Operational because of the Mediag3-Mesh Global PR? Operational because of Val selling to himself?

MDGC partnered with a real loser in Unilava, as evidenced by the precipitous fall of that outfit's share price, down 98% since March. Wait! That sounds so familiar!
The analog reference only serves to show how aged the patents are. At $0.00xx the market values them at approximately -- worthless.
If MDGC fails to work out as prayed for, Val will have to suck it up and move on, as usual
I will be happy to discuss which central vacuum system is right for your needs. Thank You, Val Westergard, Central Systems Boise Idaho

It is no surprise the Aerius antenna equipped 'phone', which has been promised for how long, and based on patents also nearing expiration, is advertised as 3G. Since the standards for true 4G, Wimax, LTE and everything promised after this year require MIMO based antenna technology. Aerius is simply an oversized, shielded antenna system, not MIMO
Why do you think Aerius is another pink, after almost 15 years of trying to get their antenna into a production phone!! Now with no MIMO -- Time is up!! Is this what MDGC wants to use?
5G 5G!!! Anyone care to explain away a FACT? The FACT that there is no mobile telephony standard for 5G.
Bill Luxon, Aerius CEO, said, QIGI smart phones now in production can be retrofitted with Aerius antennas
If the phones need to be retrofitted, it would seem the antenna 'technology' of Aerius is too hulking large to fit a normal smartphone design. Otherwise, the antenna would be incorporated into the production line, not some cancerous add-on to a few phones so that Luxon can claim he has 'something' the marketplace would want to use. No smart phone buyer ESPECIALLY would want to use something ugly looking in public. That is why you see no photographs of a smartphone equipped with an Aerius antenna. Well, not until the AERS pumps quit working.
Sure, the chart is primed for another P&D -- if anyone believes the next 'incredible' PR. The company is hype and hypes go to .0001 soon enough.
Hey, that's the design Aerius patented. If there is some newer design that is unpatented, how would the latest design be protected? Nope, no change at the patent office.
Frost & Sullivan sell "awards" to businesses, as alleged recognition for something special about the target company, something that F&S has supposedly done extensive research about. In reality, many of those awards are handed out (not for free, they are sold as commercial products!) with little or no real justification. The only justification is that award sales generate substantial revenue for F&S.
In fact, companies are actively targeted for award sales, based on a) whether they seem to have a liking for awards, and b) whether they look like a potential future client to F&S.
Similarly, identical awards are often sold to direct competitors in an industry, which ought to be an impossibility. To get around that, F&S invents convoluted award names that differ from each other only in some insignificant detail.
This is just one example of a culture of dodgy business practices at this firm. More can be found at http://frostybite.blogspot.com
I think the 'new phone' will have one huge disadvantage in a competitive market if it will be saddled with an Aerius antenna. The Aerius antenna, I realized last night, must be huge in size and/or weight. I looked up the patent. Who'd have thunk it... huge. Are we going back to a perfectly 1995 look for this 'perfect phone'?
http://www.google.com/patents?id=oEWrAAAAEBAJ&printsec=abstract&zoom=4&source=gbs_overview_r&cad=0#v=onepage&q&f=false
I also asked, "What is wrong with the antenna that no one seems to be utilizing it." I know the answer to that question as well.
I asked, "Why would Aerius, the antenna designer for MDGC's supposed phone receive a Frost and Sullivan write up and award." Of course I knew the answer before asking the question:

It occurred to me this evening that the antenna must be huge. I was correct. It makes for one ugly looking, unsaleable device.

AERS Passes out 'exclusive' deals to anyone needing a PR for the day. MDGC got theirs today. Here's another exclusive deal from a couple of months ago. Exclusive? Yeah, right.
May 13, 2010 (FinancialWire) -- Aerius International Inc., (OTC: AERS) has signed an exclusive agreement to license its cell phone antenna technology to PowerIdea, a major cell phone manufacturer in Shenzhen, China, to produce Aerius equipped phones for children worldwide. Initial sales samples of the new phone are expected to be delivered in approximately 90 days.
"Compared to other cell phone tests of Aerius technology equipped phones by carriers, the FCC, and independent CTIA Authorized labs worldwide show Aerius increases battery life 3 to 5 hours, doubles their coverage area, reduces dropped calls over 60%, and reduces handset power loss into users or SAR an average 99.4%," said Aerius CEO, Bill Luxon.
The market for children's phones is a major growth area in the cellular industry where cell phones for children now represent a major form of communication between parent and child. According to market research firm Yankee Group, cell phone use in the 8 to 12 year-old "tween" market nearly doubled from 5.3 million users in 2006 to 10.5 million users currently, or nearly 54% of the 2010 tween population. A 10 percent market share would generate gross sales of approximately $139 million.

