Wessal could purchase up to 25,000,000 shares without filing a 13D. I would think they had purchased shares early in the game at much lower prices but now release the news and shortly the 13D to add the other 100 million shres.

Heck no!! I'm still waiting for 15 cents!!!!
Yup, you missed the boat. I don't think half the audience was asleep, it was you. By the way, this stock is leading the Ihub Stockpicker contest by a huge margin and it's growing. Lowman a pumper? It ain't pumping if it's true.
At least you are good for some laughs.

Agreed, a slight pullback from the days highs but strength right to the end as there are more buys than sells. People are beginning to realize that this firm has the goods. 980k is a big day for us. We loose some people taking profit and add people at a much higher level.

Dispite the rantings of our resident naysayer, the white paper is big as they have drawn conclusions as to the veracity of Live Tissue Connect and are sharing them with Medical community. This is going bigtime.

Not to go all “better than thou” moral, but I must admit to loving just the idea of owning this stock. We are not only selfishly investing in a huge moneymaker but also helping our country become a cleaner more ecologically viable location.
We are also aiding patients in the future who may require surgery of almost any type by removing deleterious material from internal procedures. We are helping reduce the quantities of antibiotics required and in hastening the healing process.
Not only are we greedy seekers of lucre we are concurrent philanthropists in a way. And who knows which of us will require our own product down the road.
Airdale
Well Captain Lowman, we are .53 cents up from .15 shares and only .47 down from $1.15 shares......perhaps someone misplaced a decimal.
airdale
Lowman, still digesting. Pulmonary and colorectral, two sets of surgeons and a white paper. Western European exposure in a population set 1 1/2 times that of America. After what, 5000 surgeries, it sure seems they are getting ready to reveal this product and it's miracles to the whole world.
Holding a bit tighter to my shares.

midwestmi, this is an unsolicited pink sheet stock. The MM are not supposed to carry inventory. That means that a buyer has to be matched to a seller and the difference between the trades is the MM commission.
Example: The ask is 0.12 and you buy 100000. It hits the ticker like this
100000 12:50:10 0.12
100000 12:50:09 0.115
or
100000 12:50:10 0.12
50000 12:50:09 0.115
25000 12:50:09 0.115
25000 12:50:09 0.115
When they short you at the ask, it looks like this
100000 12:50:10 0.12
with no match or series of trades that match.
I have seen the MM taking bets on it going down early in the day. They short and pick it up later in the day. I do not believe that they are shorting us without closing the position at the end of the day.
A sell would look like this: you sell 100000 at 0.07
100000 12:50:10 0.07
100000 12:50:09 0.075
This reprents someone wanting to buy at 0.075 and you selling at 0.07. They just take your shares at 0.07 and give them to the guy at 0.075. The difference is their commission.
A buy-in would look like this: You sell 100000 at 0.07
100000 12:50:10 0.07
No matched trade, they just cover and pay you the 0.07 per share.
I hope that helps. It is pretty complicated and hard to see at times, so sometimes it is a guess on what they did. But when they do it a lot. It is easy to recognize

Lowman, it appears that CTUM is in pre-launch mode and all systems are A OK.
More insider buying that has in the past initiated price escalation, a fundraising spinoff for a LTC, pipeline news for LFG imminent, a Cornellectomy reducing debt and shareholder doubt, and the public's recognition of CTUM's quality management. I don't necessarily agree with the need for any new technological acquisitions, as it could hinder the focus on bringing our twins to market. The next year will be one of huge revelations and growth for both our technologies.

Outstanding shares increased 2300% from 2003 to 2006 for Emaar Properties. IMO a very direct correlation to their share price dilution during the same time period.
Also IMO, it is signigicant for a "small", (it's realative), firm like SLJB to be affiliated with a group having an $18 billion dollar market cap . I also believe having the UAE government control 1/3 of the shares is a positive in several ways. However, this volume of shares issued in a short period of time says they are very ambitious but also very cash poor.
The percent of the UAE market 12% and sector 86% Emaar commands is also phenomenal IMO. This country in a way is a two trick pony based on oil and construction/tourism.

