If they do not meet the requirements they will not get an extension they will get de-listed from OTCQB. I don't see how they'll get another 180 days below a penny without consequences. Could you please elaborate, or is that frustration talking (serious question)?
Yeah, I thought from the PR yesterday it was taking us to the end of the week in the penny range .01-.05 + AZ news on Fri taking us into the teens .12-.19 next week.. I was sadly mistaken. Lets hope I'm not on this though! GLTY
So I've re-evaluated my guess as to where this is going to end up. I see 20% down today at close. Tomorrow, another 20% leaving us in and around .0019 give or take.... If they release PR as planned Fri morning the potential of an explosion from there is real. I posted this last night and today, it is my belief if you're gonna load up more to cost average down, do it tomorrow around a 15%-20% dip. That I'm guessing will be rock bottom for real. IMO there is no reason to keep loading up to just lose 10%-20% of it in a day (not saying you are, I just keep seeing this on the board "just loaded up more!") from others.. Another thing is they have to bring this up to .01 by mid June..
Just opinions and guesses here, but I think it makes sense.

This is my last comment until tonight because I gotta get back to work :( .. This is all my humble opinion, and I stated this last night. If you are going to load and cost average down DO NOT do it at the morning bell. Even wait until tomorrow. We SHOULD (should being key word) get Friday pre-market news about AZ properties which SHOULD drive this higher. I have no crystal ball and there are no guarantees, again just IMHO. I will be taking that chance, unless we get news before hand, but I personally am going to load up tomorrow afternoon in anticipation for Friday morning.

So I listened to this... It seems exactly from what I been saying. Young company... Requiring acquisitions to generate revenue. They are just hitting on the acquisitions and there is a lot more to come.
IMHO, longs aren't going to want to hear this but it will be bloody until money starts coming in... few months+ (other than possible news hype to spike it up for a couple days)

Hahah, I was thinking the same thing. I'm new to posting but been following iHub for a while now, so this will be a first on the GRNH board. What are thoughts from anyone...? Is this going to pop again soon, slow and steady climb up? Anyone have any thoughts? I saw and read what Haas said in last weeks PR and this is some positive news. Company is heading in the right direction for sure IMHO.
To me that just sounds like someone who wanted to get in on the cheap and flip for a quick 20%. I wouldn't look to deep into it.. I could be wrong but I don't think this free-fall will stop until the company assures the shareholders they're legit. That means they need to pull through on the properties (T-minus 48 hours), and it also means with the small acquisitions they're making, which they are small, start generating them some revenue. Because they are young and just starting to pull the trigger on deals I don't see a turn around for a while. I think there will be another pop again but I couldn't tell you when, but I do think after the pop it'll fall again and it'll be the same as before. The acquisitions are small potatoes which will generate a few thousand here a few thousand there... Now imagine you have not just a couple small potatoes, you have 10 sacks... That's their goal. The more small potatoes they acquire the more the generating of revenue goes up, the more the stock will steadily incline. They cannot increase in share price if they cannot generate steady revenue. The pops are hype based on news or anticipation of news. It won't happen every time news drops i.e. yesterday, but it'll happen again.

