Major share holders? 80,000 shares is $176. I wouldn't consider that a MAJOR anything.
Hopefully the MJ market will create some new opportunities for failing companies. "Past performance does not guarantee future results"
Perhaps this is a pump and dump. But if you're gonna CLAIM it's one, or being diluted, let's see some proof other than "it's going up so it should come back down"
1.1 billion shares in 30 minutes. WOW
Got facts to back that up? Or are you just gonna share your hopes and dreams with us?
That was a severe shake by the shorties.
People are sheep. Baaaaaaaaahhhh
You know how I know this is being bashed?
News is released about the company specializing in POS solutions for MJ shops, and the stock still plummets.
Load up, because right after the bashing, comes the pumpppppping
I can't believe people are stupid enough to sell at such a discount. Must be those that got in at .0002 freaking out and deciding to take their 20 bagger.
Either way, cheap shares for all!
Looks like opening at .0040x.0041
CA legalization will be on 2014 poll
All I know is I am happy to get in at .0019 today. I hope close will be around .0025. Would be nice set up for the rest of the week.
Business don't rent manufacturing facilities? You're kidding right? Lol
Big players don't want to rent. But start ups do. And that's where we are at right now. Plus, once CA goes recreational, LA will be the next Boulder.
And the thing about real estate is that they can be repurposed. Even if the MMJ market doesn't work out, the real estate is not useless.
Also, I bet CA will soon legalize for recreational use. PMCM can rent facilities to Individuals too. Like storage units, but rather growing units.
I also like that the company has cash and cash flow, from it's other divisions, to throw at potentially big $ ideas like this.
Why is Tuesday so important?
Then they say no......what the mean by "compliant" facilities is those with security, water supply, ventilation, waste disposal, already set up. MJ companies are going to rent this space to save time on money on setting up and maintaining their own facilities.
Once the property is set up for MJ growing, why would anybody else want to rent it? It just doesn't make sense....
What about it?
I'm still banking on the fact that this will be like NVDL. We just gotta hold out until the IP is liquidated and the shareholders get their cut.
Crazy bid volume. Lots of resistance in the low 20s but if we break it we see copper. Great PR today!
I tried searching online but can't find anything. What exactly happened here?
Oh no. My $93! Anyway, the stock symbol is now SAPXD
Has this been delisted? Is the company officially being shut down? Why are they not selling off assets and distributing the proceeds to shareholders?
Don't go investing your life savings here. But if you want the potential of a nice return on a small investment this may be a good choice.
I think this is a good industry to be in. I have thought before "how are these growers going to maintain and secure their operations?" If PMCM can get into management, they can make even more money selling security equipment and grow supplies such as co2 and other grow supplies. Property management/grower support is a nice niche to the MJ sector. Not just another "partnering with MJNA" plan.
I just bought whopping 168,800 shares for $93.80.
If the company did not have so many liabilities, it's a non-brainer buy out at market cap of $21,000.
You're telling me HEMP is over prices when companies like REVI, FFFC and STBV, which don't do a damn thing except partner with companies HEMP, are up 300-700%?
What is the benefit of the farm bill? Domestically grown hemp. No more importing. This carries multiple benefits.
All IMO
First of all, there is no integrity to impact. I think we all know exactly what both Hoffmans are about.
The point is that criminal charges against Mr. Hoffmann don;t really impact financials of the company, but could cause enough bad will that the daughter also steps down.
The news you posted is 2 years old. The documents were requested/obtained 2 years ago and no charges were filed yet.
My point is, this company is obviously at it's bottom. It's market cap is below $21,000. However, it does have a significant amount of IP. At the right price, it might be bough and turned into something that is not a total turd.
Am I saying it's a good chance, no. Am i saying the share price will be $100 tomorrow, no. But I am saying that the more things come to light and get settled, the more there is some kind of hope for SAPX.
bought more at .16
Just the consulting fees from REVI (30 million shares plus 10 mil more later) and the joint ventures with companies like DEWM, tell you how much knowledge and leverage this company possesses within their industry.
It's a joke that this is as low as it is. Don;t people notice it is being run down in small share intervals? and then huge buys get posted once the stock has dropped 15-20%? This happened last week and is happening today. The shorts are finally having their way with this stock.
I'm holding long term, once the shorts are out, we should see some gains, until the shorts get back in....
Is this not good news? Hoffman is no longer CEO, didn't he step down? Hopefully control of the company will change hands and it can start turning a profit.
somebody just sold me 91 shares at .0006. I thought this wasn't legal?
It's gonna cost me $9.99 in commissions to buy .06 worth of shares if the order doesn't fill. WTF.
if people stop selling there is very little resistance to .40
big daily moves give stocks a lot of exposure, as people are often looking at the biggest movers of the day.
A nice close would give HEMP a lot of exposure IMO
It would also be nice to get more of the Med MJ investors interest in hemp companies
I wish MMs would sit this out. They are the ones holding this stock back, keeping ti from breaking the .3050 mark. Not very fair....
a group of people are actively running this down
I was in at .14 and bought more at .277 and am averaged at about .19
I have no worries. I have a strong feeling this is going to skyrocket. Once it's legal to grow here, the company will hopefully use some of it's cash to buy some farm land in Colorado or Kentucky or something. That way it can have an in-country source for consumable hemp, and imported hemp for clothing/paper/rope.
Then again, that's just what i would do.....
Yes, there are some people who knew about the vote and factored it into their buying this morning. However, the real value will be in the PR after the bill is approved. CNN will talk about how Obama is gonna raise the economy by signing the bill into law. Fox News is gonna talk about how Obama is gonna destroy the country by signing it into law. Either way, millions more people will be exposed to industrial hemp as an investment.
OMG people, do you not know how to do due diligence? Last wednesday, the farm bill passed the CONGRESS. yesterday, it passed a "practice vote" in the Senate by 2:1 ratio. Today is the official Senate vote.
After that, it will go Pres. Obama to be signed into law as a BILL.
In case you don't know how this works:
Kentucky Congressman says hemp is going to be the Next Tobacco! From the Wall Street Journal, no some paid promotions company.

If people stop playing games this will hit .25 by close
Volume of 163,000,000+ is unreal
