I think, on top of it the conversion of the shares have a maturity period of 18 months from the day of conversion ??. Assuming they won't convert in the next 2 years, we still have about 3 and 1/2 years for the dilution to occur ?? Which is not bad. Just IMO.
I think for them to give a big spike is because of their less share count(about 10 million share count?). Same thing happened with FSPM recently. Healthy revenues along with good profits year after year may take the pps of TRTC upward slowly and steadily instead of sudden spikes. Just IMO.
Hope it would popup like MDBX, CANV, CANN one day.
Still a better one in share count( About 115 million?) when compared to some others in the sector.
If TRTC is able to acquire 5% of the market share in this potential marijuana sector, we may see the pps about $50. Just IMO.
Agreed. Potential here is huge. Debenture means unsecured loan. That it self is telling how much potential is here. Just IMO.
Just read the agreement. At a price equal to 90% of 20 day VWAP of company's common stock prior to Feb 5th 2014.
My guess is that the stock pps comes about 0.35. 90% of $0.35 means about $0.30. Number of shares for $6.5 million at pps $0.30 are 21 million shares. Which is about 18% of the current shares. So my guess is there's 18% more shares getting diluted in the next 5 years. It's not bad if there's no further dilution occurs. Just IMO.

Just read your post again. As it mentioned it as a convertible debenture, what is the conversion ratio.
Demar, is it a convertible debenture or non-convertible debenture.
MH, Welcome to TRTC board. Your presence here on this board itself telling it's potential.
Dmcc I hold TRTC and long. Hoping to accumulate much more.
dmcc is it going to have more debt?
What's the other one
DT it's nice seeing you on this board. That itself tells how good this stock is.
Round table before net zero.
Demar welcome to TRTC
Your idea might be good. But what if incase it goes to $15 instead of coming down? Just incase?
948900 Bid for $3.11? Wow!! Is it true?!
So is this PMI one of the competitors for TRTC?
Longs who got in at 0.08 in last few months are already up 600% up. I also late in the game. T-Dawg let me know about it's potential first, thanks to him.
Can TRTC see a day like today's AERO. My guess is yes it may see many days like that. What you guys say?
Thanks On2
I am just looking to acquire more. I already late to this play.
Addict, really thank you for your detailed analysis.
Closing above $5 might take some time. But once it closed above $5 then $20 might be instant. Just IMO.
Thanks Ziggy for your DD.
Please don't buy or sell shares based on my opinions/posts. I am not an analyst or a professional trader.
I have to say thanks for T-Dawg for telling about this stock. But I already late to enter into this.
IMO, The estimated market value for Marijuana and it's products is $100 billion per year? If so 5% of that that will be $5 billion. If TRTC is able to grasp that 5% market share the value of the company would be $5 billion. The number of shares of TRTC are 115 million?. So each share of TRTC would be valued at about $50?. Just IMO.
Greens12 already posted his calculations saying that the pps has the potential to go up to $50.
MDBX, CANV, what's next? From a penny to $100? Is it TRTC or some other stock?
$50 in 5 years?
understand. There are many more grow houses that will come up and assume where the stock might be.
Looks like TRTC is flying instead of running.
$50 pps?
I feel like even at this price also it's good to accumulate this to hold for two years for good returns.
IMO, Once if it is uplissted in big boards it may not take that long to touch $10 a share.
Interesting to read.

Agreed.
Correction: TRTC lost $5.8 million last year not last quarter.
TRTC lost $5.8 million last quarter. Liabilities equals to assets. Looks like better than some of the other companies in the sector which have liabilities much higher than their assets.