Judy Collins would be proud, "Send in the Clowns". Every single one of the old basher alias's from two weeks back have gone and a whole new crop is here for a short while. Yes, they'll also leave when proven to be jokers at the next price level.
LFWK's share price was 2.8 cents at last look when I left town on July 25th, 10,000 posts back amid rumors of a name change and PR's to be forthcoming and nagging bashers belittling every move the firm had made.
Now, we're SLJB at .09 (that's a three bagger in ten days folks) with more details on last years income. We hit $26 million net and have margins of over 40%. We aren’t selling just 2X4’s we sell specialty products with very high margins. We have a contract for $124 million dollars in the most cash saturated area of the globe and a $25 million dollar guaranteed loan to aid Sulja procurements.
Our well-heeled partners are building the most boutique collection of buildings on earth, beautiful, rare one of a kind construction that the very wealthy will pay to enjoy. We have assurance of no dilution, aggressive management combating false PR's, and additional speculation of more PR's forthcoming concerning another portion of the reverse merger.
We have PR’s stating we will be on multiple exchanges to increase our visibility and liquidity. They are aiming at a NASDAQ membership and say they currently have the means and assets to apply and be accepted. They are doing this in the face of Sarbox rulings that have more prosocutorial teeth.
This Company is real IMO and simply needs some time to mature.
Meanwhile, send in some more of those clowns for entertainment purposes.

When a company performs a share buyback, there are a few things that the company can do with the securities they buy back. The company can reissue the stock on the market at a later time. In the case of a stock reissue, the stock is not canceled, but is sold again under the same stock number as it was previously sold. The company may give or sell the stock to its employees as some type of employee compensation or stock sale. Finally, the company can retire the securities.
In order to retire stock, the company must first buy back the shares and then cancel them. Shares can not be re-issued on the market, and are considered to have no financial value. They are null and void of ownership in the company. Retired stock is repurchased from the money saved in the company's retained earnings. After the stock is repurchased, the issuer or transfer agent acting on behalf of the share issuer must follow a number of Securities and Exchange Commission rules regarding stock.

Corvette I haven't talked directly to Dexter for about a month. I do know they have over 6 mil under contract now with revenue numbers gapping each month as those contacts become active. I feel very comfortable from what he told me that some very large clients are near signing and near exponential growth a formality.
This security is one of the finest pennies available IMO. We get monthly updates from our CEO on revenue, a very experienced CEO who is the best in the business, new clients coming online, fixed cost outsourcing affords almost unlimited growth, best most secure computer system in the business, double digit growth on a monthly basis and a country that has growing drug issues that will never go away.
If Creede's lovely family gets healthy Labwire will be about perfect.

Lowman, when we have had time to purchase our additional shares and you decide to tell the world about CTUM, may I make a suggestion. Ken Goodrich on the Seasonal Penny Board has a very nice setup for maximizing profits based on yearly trends. He seems much like yourself in that he is very willing to help others make a buck, has a nice system, and is gaining popularity on IHUB. I think CTUM would look great on his "Gold Rush Stock List".

I think we'll see some profit taking by flippers this afternoon and a drop below .35.
Like most here I've held my core position for months just waiting for a buy trigger to pick up some more trading shares. I'd like to see .30 or lower in the next week to pick up another 50k. It appears Mr. Robbins knows well how to set a trigger.

Milo, still expecting the energy major to come on board soon. Mr. Morris hasn't missed yet on closing sales and with their outsourcing of services strategy, no client is too large to land. What a country, what a company, what a growth curve.
Airdale
Completely agree PNEW, we don't have financials but we have a very firm floor. I believe it was PA's exact intent to set a price baseline when he realized the financials would still be under wraps for a longer period of time.
Why would a firm increase shares by almost a billion (common and preferred), set a price floor and keep financials a secret? IMO, they have a very large deal(s) to make and are setting the stage.

Markrhead, appreciation to you for moderating a board that appears to afford some diversity of opinion.
Russia, the trimmed down remainder of the old Soviet Union has for the past 17 years been working on a national identity. Since the ”democratization” move initiated by Gorbachev in 1989, not only has the world been trying to ascertain who Russia is, they themselves are still in the discovery period much like an adolescent IMO.
The government of Putin seemingly is having difficult time assessing where they are heading and the best way of getting there. The vast geographical distances, harsh weather conditions, lack of capital, old habits of communism and strongly entrenched Russian Mafia have made the free enterprise system an adventure at best. Putin is guarding his resources vigilantly and western opinion of the safety of Russian investments vacillates from solid too spurious.
It seems however they are making progress in some areas. National debt is gone and tax revenues from oil sales have helped build a 60 billion-dollar surplus while America’s debt grows daily. They are also experimenting with the Ruble as a monetary base. Western monies and business know how increasingly are merging with Russian entities forming bastardized unions in which many of us are shareholders. Huge western entities Newmont and Barrick have ventured into gold partnerships and perhaps are sending a subliminal message to all that it’s OK. Russia’s adherence to GAAP is becoming a reality, http://www.iasplus.com/country/russia.htm and countries like India and China are lining up to partner in oil ventures.
The raw natural resources they possess are extraordinary in quantity and IMO unquestionable in existence. However, government intervention, the ease of extraction, logistics and processing are still unknowns as the western partners seek means and ways of capitalization and production. It has now been six months since initial investments in AURC began and the price is up and holding from those early levels. However, management must increase communication with all shareholders and finish “telephone” commitments to maintain the interest level. It feels like the 405 freeway at rush hour, slow and frustrating.

