Ironically he has made some valid points, especially on the PR and dilution as it relates to the price of the stock today VS what it has traded at in the past. There is no arguing intelligently the ridiculously low price in which this stock has and is trading at currently. And it is all a result of dilution and poor performance the firms ARTS has picked to promote their stock. It is bad enough that the stock is handled improperly on the trading end of things but to make matters worse, management clearly uses PR as trout to restock the pond with new investor so that they can use a net to scoop them up while the rest of us are waiting on the side lines for the price to come up to surface in order to catch a brief peep before it goes down again.
I’m not opposed to ARTS diluting responsibly but what I see is reckless. While the rest of you may be fund of averaging down every time they stock the pond and pull aboard more than they stocked, I getting quite ticked off about it. So now we get all psyched again only to have them come along and snatch the gain right out from under us. No wonder this stock attracts so many bashers and flippers! Now all I need is for some first grade mentality to come along and call me names because I’m expressing an opinion that he or she is too blind to see. Most can attest that I’ve promoted this company whole-heartedly but it is now time management start selling something and stop feeding off of our profits.
What does the charts say for next week? LMAO
This stock should be trading in the double digits right now!!! Between management and the MM we have a huge uphill climb. I’m not bashing because I own a ton of this S#%t but I’m sick of seeing 270 mil shares per day traded and watching this stock continue to fall. This is Bull#%*t!!!!!!!!
The resilient longs and savvy shorts is what we need to take this to the level that we know can be obtained. Yes the news received yesterday was tremendous but many investors have short attention spans and therefore seek instant gratification. Most had forgotten the important content of that press release as soon as they jumped in and saw that money grow. The fear of lost the does not follow far behind monetary gains, which is way we experience pull-backs and adjustments. Instant gratification will take hold again if the shares issued as dividends are not restricted.
The moment of truth is upon us. Is this stock worth holding onto in anticipation of growth or should we sell because the basher is right and we are just too hopeful to admit it? Every so often I do that Benjamin Franklin close where I list the pros on one side and the cons on the other. Did It today as a matter of fact because I’m up nearly 100% at this moment and I am very tempted to buy into the cautions placed before me each day and run. The pros continue to outweigh the cons by a long shot but what if I’m one of a minority that sees this? That would mean I’m a bag holder at some point. On the other hand if I’m right, I could be a millionaire should this stock live up to my DD and instinct.
At this point I would hate myself if I bailed and this thing run to double digits or better. Mid to high double digits would make most of you millionaires wouldn’t it? And a dollar would most certainly guarantee millionaire status practially all of you. This is our chance…is there enough positive information in your DD portfolio and in your gut instinct to justify going long? My gut says yes…what say yours?
IN THIS RUN, THE FLIPPERS LEAD THE CHARGE BUT BY NOON THEY ALL HAD QUIETED DOWN AND CASHED OUT. Captain, that was very big of you to admit that you’d been wrong about this run. As my dad use to say “Takes a man to admit he was wrong and a fool to just walk away.” Let’s remember that here are two sides to this man and now we’ve seen a side we’d not seen before.
One can do inventory adjustments without head hunting top names in marketing/advertising and MLM companies. One can run a scam without “purchasing spots with Time Warner” so that inventory can sit in a warehouse awaiting adjustments! Contradictions don’t sell. Only cowards hide behind CTR screens and cast stories full of holes and send private messages. Get off the playground because we are on topic…selling ARTS.
First he tells you that there is no money to pay the electric bill and then he try to convince you that the very same company who couldn’t pay their electric bill last week is now buying infomercials on the second largest cable network in the country but the spots are worthless. A guy who hides behind a screen and makes wise cracks? Sends private messages because he doesn’t have to face you to say it….There is a name for people like that. I know what you are because I’m the guy who chased you off the playground…boo!!!! ARTS is making gains and you unhappy….lol
Slim, I’ve watched you work this board all day and you’re good for us all. You’re correct in saying that this is not pump type news. This is the news that will keep on giving and giving. No hype here! As long as the masses don’t get spooked, this thing could run beyond any number mentioned thus far. These longs have been beaten so badly that they’d lost confidence in the very thing that held their interest prior to the split and sub penny land. Keeping in mind that the first installment of this news doesn’t even start until next month and where have you seen volume and low float come together with such good news? The stock has shown a net income, is issuing a dividend, spearheading an MLM company, has a pending IPO and an expected good financial report due any day now. Oh man, talk about your perfect storm!!!!!!!! This is likely to be found by Disney or some other like minded company. This company could add value to any of the movie studio or theme park types. ARTS need to make sure that they announce each time they launch a new Time Warner contract. That should equal up to a lot of PR’s.
