You know Pink Sheets had this info yesterday because that is why they shut down. Why did they wait a day to post it?
I'm guessing but w/o news I'd say were headed way south of .003!
Good observation Ben! I can only guess because the shares released into the market came from Turek & co.
What happened to private financing and no dilution?
Yes, KG4 said it was out.
Tomorrow should be interesting!

Sorry to hear the news Keith. Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Your so right about the newspaper.GBY.
Seems to be a general consensus that the MM's are keeping it down. Although, IMO the expectations built up over anticipated news and the negative reaction when it didn't arrive on time has done a great job of keeping the price down. I used to think Turek was intentionally setting this dynamic in motion to keep the price down in order to buybaack cheaper shares. He always seemed to know the right moment not to deliver on something. It's really uncanny. But every time I talk to Rodney about the buyback I realize he doesn't have a clue what shape or form it's going to take. He's unaware of any company buyback going on in the market he told me. So if there is no buyback going on in the market, then why does Turek kill the mo each time the price starts to rise? He gave us those great PR's last week, the price was moving good and then he didn't deliver on the announcemnt about the buyback and audit. Didn't he know what that was going to do? I can only guess that he didn't have anything to announce about them or he's really not that concerned with the share price right now. I know he's got a lot on his plate right now and appeasing finicky investors is not a #1 priority but I would think that he'd be happier with a higher SP.
KG- You are right about the calls. Rodney almost always returns my calls if he can't take them. But Herbert was right about the email. I know because they never return mine either.
Looks like we'll have to wait on the bone! Maybe Monday?
Over 1/2 mil traded yesterday and more than 2mil over the last week or so. Must be from inside.
Sorry your tummies upset Ben! Could you please answer your question re: TBLU? Lem pointed it out to me yesterday and I was just wondering if there wa a reason for it? TIA.
Wishfull thinking Ropedog
Interesting Lem! It's up over 170% today and seems to be actively traded.
Caught my attention to Dallas! Also, the part about being resistant to grafitti opens up a whole new type of market in the building industry. Ya think it'll stick on the subways in NY?
Plasticon Announces That SEMCO's System Is Selected and Specified for Department of Transportation Surfacing Contract
LEXINGTON, KY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/30/2006 -- Plasticon International Inc. (OTC: PLNI) announced today SEMCO's Ultimate Surface Effects® system has been selected and specified for the I-215 / I-515 Interchange ramp slope pavement project for the Nevada Department of Transportation (DOT).
"We are thrilled to be selected by the Nevada Department of Transportation on the Interchange project," said Samel Sem, President and founder of SEMCO Manufacturing. "SEMCO was specified for this project because our environmentally responsible system will allow the Nevada DOT to both improve the functionality of the freeway and to beautify the community at the same time. Our surfacing system will not only allow the DOT to use more vibrant color and design combinations, it will also enable them to prevent graffiti with SEMCO's proprietary protective coating, and to eliminate the absorption of water into the surface of the structure thereby prolonging the use of the freeway."
According to Jim Turek, President and CEO of Plasticon International, Inc., "We believe that the transportation sector offers one of the greatest opportunities for SEMCO's cutting-edge surfacing solutions. SEMCO's surfacing system is the most durable, versatile, environmentally friendly solution in the marketplace today, which makes them ideal for transportation projects and gives them a distinct advantage in the DOT selection process. As we increase SEMCO's exposure within the industry, we believe that architects and engineers will specify SEMCO's surfacing systems for more and more important contracts and projects as we move forward. And we believe that as environmental regulation continues to increase, demand for SEMCO's products will rise accordingly. The Senate recently passed a $285 billion transportation bill, so there's a wealth of surfacing opportunities to pursue in transportation. As the only company in our sector that is DOT (Department of Transportation) approved or accepted in all 50 states, Plasticon is in a unique position to help SEMCO expand their opportunities in the transportation sector."