Might I also suggest you also copy the Hatch email and forward it to your states Senators/Represenatives. It is all about the squeaky voter.
Airdale
OT: Thank you Coydog. This morning I emailed Senator Hatch and praised him profusely for supporting "the little guy" in this battle with disreputable hedgefunds, MM's, the DTCC and the SEC. I don't agree with the man on many issures but strongly support him on this one. He certainly has a brass set to take on a group as well funded and corrupt as the afore mentioned.
Tedwitt said several posts back that we need a "champion" to represent us. IMO we have two in Hatch and Bennett as both have pushed this issue.
If every one of us as investors would educate two or three other people as to why their retirement isn't growing and create an ongoing communication between us and our National Legislature, we would get somewhere. They always go where the "votes" take them and we haven't given any direction.
I don't think it is the Senators/Representatives, it is us, the apathetic constituency who don't email, call and harrass them enough. This will take a grass roots effort on the little mans part.

Senators Hatch and Bennett of Utah have been attempting to expose failure to delivers for the past year or so. Utah's legislature has employed fines for FTD's and received threats from the financial community.
Airdale
Here is Hatch's Washington email address, I would urge you to continue encouraging him onward:
http://hatch.senate.gov/
Here is a repost of a letter I have sent to many:
BRAVO Governor Huntsman and Legislature, BRAVO!!
Governor Huntsman, Utah State Legislature, Douglas S. Foxley and all who worked to pass Legislation, which applies fines for Trading Irregularities perpetrated by Brokerages and Bankers nationwide,
I applaud your courage, integrity, and tenacity in facing a well-funded group in the financial sector that are bilking billions of dollars each year from the pockets of investors in this country. This piece of legislation makes Utah the first State to initiate procedures to help curtail these illegal activities. Utah has become the beacon for the U.S. Government and all other states, which to this point have ignored the pleas of violated investors to halt this insidious practice.
If you paid $30,000.00 to purchase a car and the dealership “fails to deliver” that car, the Great State of Utah would prosecute the dealership. You, the consumer would almost assuredly end up with your monies returned or a car of equal value. The dealership would probably end up with a grand theft conviction if either the money or the car were not rendered to the buyer. We the consumer are protected.
In the U.S., you can pay $30,000.00 for an Over The Counter (OTC) stock and if the seller of that stock “fails to deliver” those shares to you after a grace period of 5 days, it is illegal. What happens when the law is broken? To date, nothing, no fines, no investigation, no interest by the SEC. You will be put on a list called the SHO and you can review a published list each week that your security is being diluted and your assets drained. If the Brokerage/Bank that sold you the stock doesn’t deliver your shares, they illegally hold your money and earn interest on it, electronically fabricate additional shares and nothing else happens, absolutely nothing. If they don’t ever buy back the short shares and XXYZ is forced to discontinue business perhaps because of the Naked Shorting, they keep your money. What did the Brokerage/Banker do to earn that money, they committed theft. We the consumer have not been protected.
When this Brokerage Firm/Bank electronically creates these bogus shares and holds your money hostage, they also harm the company that issued those shares. If XYZZ company market value of $5.00 per share and has one million outstanding shares, the market value of XYZZ is $5,000,000.00. If however the Brokerage/Banking firms naked short another million shares, doubling the share total to two million, the additional shares probably dilute the price to $2.50. This misrepresents the value of the company by 50% and makes it more difficult for XYZZ to acquire loans, (ironically from the very people that diluted their stock), or be listed on another stock market such as the NASDAQ. Legitimate owners of the stock lose half the value of their share value. Plain and simple, this is electronic theft by the Brokerages/Bankers that commit this act.
Tony Taggart of Morgan Stanley plans a lawsuit in an attempt to continue without fines with these nefarious activities. Fidelity Investments, Bear Stearns and Zions Bank are all very upset with this legislation as it will dilute their profit margins. It looks like a legal battle will ensue as the Brokerages/Bankers will have fines assessed when they fabricate bogus shares and dilute the hard earned money of investors. I hope the Deseret News will continue to follow this story closely and expose this process for what it is, grand theft by the Brokerages/Bankers.
If your car was not delivered, you’d get justice, when your stock is not delivered, why should it be any different? Our legislature doesn’t think it should be, bravo.
All in my humble opinion,
XXXXXX XXXXXX
Hey Ninja, nice to see you hanging around. A whopping twelve thousand shares traded today......that definitely qualifies as paint drying action.
I suspect everyone is quiet but checking frequently for news on pipeline construction, a new Waste Management location, a european LTC licensee, a US LTC licensee, LTC patent work and on and on...news can come from a lot of directions on this and it is way too risky for me to not to hold.
I suspect CTUM will always be an interesting play, we'll wait forever for news and grow weary of watching low volume and then boom volume picks up, news of a new license and another nice spike. That will be the cure for the summertime blues.
Best to you,
Airdale
OT: Extremely OT. Rookie, I have way too much respect for Creede, his posters and what he has built here to continue littering his LBWR site with OT’s. Scroll down half a page for my answer. From this point forward, with an email address, I would be very happy to communicate with you.
Airdale
Rookie, my view of DBGF, is this is one of the most dangerous stocks I have ever seen. IMO some poor suckers are going to lose a bunch trying to play the momo on this dog.
From their PR’s the following info is provided:
No income, all monies are raised from issuing stock. They have an agreement for three years to provide money to explore a known mining area that might have a gram of gold per ton. If they hit gold and make money in several years, they get 65% of net for their efforts. It’s a third world country one that just annexed oil fields and facilities from firms out of North America. It is laden with terrorists, kidnappers and drug lords and security costs would raise production costs. They have a President and CEO that is willing to work for $5 grand per month. Five grand for a Pres. and CEO? Wow, what a good Samaritan, how many good CEO’s you know that are working for those kind of wages?
This will be a poster stock for pump and dump schemes. I would run from this stock faster than the speeding bullet the local terrorist might be shooting. Now,lets see where this is in three months.