Dr. Peterson
Dr Peterson ... came forward to talk with us publicly because he feels the issues he cares deeply about, and knows about, are too important to keep silent about. We salute his courage.
Among the many things Dr Peterson spoke about at length was his strong, informed belief that there will be a melt-down of the global economy - and US infrastructure - which may be almost upon us; that Obama is planning to disclose the reality of ET contact by the end of the year; and that most, but not all, of the Extra Terrestrial visitors are friendly.
There is much, much more. Here is a very general list of the subjects we discussed:
The probable (in Dr Peterson’s strong opinion) collapse of the economy, infrastructure, and law and order in the US
The planned disclosure of the ET presence
The Aurora (now retired from service and replaced by vehicles capable of superluminal travel) and the TR3B (the large flying triangle, which functions as an aircraft carrier)
Artificial intelligence and advanced robotics
The “information field” and how the body, the mind, and DNA really function
Healing modalities which work very rapidly and effectively
‘Rescuing’ brilliant scientists out of the old USSR
How Mir (the Russian Space Station) was so heavy that it could not have been assembled without ‘help’ from our ‘ET friends’ (or, to be exact, the Russians’ friends)
Time spent in the Vatican Library
The existence of Sumerian high technology
Quantum computing (off-camera, Dr Peterson held in his hand a cheap quantum chip, which he had assembled himself in his own laboratory, with the computing power of 10,000 PCs)
The genius of James Clerk Maxwell, and why Einstein was wrong
Why you should not spend too much time in front of your new Digital TV
The reality of the US prison camps
How President Obama was (in all probability) set up
How he came to understand that 15% of the world’s population (of all races) have ET ancestry that can be seen in their DNA - and are also resistant to mind control technologies.

SCG was the IR for ANWM when this was diluted to 2 Billion shares. I do not think SCG would still be involved if THEIR percent of the company contractually owed them had been diminished by the dilution of the A/S to the tune of TWO BILLION shares.
Of course it can be claimed there will be no further dilution. That 'T' was crossed preemptively. Fortunately, securities laws do not allow the true facts to be hidden:

http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=s7RuXb5La4NKFB0LikmjOA%253d%253d&CorpName=ANYWHERE+MD+INC.
Before the Authorized Shares increased to 2 Billion, SCG was compensated to be the ANWM IR
Stock Charter Group will receive for their services 3,000,000 stock options, 1,500,000 exercisable at the price of $0.08 and 1,500,000 at the price of $0.16. The Stock Options will be granted in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan and will have vesting provisions attached to it. Stock options will take effect upon the signing of this agreement until the termination of this agreement by either party. This shall be payment for services provided by Stock Charter Group for the next one year. This contract is subject to renewal and contains an anti-dilution clause with a ceiling of 25,000,000 shares out standing.
Who knows how much their compensation is currently worth after adjusting for the 2 Billion shares.

Just in time for a pump & dump PR, IMO
Don't forget to post the FCC ID number of the phone. A quick google of that number will speak volumes, proof or bunk, loud and clear.

