I'm right here with you guys to the end (hopefully a glorious one!)
I would love to see that! Have a good weekend!
Looks like the buying dried up, at least for the time being. It would be great to see more of the same as the day goes on. I wonder what the genesis of it is?
WOW! Some serious buying going on. Wonder what's up??
Today got 30% back in a hurry!
PR with more clarification re. FDA issues, and future conference call to be scheduled.

This is a great buy and hold folks, IMO. Now's the time to get in with some cheap shares. Good times coming, it will take some time, but patience will be rewarded
Good move nonseq!
DECN will be back, and will prosper, IMO. Longs who held, and those who added, will be rewarded down the road, IMO. I like this part of the PR today:
"it is now under the regulatory control of the company's PharmaTech subsidiary and is fully compliant with the mandated quality procedure policies and documentation."
Pre-market sellers and panic sellers this AM will be sorry, IMO.
I think you're correct, KS. Long term this shouldn't affect the company's plans at all as long as the issues are addressed appropriately. Short term, they'll need to address this quickly and decisively.
I'm sure the 10K will be out when the company gets ready to issue it, but by the end of April at the latest. IMO
Not filing the 10K is not the end of the world. They will recover nicely IMO!
Maybe it will go up significantly, maybe not. Doesn't change the overall long term prospects of this company.
NO LATE FILINGS FOR DECN (except this current one)-ALL HAD PROPER AND ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR DELAYED FILINGS!
I agree. Nobody can predict short term share prices-NOBODY. What should be the goal (for investors, not traders) is to get in early on a company that has incredible potential, and is executing a plan to realize that potential. That's why I've invested in this company. The future looks very bright indeed and I won't be selling soon. Go VGPR and go Red Raiders!
NO DANGER of DELISTING!
"In the case of a company with securities quoted in an over the counter market, like the OTC Bulletin Board, there are no listing requirements. However broker-dealers participating in the OTC Bulletin Board markets are members, and governed by the rules, of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). FINRA Rule 6530(e) prohibits members from quoting the securities of a company that has failed to timely file a required report three times in any 2-year period, or that has had its securities removed from the OTC Bulletin Board quotation service twice in a 2-year period for failing to file a required report within 30 days of the filing deadline. Once a company’s securities are prohibited from being quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board the company must timely file all required reports for a period of one year before it can regain eligibility."

This management is going to blow your socks off. Just wait for everything to come together! All IMO.
I think today will continue to be a low volume walk down. Better things coming next week. See you Monday!
Ray, can't PM, but on board. VGPR is a WINNER!
Look at the Genstrip box on the Monolith commercial. It says, Genstrip is a product of Pharmatech Solutions Then compare with the older commercials which state that Genstrip is a product of Shasta Technologies. GREAT NEWS and probably why the cost of a box of 50 went down to $8.95 recently. GOOD TIMES COMING, IMO, and brought to you by a great management team at DECN!!
Wow!! Jumped back to 9s in a flash...shorts beware!!
Got some more at 85. Exciting times ahead!
From your previous posts:
"There will be 181 million sell off, too. VGPR has no merit, like other real companies! 0.102, whoops, going down!"
"I will buy all the cheap that fall from heaven like manna! Thank you very much!"
So why would you want to buy any stock at any price for a "useless" company with "no merit?" Why don't you move on to a company that is "real?"
GO VGPR!!
GoPro, FYI, the CEO works in his position without pay, and has for years by his choice. Don't you think long term he has a vested interest in how well the company does, ie, in seeing stock price appreciate due to running a banner business?
My first sell order is set at .0298 for about 5% of the shares I own! Congrats to all!!
Mr S, thx for the terrific and informative response. I can hardly wait for this to get into and through the FDA and CE mark processes and get into the hands ( large or small ) of users. This will be a huge breakthrough!
Mr. S, on the Pharmatechdirect site it states that Discretion is for children. Will it also be marketed for adults, or will there be a separate and distinct product?
Great news, Mr S!
Hang tough, diarch. Good times coming IMO!
Yep. If we could also get one or more private label deals announced, as well as an acquisition, that would be a pretty stellar month. We'll see how it goes.
I think by mid April it will happen.
An excerpt from the Seeking Alpha Article stickied above:
Some may think that either they missed out on the quick 400% appreciation, or that this stock has run its course with little chance of recovery or perhaps they feel that they may have a long wait until the company adds clarity to its business and the stock makes its next run, it is hard to tell, but in our view, there couldn't be a better time to take a position in DECN as the story hasn't played out, it's actually only beginning. We feel like this is likely to be our best stock pick of 2014.
Nothing has changed on business prospects of DECN from Jan 23rd when this article was first published. SP then was appx $.60, and if in their opinion it was a good time to take a position in the stock then, this is an even greater opportunity at $.40. All IMO.
neal, I concur. Something's brewing here, and it's something good, IMO.
It sounds like you don't understand COG and how much every dollar saved through an acquisition like Shasta would multiply the bottom line and value of this enterprise. I don't know if the acquisition is Shasta or not, but it would make sense.
This company has rarely operated that way. KB doesn't do what he does to please the masses (ie shareholders). He does what he needs to do to build the business. I wish he would inform us better, but don't hold your breath. Regardless, whether or not the company informs us, it doesn't change some of the realities of the situation: DECN is attacking the $12.7M bond; they have an anti-trust suit against JnJ that JnJ needs to settle to move on with their business; DECN has filed SEC reports re. a contract with the world's largest retailer; etc, etc. These are facts whether or not we hear any updates from the company.
I know from being in business that all these type of things take a lot more time than KB or any of us would like them to take. I believe that's what's happening here. Time will tell. I don't expect much from the 10K except maybe some forward guidance, maybe a little more from the Q in 7 weeks re how some of the operational aspects (ie, sales) are going. I don't expect PRs much any more to learn about the business progress. I've been here almost 5 years now--I can wait another year or two for the results to validate DECN's business model, if that's what it takes. GLTA Longs!
AND DON'T FORGET--The court bond hearing that was set up for early April is no longer on the docket at all ! Something good is in the works IMO!!
ALL REMEMBER: The JnJ bond that is being attacked by DECN as we speak is up to $12.7M in damages that they can recover from JnJ any day now. That's more than the current market cap!! And that doesn't count possibly tens of millions in treble damages under the anti-trust suit.
PPS up more than double over a year ago, but the best is yet to come-IMO!
Consider: This is the management team that led the fight that resulted in JnJ's 1st loss EVER in a patent case. Pretty impressive!!
