Can you take a picture of it and set it as your post stream image?
Thanks for the .11's
WTF was that all about?
If I sold every time the SP dipped, I'd be broke. Seen it over and over, 50% dips only to make 200% gain. Oh the games we play.
April Showers brings May Flowers, Corny but True
I went to Books A Million yesterday. Current issue wasn't in yet.
Market Trend, It's Cyclical
"And national tv networks", open your eyes
They won't have a national brand though, or a blueprinted business plan. Also, to be honest, there hasn't ever been a better time to leverage debt. Starting a business right now is better than ever because of the all time low interest rates.
But they won't have a national brand. The eventual reality tv show will create a national sensation.
So based on the model found in my link previously posted we may at least be able to consider the following:
Currently: 10 Stores
2013 Revenue: Approx 1,300,000 Gross Revenue and approx. $150,000 Net Profit.
approximately $130,000 per location
Baristas is applying in 28 states. Let's be what I consider to be very conservative and let us consider 10 store openings minimum per year.
The example I provided showed $25,000 per franchise fee.
The example also showed a %4 Royalty on Gross Revenue.
Franchise Fees x 10 = $250,000
Franchise Royalties: $130,000 x 4% = $5,200 x 10 locations = $52,000
That leads us to an additional $302,000 in profit, considering the fees for accounting, advertising, training, etc are all accounted for separately under my linked example.
That is a 200% increase in net profit.
What this does not take into consideration:
Any profits related to sales of barista branded products, the novelty effect of customers rushing to check out new establishments, main stream marketing, adoption of ice cream products, reality tv show proceeds, more than 10 franchises per year, etc.
This is what we are all excited about, IMO. Peace
Here Guys I wanted to find some information on how we can value the implications of this franchise venture. Here is what I consider to be a comparable breakdown, however, one report I read indicated that Franchising costs could be $50k vs the $25k in the example in the link I am providing....Enjoy and comments are welcome.

Hopefully Shooting Star doesn't fall
Seriously.....
Don't fall below .93, work to break the penny tomorrow
You said .113...the charts don't lie, a couple hours ago...no big deal, onward and upward.

Another Day of Good Volume & Steady Uptick
I'm betting .125 holds through EOD
If this dips below .12, we could head back to .07 and .08. It has to build from here. It's in the best interest of the momentum players to not let it cross below .12, investor base will vaporize. Shouldn't be a worry because they probably have enough cash to move it from selling from .17 through .14's. They are improving their positions and securing gains. Call it like is see it.
Doubtful...sideways between .12 and .14 till we start moving back up again.
When I said the Forbes wasn't there, I mean the magazine wasn't on the stand period, not that the article wasn't there. I asked the chick at the register when it would be in, she wasn't capable of figuring it out.
I get the BH factor, but I want that INC article the day it comes out. From news I read they have a 300sf concept. I want to see the concept. I want to look at this from a business prospect. You're gonna see some people who are charismatic and business minded enough to franchise some of these and make it successful. That's the best part about this franchise, we don't have to rely on Barry to run these things. He's going to get paid for the franchises. Our risk is what he does with the franchise cash. Hopefully keeps pushing branding for expansion and more franchise income. My current question is, what are the terms of the Franchise Agreement? Anyone know about any of this? Vort? How much does the franchise rights cost? How much profit is there in it for Corporate Baristas selling branded products, how much profit margin is left for the franchisee. These dynamics make all the difference.
PS...I agree with an earlier post. I won't even go into a Starbucks because all the tweed coats and sweaters and other members of a demographic I really don't mesh with.
My further thoughts are, some gourmet beverages seem a little on the less masculine side to order. These should be branded in terms of names to fit what a man's man could hear himself ordering.
We had a topless coffee shop not too far from where I live. It was really popular...until someone's wife burned it to the ground...lol
I believe the article is still coming, Forbes just hasn't hit stands everywhere yet. Too bad the girl at BAM was too incompetent to tell me when I could expect it.
I know, I just needed to vent...lol. My shares are locked down.
If there would have been enough buying interest, that market sell wouldn't have crashed us like that. I've said it before, we need more exposure, more attention. Due diligence posts, stickies, etc. Rattle some cages. Not trying to pump, just need a decent base, more accumulation, more bid support at good prices.
I just told someone about this yesterday, now imagine he bought in this morning, and then the a** fell out. He would have been pissed.
It moves on air, but there's not many investors coming in. Now the chart is whack. I would get nervous if I stopped in here tomorrow and saw that huge dip. I'd probably start loading the bid waaay low.
I take it we will be in May's INC magazine, grabbed April Edition to get acquainted with the mag
I'm gonna head to Books a Million and see if the Forbes is there. Be back in 30 mins.
Anybody with L2 actually see what's there, the 10k at .0091 is getting hit, but stays 10k
;) I think there's people who doubt the sales are going to happen. As we inch closer to see what's behind the curtain, people are going to start betting what's behind it is beautiful. When they see what's there...Shock and Awe
Wow... .92 print
Right, someone dumped their shares and ran the price into the ground for like 6 or 7k...stupid