No one has any way of knowing what a stock will do but this one can only be defeated by fear and stupidity. If we all remain positive and chase away the negatives, you should all wake up rich in the very near future….Good luck to all the faithful and loyal investors!!!!!!
What is ARTS management doing to get this thing up over a penny and keep it there? It’s time to do your business or get off the pot! No more fluff PR’s. Where is the beef in your stock’s ability to hold its own in the market? Not just the bashers fault, you have an obligation to kick Big Apple in the rear and make a real market for this stock!!! I’ve been invested in this stock for 4 months now and all it has done is go down….come on now…make a market for your stock!!!! And once you get it up over a penny….KEEP IT THERE!!!!
We’ve not concerned ourselves with the share structure to the point of mentioning it every day and continuing on to bash the stock if we haven’t found out. Every day it is the same question over and over…”what is the share structure” or “ask him what the share structure is.”What’s knowing the share structure going to do for a non investor/non believer? Shame on all the other investors (including myself) of Arts for responding to all who bash their investment. And if you are not an investor of ARTS, why in God’s name are you here?
I’ve not asked him that, primarily because that has not been my main focus. I’ve noticed that you seem very concerned about the share structure and if you’ve exchanged emails with ARTS then you should be able to answer your own question, otherwise you have cause for concern. The quarterly report is due out soon and hopefully you will get an answer. I’m unaware of your position in ARTS or maybe you’ve not taken one but understand that I have a position and anything negative that is being spat goes against my financial stake at this time.
I’m not sure what anyone’s motivation is to just come to this board and spat negative but those of us who are invested in this company would be fools to agree with those with that agenda. Clearly the CEO of this company is not well liked and has ticked off a lot of people but that is something beyond our control. I can understand anyone being bitter after that R/S but here again, was not the fault of those invested here now. The history of this person doesn’t suggest that he is out to help the investors otherwise that R/S would not have occurred. Okay, but beyond that, what are you going to do for those who have lost so much Mr. CEO? Dilution day in and day out is not the way to go if you intend to pay them back.
Be it desperation or greed, during future runs refrain from dumping more shares out into an already saturated market and beat the hell stock. Get rid of Big Apple and put someone in there that will convince your share holders that it is not all about you and the MM. The bottom line is that I’m here to make money, not line your pockets!!!!
Actually, I do...he is very positive and never call names like a child but in keeping witht he topic...this stock could go either way, .002 or .10 and beyond. I would and did put my money on the latter. Sports memorabilia is habitual, addictive and contagious while child children novelties progressively faddish. I would and did put money on both. I say that there will be a run several times before this is all said and done. There is lots of money in the sports world and I see no reason why some of that money cannot be spent toward one’s favorite player or team items. They would really have to screw up for this thing not to take off at some point. Maybe all of the negative things being said are true but this stock trade huge volume which means interest. And where there is interest there is usually profit.
• “The only way this stock can see .05 in on a slit”
• Stock traders don’t like delays (meaning reports) sell off very possible)
• If the public knew the level of dilution, this stock would fall to .002
• Continually files late, hides it’s O/S
• Afraid to show share structure, plans to dilute heavy into DIVY
• Is it a real profit or an accounting trick like they did with the inventory adjustments
• Another 32 mil…how many are diluted
• Making too much money elsewhere but cannot stay away from this board
• Company lining their pockets with so much money that they could care less about the stock.
• They are going to buy everything the world with a stock that is going down
• “Couldn’t pay their light bill”…how the hell do you know?
We know, we know, share structure, dilution, scam, distrust, tricks, cannot pay their bills, Stock will fall to .002 or .001 any second now, smoke and mirrors, smoke and mirrors.
Help me to understand something. If ARTS is so much of a scam and beats investors, why do the people who bash the stock continue to post on all the boards that pertain to ARTS? I really cannot make sense out of that. I agree that this stock should be doing a heck of a lot better than it is doing but the question is why isn’t it? Some would have you believe that it is all the fault of the CEO of ARTS. While he is clearly not well liked, I really don’t see him as being the only reason that this stock performs poorly. In these post, we get bits and pieces rather than an actually list of reasons why the cons see this stock as being a poor investment. The pros, on the other hand list why they support this stock as being promising. The only exception to this is a guy gizmo puppy (another board) who presented a darn good argument as to why this stock is plagued with low price and high volume. And even he has softened his position a little.
Do you really think that these so called bashers do this with your best interest at heart? Well they don’t! They do it because they have a personal vendetta with this stock. Sure there is a lot wrong with this stock but there is no justification for showing up every day to blast the stock when you’re not even vested. This company Big Apple is clearly one of the problems but that is something ARTS should have dealt with long ago. Well all the talk about the dilutions but again…they all do it but it is the bashers who is diluting this stock now. This one maybe more than others but how could that be if others have more shares out there? I say to management “stop pursuing assets long enough to put your house in order.” Clearly there is a lack of trust between you and some of your investor and quite frankly, I’m getting sick of watching your stock bounce around below a penny day after day.
