships which suggest they could be useless
Knuckles -
First, if they were waiting on the government (whatever that means) then why won't they tell us? Why would they wait on the government anyway?
I know software takes time etc, and if this is the hold up then why tell us at least three different times the machines are ready? If they are ready they are ready it is that simple. It is clear they are not ready.
Yes AG is more then Zazzz, but they have made Zazzz the focus of the company and their continued failures make them look foolish.
Have you ever considered this whole thing is a scam? The debenture holders are getting rich and the average shareholder is getting fleeced.
Knuckles, made a mistake and then corrected it, not sure how that proves your point, anyway with 10 full time consultants and other employees you would think they could get one machine working
you might want to read the financials they released. the number is actually 10 full time consultants......
when you look the financials you might spend some extra time on the debenture section
they have a whole bunch of consultants on staff, something like 12 or 15, that should be more then enough
In my opinion this stock won't move until the following happens:
1) They prove they can get Zazzz machines in operation. They were supposed to have 18 machines in place and working in early Jan (after missing a bunch of other deadlines) and now they only have two operational. They need to prove Zazzz is a real product and each one won't take months to roll out.
2) They actually demonstrate how the machines work. If in fact the machine uses facial recognition, then this is a huge advancement and they should show it. By not showing it they only continue to bring doubt to the overall market.
3) They need to show increase in revenue quarter over quarter. I fear the increase in revenue last quarter was based on the incorporation of OGTea revenue coupled with advanced orders for Zazzz. If this is the case revenue will be flat/down for the next quarter, we will see soon enough.
4) Stop funding the company on debentures. This is the real weakness for this company which the longs brush aside. The continued dilution with discounted shares is crippling.
5) Transparency. This company provides zero transparency and avoid/ignore serious questions from investors.
Just my opinions of course.
supposed to be one here and working
4332 S Broadway
EngleWood, CO 80113
I have been in touch with Dave at Hempful Farms. There machine is up and running but does not have MJ products in it. It also does not use the advanced verification service from AG, it is just working as a vending machine.
we can't know if they have generated any revenue as revenue is not broken out by service/product. we can safely assume the first two Zazzz machines (which were apparently not operational for much of the time) generated little/no revenue.
The two new machines were just plugged in last week so revenue from them will not come until Q2.
The only possible way we see revenue in the current quarter is that they pre-booked revenue on orders.
two things
1) that is the old machine
2) what are advanced biometrics, that can mean many things
knuckles how does this demonstrate/explain the age verification?
because it does not exist
footerman, one link to someone from AG demonstrating age verification and I go away
the information I am looking for does not exist. you would think the longs would be interested in how their flagship product worked but i guess not
ah no i am saying AG has never explained how their machines verify age.
please show me where someone from AG says this?
I have looked and can't find it, because it does not exist. please show me where the company says how it works?
knuckles please show me one place where someone at AG says the new machine does facial recognition?
i have looked it does not exist, no clear explanation either written or verbal from AG about how their Flagship product works. They posted the picture with no description. There is a demo sort of by a reporter but nothing from them.
there is no clear demo
How do the machines work? I challenge everyone to please provide a link to information supplied by AG that detail how the machine verify age. Please don't post a link to a news report or that picture of Sheraing. Zazzz is the company's flagship product. The key differentiator for Zazzz from a standard vending machine is the ability to verify age. Why won't AG demonstrate or explain how it works?
All we have is that picture of Sheeping with no description.