Welcome to the board Sheesh! Check Marketwire Monday morning at 8:30am for any major PR release for Plasticon. If there is one, I would place a pre-market order @market to be sure you get filled before the price shoots up. Even without a PR there will probably be upward movement but alot less so than if we have big news. Without news there could be a pullback at some point on Monday and you coud wait it out and try and pick your spot. Anything under a penny would be great IMO. GLTY.
Welcome to the board! We have seen that post. It's a nice one. Thanks for thinking of us longs.
I think it will be small and temporary. Look at all the room past HDSN.
We will cross .02 before the audit unless more shares pop up on the PinkSheets IMO. My only concern now is that they will try and include 1Q results and I don't know if they can deliver enough substantive good news to keep the ball rolling. It's possible they could if enough contracts are signed and orders filled with $$$ amounts attached to the announcements. I am getting excited though.
Think they are trying to keep the mo going. We should have bigger news Monday. Nice to see they are staying o top of things!
Plasticon International to Launch Marketing Campaign for SEMCO in February
LEXINGTON, KY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/27/2006 -- Plasticon International Inc. (OTC: PLNI) announced today the company will begin the rollout of an integrated marketing campaign for SEMCO Manufacturing in February 2006.
According to Jim Turek, President and CEO of Plasticon International, Inc., "SEMCO is gaining momentum every day in the $100 Billion + surfacing industry. Plasticon's team will work with SEMCO in the coming months to create a world class marketing campaign that will effectively communicate the unique contribution that SEMCO is making to the surfacing industry. We believe that when SEMCO's products get additional exposure, their revolutionary surfacing systems will increasingly gain market share. The marketing campaign will include a new marketing theme and slogan, redesigned web site, print materials, trade shows, and an advertising campaign targeted to industry partners and large contractors. As we have mentioned in the past, we believe that SEMCO will ultimately become the greatest profit center for Plasticon International in the years ahead. We look forward to building the SEMCO brand and expanding their marketing efforts. We will continue to keep our shareholders informed about SEMCO's progress as we move forward."

I know X! Did you see the post about the want ad PLNI supposedly placed for an accountant? "No experience necessary"..."experience with a publicly traded company helpful". What a crock! These people are probably the same ones that drew (or still do) on bathroom walls when they were little.
Smellin' like a rose to me Ben! I think I'll be hangin' till I gets me a full dozen. Hmmmm! Love that smell :>)
Nice news Penny & Cowboy. Thanks!
The post said from the "horse's mouth." Any idea who told Chopper?
Which horse?
I know. You can go here for bid/ask:

From the AM #'s looks like forward mo might take us over .01 but it will be interesting to see how much profit taking we'll see and how long we can hold it.
Five PR in a row has been nice. Could be non-company releases later I suppose. PLNI has been getting alot of attention lately.
Looks like no news for today Good day to see how strong the rally is.
To sell or not to sell that is the question? I guess it should be how much profit are we willing to settle for w/o getting greedy? I have not played this one well because I let myself get caught up in the original audit hype that led to the first big run up to .02 and got greedy with the prospects of what could be.....well you know the rest of the story. Shoulda dumped all back then and bought back in at .0038 for 4X the shares right? My feeling has always been that PLNI has the potential to really bust loose in a big way if Turek delivers on his promises and he appears to be doing that. I think alot of people that are going to be selling and waiting for the next big dip are going to find themselves on the outside looking in because PLNI is a real co., with real products and it seems like they have an unreal plan for making tons of money in a fairly short period of time. Not knowing when to sell on this one could be a good thing this time around.
TFN - Maybe they just have their hands tied because of the upward buying pressure and the lack of cheap shares.
Does anyone think we can hold this?
Upon listing!
X- It looks like you won't be needing the refrigerator box!
X- You've just been approved! Now go and buy this thing over .01.
It seems your the one that's worried Shorts with your incessant, innane, and repetitive postings. You've been given ample opportunity to engage others on this board in a legitimate dialogue and you have chosen not to do so. I guess you won't be happy until you've made everyone's iggy list.
It's also obviously the opinion of Semco and ProMold as well as most members of this board.