So now we have a penny stock that shows a net income (something that few others do), issues dividends, anticipating a respectable financial report, being driven by a MLM start-up, direct marketing site, a soon to be launched animated children’s character, etc. and there will be no run what-so-ever on this stock? Who else believe that this stock will not go up?
I would be careful about dumping those shares that soon because the dividend shares may come with some sort of restrictions preventing the sale of the shares prior to a specific date. Secondly, having the financial report come out the same day as the release date of the dividend shares isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Look for the method to the madness first. I’d hate to see anyone jump out and have to thing run out beyond our wildest expectations anymore than I hate to see anyone left holding the bag.
Actually it appears that most of ARTS investor seems less interested in the share structure than those that claim not to be vested. I’m always suspicious of what motivates those who seem more concerned about my welfare in these matters. All too often such questions are more self-serving than anything else, so forgive me for having my reservations. When I read things like “why don’t you ask the CEO this or that”, my though at that point is “why don’t you ask him because I don’t want to know”. Although knowing the share structure is useful to some, it has been pointed out on this message board that there are lots of penny stocks with higher numbers of OS than this one so why continue to whip a dead horse?
Arts should show a bump after it post dividends.

This is really sad...This stock can't trade over a penny?
IMHO ARTS has to pull itself up beyond .02 for this new IPO to be a success. Playing with the numbers in terms of dumping more shares onto the market prior to the debut of this new offering is taking a big chance at setting the stock up for failure. There is enough doubt and a lack of confidence among investors as it is. ARTS need a good word of mouth and good numbers to make this thing happen. Also, that report had better be a good one!
Now watch the long investor let the bashers enter into their psyche on this IPO and make it become a burden for ARTS instead of a plus. As a matter of fact, they started the second it was announced that IPO was a $10.00 value…as if they knew the value themselves. The bashers were setting up this new company for failure too. So now that they cannot harp on dilution, what do you think the target will be? Possibly saying that if ARTS is only worth let’s say .0053 then the new company’s stock has to be worth less. Bashers are no one’s friend and they are only here to wreak havoc and each time you acknowledge to one of their post, you cost others and yourself money. The skeptics are worrying about what the value is going to be at the time of the offering so that can sell and not lose a dime of the estimated $10.00 per share value placed on it. Its F%*# ing free…get it? Why should anyone care what the value of the stock is if it is free to them? Like you’ve paid something for it!!! Don’t be your own worst enemy by being greedy! Get behind the new IPO with as much support and goodwill as you can publish and ignore the bashing.
I see this stock making 10 cents prior to NASDAQ or AMEX. I’ve stated that the confidence has been completely beaten out of most loyal investors to the point where they sell at the slightest drop in price. Bashers spook them to the slaughter pen daily. Flippers will always be present but they are more plentiful among ARTS investors because of the battered environment created by perceived dilution and constant bashing. I use the term perceived dilution because what has been coined dilution by the bashers is, under normal circumstances not dilution at all. We’ve been tricked into thinking that the shares from the RS are poison to us all. Fear and propaganda is what has kept this stock in sub penny land. Stop selling!!!!!!!!!!
Attention day traders, chart experts, penny stock forecasters and savvy investors
Please answer a few questions for me without bias or malice.
• Many have said that ARTS is no more diluted than some of the other stocks. Is that true or false…support your answer with facts please?
• It has been said that ARTS assets are as good as or better than most. Again, support your response please.
• ARTS management team is top notch. True or false. Support your answer.
• With a net income of 116K the last quarter, at least one person said that a net income among OTC stocks is uncommon period, let alone in a single quarter. Is this statement true or false and why?
• Some say that ARTS is bound to fall into the 0020’s or less category while others say that the stock could see as much as a dollar or more. Your thoughts are that this stock will end up where?
Thus far, ARTS has only performed after a press release or a paid pump and that concerns me greatly. I am not a basher and I have a great deal of my hard earned cash invested in ARTS. Because of dilution, flipping and that reverse split, the stock doesn’t seem to conform to charts or forecasts.
The degree of investor confidence and loyalty in the stock has been challenged like that of a battered domestic partner. I often wonder what it is about this stock that the bashers cannot resist. I think the answer is fear of its potential and their inability to predict when that potential will mature.