$50 million was the firm, fast answer on a question as to how large Mr. Morris wants to get. He is certainly taking us there quickly, grin.

Creede, huge surprise on this one, was expecting one of the countries largest energy players and get and environmental? Still expecting another golden shoe to drop soon. To the moon Alice.
Airdale
Corvette, nice to see you digging into this one. The A/R was also a big hurdle for me so I contacted Mr. Morris. I had a small firm that audited freight for some pretty large multinational corporations. In reality, they dictated to us when we got paid and it was never even close to on time, but we always got paid. I was actually very surprised at how quickly some of the fortune 500 firms were making payments to Labwire. Mr. Morris knows the value of his product and is very forceful with clients on receivables.
My conclusion, this firm has warts and blemishes like every other company, they are aware of them and find them acceptable due to the nature of the clients.
I hope you post a synopsis of your conclusions when you reach a decision on whether to buy or obstain with LBWR. It will afford everyone another educated post on which they can base their research.
Best of Luck
Airdale
Creede, two months running we receive an update from your good friend Mr. Morris. I would not be surprised to see this same announcement month over month as he keeps us apprised of our growth. How often is this seen in Pinkyville? A multiplier of twelve times Mays earnings provides a four million dollar year, well on its way to his "we have six million under contract" statement in April. I am probably one of many emailing Dexter today and reinforcing this behavior of a monthly communication.
IMO momo guys exist in every stock and will once again play this news, we’ll get our up and back. One day our ups will be larger and our backs smaller and we’ll move. This PR solidifies and adds confidence to our group of core holders and will eventually be noticed by a far larger base.
Not to be crass but “piss in a tube” businesses will never have the cache as the new edgy high tech, alternative energy or the sparkle of gold. Eventually however LBWR’s greenbacks will talk far more loudly than the speculation and hype of most every other penny out there.
Week by week this board attracts not only more posters but more well informed posters thanks to you. Articulate individuals with friends and acquaintances that discuss investments with others. The greatest PR in the world is free and we spread it steadily outward daily. Pumps always fade while numbers always live and prosper.

Creede, nice get on the Baby Bulls blip. It may inform more folks about our little monster in embryo. I think the Rumpelstiltskin method of investing will work the best on this one. Buy and go to sleep on it for a couple of years. Upon waking, the LBWR world will have changed enough that we will wonder what happened.
I see you have another "grateful" admirerer expressing his gratitude for your efforts. Always keep in mind how much the majority of people feel about your constant efforts to educate, moderate, and proliferate on this stock and board.
Thanks for all you do.
