When this ran to over .05 it had nothing to do with a JV either, the company is currently in good standing. Everyone preaching for a JV wants one so they can sellout on the next run up, I'm complacent where I am riding free shares. Myself and a few others are LT investors looking at 6-12 months from now not 6-12 days.

What I said is open to interpretation, I think it may be more than a coincidence that they released a PR stating they are going to potentially use their process to treat the zika virus. Little fact, in Brazil from October 2015 January 2016 there were almost 4,000 babies born with microcephaly, before that there were only 150 cases a year. The culprit for those diseases is a mosquito-borne virus aka "zika" I just find it exciting that the issue is predominantly in Brazil and that's where our first JV will most likely be secured. This of course is all speculation...

There was a LOI in October stating they were entering talks, this has already been months in the making and in case you didn't know, the components in Feldetrex have already been approved individually by the FDA, the reason they're bringing it outside the U.S. Is to expedite it into the market due to the FDA costs and length of time before approval. I'm sure the JVS are far more interested in their parents which could revolutionize the medial industry, patience reaps all the rewards.

It was released on purpose, no way by accident. I'm sure they're trying to garnish more shareholder confidence because the deal hasn't been signed yet but it will be soon enough, BIEI's technology has the potential to saves thousands of lives and you have the chance to be in it at a fraction of the price it'll be in a couple of years, it's your money at the end of the day, if you don't feel confident then sell. All I know is I'm not missing the run up.

They're not going to say exactly what's going to be done with their drugs/technologies until they reach a definitive agreement.