If this stock trades on a big board fueled by an MLM company, a successful children’s character, traceable Sports memorabilia, a successful call center, direct marketing site and the amount of enthusiasm that tends to surround sports collectables, this stock could actually go to the moon and the bashers seem to live in fear of that happening because many of them were here before the RS. The bashers are right about one thing though. Every move this stock has made is due to a PR or some other pump. But the day is coming when that will no longer be the case.
Great post! Welcome
Singled out for responding to someone who had called me a name and I got violated for responding back? The other person is still free to call names and I've been singled out? WONDER! THAT SOUNDS FAIR!You should go back review why I even bothered to respond in the first place.
Zealous,
You are correct about ARTS according to an email I received today (the company is on the up and up). The emails sent to us by ARTS prohibit us from copying and reposting them but the CEO stands behind his company and its integrity 100%. The information contained in the email I posted from another board appears to contain assumptions about ARTS that are incorrect. It is my understanding that ARTS is on point and does not have any issues of concern as suggested in that message that I reposted earlier. And actually Costume/Pinoman I have learned a valuable lesson from all of this and that is to not repost anymore emails or messages from other boards because if I am unable to reveal my sources, I will be questioned and quizzed. Costume/Pinoman I am not taking sides as you have suggested. I am merely trying to pass along information that will protect others as well as me from making the wrong investment decision about this company. After receiving this last email from the CEO of ARTS, I am convinced that ARTS is a legitimate company that is trying to grow and make name for it. As of today, I have no reason to doubt that this company is anything but on the up and up. This message comes directly from me.
I never disclosed the source of the quarterly report info but the CEO of ARTS sent the email and I deliberate left off the “Best regard” signature because at the bottom of the emails is a disclaimer. I’m not sure of what he was referring to in that email because I’d sent him an email containing a post that I’d gotten off of a message board. Enough said!!!
I will keep my eyes on it.
Am I to believe that an organization that ignores a whistle being blown on a $50 billion Ponzi scheme would concern themselves with a guy who cannot buy a ham sandwich? LMOA…Can’t you just imagine the headlines on that one scoop news reporter? Stop making you look stupid!
Given a perfect storm, this stock will make man of you millionaires. Most longs holding a million can shares could see this come to reality at a buck. Imagine what those holding over a million are thinking! The stock has seen a buck with less positives working in its favor. If this company starts to feed from the IPO of the other and vice versa, you potentially are on a runaway train. Think positive and keep the flippers and bashers out of your head.
Yes it most likely will. All the indications are there. I read anything from .02 to 1.00 and beyond. Honestly I would not be surprised to see this stock make a lot of millionaires. The potential is definitely there and to see where it went from that short pump by the Dean lets me know where this could run with news like a new company, an MLM, call center, product at every stadium, product traceability, the drive to pursuit new assets direct online selling….etc. The company seems to be in much better shape asset wise than last year. Now all it has to do is show a profit of some sort. A lot of these negative guys got caught with their pants down around the time this thing did an RS and went south, so now they are bitter at the newer people that are making money. These that aren’t bitter are the survivors with the pitcher of lemon aid.
BDaddy,
Hope you realize that my comment was posted to your's but directed the other guy.
What I wrote was that I’ve heard that the report for ARTS is going to be huge and never stated from whom I heard this. There is nothing anywhere stating that I hear anything about the financials from the CEO. Besides not getting the facts right…this guy clearly has nothing better to do than bash this stock on a daily basis and if anything positive is posted that he doesn’t agree with he sticks his nose in for provocation. I’d said my last words to him and hope that he is smart enough to do likewise.
You're correct I was. This is a conversation he and I should have in person rather than behind these screens.
I’ve been told that ARTS quarterly report is going to be huge so maybe that is why the bashers are out in force today…
This guy epitomizes the expression lonely and insignificant. Only someone with the mind of a two year old would try and provoke using such a childish thing. Best of luck to you Bdaddy...ignore all else!
The question was how will we receive our shares of the IPO...
Answer: the dividend will be issued to all those share holder who, at the record date of April 15th, are in possession of Artfest shares. Our Transfer Agent will give us a report of all the share holders and the certificates will be mailed out to the owners of shares on record.
Best regards,

Very good...thanks for the post!
The stock just didn’t hold water. Up to the .0080’s and then back down again. For those who predicted above .01, you were wrong. It is hard to defend a stock that has such a hard time holding up. I’m not sure of how much dilution took place but the bashing flippers were present. It is my understanding that in order to cash in on whatever dividends that will be awarded, you have to remain in until April 16th. I think that the stock may not go down as far this time due to the curious and the faithful. Only those with little faith will sell or flip prior to April 16th. The bashers will scare the living S#*t out of some but common sense should dictate that the good news is just ahead so why not stay in?
Maybe someone will be kind enough to answer this question for me. Will the new company, Artfest Direct be paying dividends on its shares?
