I know it's frowned upon here but here is an old article. Good to see that that the rights are already being sold to 10 minutes gone

Glass out in the New Year which should raise his profile
It's bad there are so many people leaking this information to BI
It will be interesting to see how MP promote the film. Marketing budgets can be between 50%-200% of production costs. I wonder if MP will just push their subs via a bonus movie along with a smaller marketing budget to generate interest.
I only take exception to people who post against their core position
Long shares + negative posts
Short shares + positive posts
yes I'm glad it's stick'd - will stop you posting it over and over again
i think you only posted this 3 or 4 times
https://www.investingdaily.com/44687/hmny-stock-prediction/
but then i confuse it with the other 2 articles that you kept posting
i just find it very disconcerting when people who claim they own shares constantly post negative comments.
Check your own post history and you'll see you're as bad as the pumpers
I've been on this board long enough to see the negativity around the convertible notes. Now they've gone the negativity has shifted to the outstanding shares.
Do you think they should have kept the notes?
"Historically, spinoffs have been good for investors. On average, both the parent company and the subsidiary outperform the market during the 24-month period following a spinoff. Investors who have been able to withstand the unpredictability of the initial days and weeks have seen nice gains. New investors looking to take advantage of a spinoff's historical benefits must choose between investing in the parent, the subsidiary or both"
I love the failed negative spin on the notes being terminated. Smells like desperation
just sell your shares, spend the money on some therapy. It's not good for your health being here
you'll find out in a few months and then you can decide to cover your short or not
i checked, it's showed on the ownership tab
you got burnt with the first R/S - we get it. So did I
The frequency of bearish posts is increasing..getting desperate ?
What's your point exactly?
just ignore the fact the notes were cancelled ?
AH closed over 13%. No posting please
Ignoring A/H prices are we?
If MP entertainment is created I will get a vote on the price it's created it. They can't just spin off an asset of a company without that vote.
Shareholders get to vote on any buyout public or private. Nobody is getting MP on the cheap
how do you figure they could buy at .20 due to the notes? They had a 9.99 % max ownership which is why the notes were always/only dilutive. As soon as they prepaid enough to give them 9.99% of the shares they had to sell
this didn't age well did it
the notes were dilutive as you've pointed out a few times. How did they add value?
5billion reserve shares gone in the last 3 months and still bash
Two loans non convertible at 3% and no positive comments
Sticky this please Mods
HB had 160mm last proxy. However, they might not want to dump if the PR is good enough if/when it comes.
Where did you hear/read about them?
Only owners over 5% would have to file with the SEC immediately. The rest can wait until the next quarter
I think the more movies you offer the higher the util rate but only marginally and there is a also point where it makes no difference at all.
Who can seriously go to three movies a week? Who would want to go there movies a week? Max 10% of subs?
MP have a lot of data from when they were truly unlimited. They've got rid of the heavy users by limiting the service to max 3 films. The heavy users were distorting the util rate and without them It will drop. I believe this drop will bring it down low enough so MP can square up or even make a profit on subscribers.
I recall the AMC CEO talking about a utilisation rate of 2.2 per month and that's for A-List that offers 3 a week.
The new price plans allow a higher util rate. Please see the example I attached
It matters.
Speculate on what you think will happen, then take an appropriate position in the market.
You speculate all the time but then take a position in the opposite direction. Odd
3M all access is advertised for $58.95
Avg us box office ticket around $9.30
$9.30 × 2.2 x 3 = $61.38
Util will never be that high but I think you get the point
You know investing is speculation right?
You can't currently book advanced tickets with MP. I thought you were a member?
It all makes sense now.
It's only for advanced and e-ticket bookings - hardly diminished
Great news
Weird comment that makes no sense
I feel for anyone who lost money investing here. It's been horrible and if you win the lawsuit I hope you get some of it back.
I still think MP has a future I was around for the first R/S