Here are my thoughts on this.. (past charts really mean nothing) how the company is working towards future goals is what's important. With that being said, I do believe there HAS to be a major upswing to a penny because they're running out of time on the OTCQB to meet the $.01 requirement. I have the same feeling as you, if they really have to close before the end of the month that mean there HAS to be a PR Friday morning because after the weekend, June starts. I don't know how much that'll change the PPS, my guess is it will affect it for the positive unlike the PR we received today. The reason being is there had been such anticipation on the AZ facilities, so really the PR today (which is still positive regardless how the market took it) which had nothing to do with them came out of left field and was a small step in a forward direction. It didn't give investors confidence. NOW, closing on the AZ properties, which has been highly anticipated, and put off, could ensure investors and newcomers that they are pulling through on the moves they say they are making and not just blowing smoke up our asses and that is a HUGE positive.
Too many longs are complaining too much, I sympathize with you all because you all put trust in a company and you feel betrayed being 50%-95% down but take a step back and chill. Stop dumping money into it everyday when you see the downtrend is continual, you're only going to lose more. I know everyone wants to Cost Average down but be patient. It's been 15%-25% down daily. I'm not saying don't buy, heck even I get tempted, but why lose more money. Wait for the true bottom. As Paper stated .008 until the big pop a couple months back. That doesn't mean that'll be the spot when it will do an automatic run (hell, it may do it tomorrow for all we know) but keep that as your base to buy back in. Be smart (I say that in the most respectable way).
In my personal, humble opinion, I agree with Paper. This is going down tomorrow and down Thursday. Now my gut tells me that even know there can be the PR on the properties on those days, I believe it'll happen Pre-Market @ 8:00am (as they normally are) on Friday, IF THERE EVEN IS ONE, and that's they key because it'll tell us whether or not they're stringing their investors along. My suggestion is IF you're going to load the boat and Cost Average down, wait until Thursday to do so and see if we get the PR Friday and see if this thing can run. That is the near term ideal situation. For the long term, remember they keep making new acquisitions to generate revenue and that is a long term mind set.

Although I am a new poster I'm not new to the board. There are a handful of longs, like me, who are concerned about the downward trend. I get the frustration and I know most of us have read this before, it's not a sprint it's a marathon. This is a new company who is getting off the ground. Yeah we all saw the 5000% jump a couple months ago but that doesn't mean that'll happen again. It doesn't mean it'll keep going down either. With these acquisitions I don't expect a HUGE leap I see stepping stones moving up the chart. I don't have a crystal ball nor am I trying to pump the stock, but it time guys. It might even take a couple of years. These guys are going into a vet very young industry and are just one of the players who 5 years down the road might be in the couple dollar range. Maybe they go bankrupt. Who knows, but if your long, stay strong. Today's news was good thing. A small piece to the puzzle which will eventually generate them revenue along with plenty more acquisitions they're going to make. Patience guys. Patience.
It doesn't "have to" swing up anytime soon. I'm not bashing you I'm simply trying to think realistic because I was a part of the same situation. Ticker is NEWL Newlead holdings shipping co. And the thing totally collapsed. Got diluted and shorted to death to the point online investors wouldn't even let you buy in anymore... It happens. I'm optimistic here though I see a young company with a huge future but that future won't turn this stock around overnight. You shouldn't base how you trade just on a past chart.
To my fellow longs. Relax. It's going to be a long week. It's gonna go up and down up and down but on an upward trend. We'll end up closing green today. Slow and steady wins the race. We are all down, just because we got news doesn't mean this will sky-rocket 2000% in a day. Patience is all I'm saying. We're all riding the same roller coaster.

Hey paper, first response to you on this board but been following. This is so exciting. I'm expecting to see it hit the teens by fri without AZ news. If that news hits also hits .30-40's I'm guessing

Agreed, I think as well this thing will run on hype, as it has in the past. A deal closing wouldn't hurt as well, hah. I'm thinking because there was no 8:00am PR that there is prob not going to be any news on properties until late next week... Right before the 31st, being Thursday or Friday of next week considering the 31st is a Sunday. If I'm right on that, I wonder how this will run until then. If this ran for 2-3 days on hype, and then there was a PR about a closing next week, MDCN will run crazy. I never like to project where the PPS will land, but my gut is telling me huge % gains.

I'm not bashing at the slightest, I'm just trying to figure this all out. I do not believe this is a scam, I have been in one and this just doesn't have the feel. It has the feel of a very young company that is trying to run a marathon, not a sprint. Right now I'm in with 451k shares @ an average of .0079. I'm thinking of holding for a while, even a couple years... Who knows how much this could be worth 5 years down the road...
But focusing on the now, which everyone is (and I can understand why), I would like this company to come out with some sort of PR ASAP. I want to believe that they will close the properties (or at least one) by the 29th, considering the 31st is a Sunday but it has been postponed in the past. Is that due to not having the finances to seal the deal? What are people's thoughts? I am very new to trading, still trying to figure out the charts and terminology here, so excuse my ignorance.