A friend e-mailed me this about today's MDGC PR
Today's PR needs clarification where MDGC said their patented technology uses white space 'in part':
----------
White Space frequencies the FCC finalized with today's vote:
The White Spaces Coalition consists of eight large technology companies that plan to deliver high speed broadband internet access to United States consumers via existing "white space" in unused television frequencies between 54-698 MHz (TV Channels 2-51). The coalition expects speeds of 80 Mbps and above, and 400 to 800 Mbps for white space short-range networking. The group includes Microsoft, Google, Dell, HP, Intel, Philips, Earthlink, and Samsung Electro-Mechanics.
-----------
MDGC's patents cover LMDS
Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS): Located in the 28 GHz and 31 GHz bands, LMDS is a broadband radio service designed to provide two-way transmission of voice, high-speed data and video (wireless cable TV).
--------
White space internet services will use the longer wavelength 54 to 698 Megahertz frequencies, whereas MDGC tech only offers 28 - 31 gigahertz. Shorter wavelengths have less ability to travel long distances. Nor do shorter wavelengths penetrate walls as well.
distances.
Since this new phone is arriving in a couple of weeks what is the FCC license number all cell phones are required to have imprinted on them? We can look the number up at the FCC to see if it is real.
http://www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid/
OK $60
Still no answer regarding the battery patent?
Patent!!... Oh, patent!!!... Come here little patent, where are you?
Virgin Mobile already does this for $40 a month, unlimited talk, text and data. No contract. Portable hotspot for wirelessly connecting several portable devices to the net.
Say if these phones and batteries are to be revolutionary, what will the selling price of the phone be? My guess is very high for the freshly patented battery. Oh? Hmmm...where's that? The battery patent?
"The marking of an article as patented when it is not in fact patented is against the law and subjects the offender to a penalty. Some persons mark articles sold with the terms "Patent Applied For" or "Patent Pending." These phrases have no legal effect, but only give information that an application for patent has been filed in the Patent and Trademark Office. The protection afforded by a patent does not start until the actual grant of the patent. False use of these phrases or their equivalent is prohibited."
If you define it as 'guesswork' there's no need to guess when proper DD is done, DD that refers to the REAL world that is.
no conjecture please
I had to laugh out loud (no abbreviation) reading that!!!
Now, why is MDGC selling for a penny in the market?
Wytec selling hook is Local Multipoint Distribution Services
Wytec: As a world leader in the development of Local Multipoint Distribution Services (LMDS) fixed wireless equipment, Wytec, Incorporated set the bar in high-speed wireless communications…and they continue to raise it. In 1995, founders Jerome Woodard, Robert Julien, and William Oatman decided to take their collective expertise, over twenty years, in developing and deploying communications systems to the commercial, military and international markets. The result was Wytec Incorporated. Wytec was formed to design, manufacture, install, and support wireless communications systems that provide last-mile broadband access for subscribers who require bi-directional Internet, voice and data communications services. They now hold five patents for this advanced technology.
------------------------------
Problem:
CURRENT MARKET 2007:
The projected values in the early 2000's are not remotely accurate in 2007. Most of the licensee's that deployed in early 2001 went bankrupt. A few CLEC's were able to survive typically because of having an existing customer base in addition to deploying LMDS. The equipment that was deployed is now obsolete and most of the manufacturers are out of business. There have been no known significant technological break throughs to allow manufacturers to produce more efficient equipment and at a lower cost.
I have offered to allow State, local and city agencies the opportunity to utilize spectrum for little or no cost in an attempt to satisfy the FCC's renewal requirement but have had no interest. Currently, we are seeking to find any avaiable community use to utilize the spectrum with the intent to retain the licenses.
My personal view is that LMDS spectrum is similar to owning beach front property. However, a large hurricane swept over the area and the interest or demand to revitalize and rebuild have not been greater than the costs associated with doing so. The intent of this site is to allow all LMDS licensses as well as financial investors, manufacturers and industry related companies to join together to promote the use of the LMDS spectrum.
-----------------
No known significant break throughs? Not even by 2007? And Wytec was this well known company with nothing apparently significant?
You left out 'Distributor' and 'VIP' for a multi-level-marketing company.
Val the Multi-Level Marketer
His thinking is indeed WAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY outside WAYYYY WAYYY outside.
And I do mean: WAAAYYYYYYY!!!!
I'm sure Val's toothy grin puts out as many gigawatts as needed to make his Sisel customers part with $40 for each and every pedicure enhancement device (50 cent clipper and 99 cent polish).
Why? What did it say exactly that was of ANY substance? I understand "new website" news used to be BIG in ... 1997
Do you think they will profile Val Westergard, the MDGC CEO who is claimed to be a genius greater than Einstein? Will they mention the fact he is engaged by Sisel, a multi-level marketing company, as a so-called 'distributor'?
I think we can see what is REALLY cranking up here. The share printing machine!!
Some of the facts include 2 Billion authorized shares and a NV jurisdiction. The principals of a NV corporation can do any damn thing they want with the share structure, usually by diluting the hell out of it, especially pinks. The crying about a smaller float is vastly offset by the FACT a NV corporation can turn around and bite your backside at any moment with billions of shares, authorized one second and sold the next.

Looks as though the 2 billion shares were minted in '08. Guess we will have to click our heels three times and 'believe'!!!
