MASSIVE Dilution going on here today
Just kidding, We’re Golden.
Enjoy everyone. This is one for the ages.
This shidt is about to go Bananas
450,000 shares here now.
Transunion is the new Western Union.
Sending us money.
$3.2 billion in revenue, let's calculate
$3.2 billion in revenue
Let's say $1 billion from that is profit (earnings)
EPS = $1.35 per share ($1 billion earnings / 740 million outstanding shares)
EPS * P/E of 15 ......
$1.35 * 15 = $20.25 per share
We're headed for $20.00 per share people !!!!!!!!!!
Insiders have bought a Shidt Load of shares here
We obviously know where this is headed.
DOLLAR LAND.
Would love it. I have 400,000 shares now.
Man am I LOCKED & LOADED
This dip was awesome.
We're Golden here
Just need the merger to close now.
We COULD get the UPDATE tomorrow
I wouldn't be caught without shares right now.
PASO about to drop a surprise on us yet again?
(if so, they would do it tomorrow, exactly a day before the 15th)
Your Twitter links don’t work
They are saying the tweet is unavailable on Twitter
Uh, this is a Cancer Cure stock that has cured cancer on pretty much every animal it has been treated on. Tumor dissipated entirely, dog is able to have full life span again.
This technology has been brilliant at treating and curing cancer in pets.
Once this goes to human trials, just the announcement alone that they are trying it out on humans will send this stock in to dollars per share ... INSTANTLY on that PR.
The company has sent out so many tweets in the past talking about 18 different types of cancer in humans that this can treat and cure, including Breast Cancer.
According to this link, the cancer industry has a $50 trillion market cap at least, and this article is 14 years old. With medical inflation over 14 years, that means the cancer industry is a $100 trillion market cap worldwide....

I don't see Dilution going on here
But unfortunately the recent run up to $0.045 did not hold up at all.
Champana, you may want to pump this back up to the $0.04 range, lol.
-Roof
Those in the know say it will SHOCK THE NATION
I say it may just shock everyone worldwide.
Energy Storage industry will be worth over $500 billion soon.
Ozop Energy is expected to attain 5% of total market share in that industry as they grow.
$30 billion future market cap valuation? You best believe it.
But it won't happen overnight. Patience folks. Buy, hold .... count your gold.
Get in on the GROUND FLOOR, for just a little over a penny per share.
For a $30 billion company in the Energy Storage sector?
Bargain bin pricing for a Mega Billionaire company? Say what?
GET OUTTA HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
HUGE PR coming on Monday
You're not going to want to miss out on the PR coming early next week.
This may just be the last time you can get in with these prices.
Also, a Documentary is coming out on OZOP/PCTI, according to John on Discord.
That alone could shoot this straight up to $0.99
Which is still cheaper than a dish towel at the Family Dollar Tree store, but we'd take that share price.
My recommendation: Buy now, or you'll be buying much higher after FOMO (especially since it's the weekend).
Also hearing reports on Twitter that Brian will be on FOX News and FOX Business.
Merger expected to close by end of month.
I agree.
Just need patience here.
Accounting Firm handling merger = $55 Billion
This was posted on reddit a few weeks ago:
https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/comments/gwrd9b/paso_patient_access_solutions_inc_reverse_merger/
$0.0001 = The best thing for recent LONGS here
The best thing for recent LONGS here is for this stock to go down to $0.0001
That way they can do a massive share buyback to fix the O/S problem here.
They would then get more 'Bang for their Buck' on their stock buyout.
Even if it does completely wipe out veteran LONGS here like ToothFairy, it still helps the recent LONGS here, who have a cost avg. of about $0.0024
Once they fix the O/S with a massive buyback, and wipe out previous generation LONGS, it will reward the current recent LONGS.
Therefore, problem solved, as it helps at least some investors, which is better than helping no investors.
And the company is then primed more for the future.
$3.2 freaking billion in revenue
$3.2 FREAKING BILLION
Best Reverse Merger ever?
It's gotta be on Mount Rushmore at least.
Top 4 Reverse Merger ever, for sure.
UST Global confirmed the merger
I contacted UST Global.
They confirmed the merger, but couldn't give any more details for now.
Several details will be laid out soon in a joint statement among the companies involved.
Unfortunately didn't give an exact date, which is what I wanted to hear.
This stock has turned in to a big POS
LOL
It’s over man. I called the VP of Investor Relations for Windstream.
He said with 100% certainly existing common shareholders will get $0.00
Existing shareholders get nothing from Elliott. Nothing from anyone.
If you don’t believe me, call him yourself. His name is Chris, and his contact info was posted earlier here last week.
Would we have been better off here with a "solid" (reputable) Real Estate app, or with Dryworld the way that they sit "now" ???
Dryworld is worth way more than $14 million (market cap) right now.
Can someone post a link to the $3.2 billion revenue they generated in 2018 ???
I found this from the link below, which states $1 billion - $2 billion in revenue per year.
That would put them at about a $5 - $10 billion market cap in valuation, which is still great.
https://www.glassdoor.com/Overview/Working-at-UST-Global-EI_IE155577.11,21.htm
Thanks.
When merger closes, this goes up to $0.30
Then Dryworld can build their brand from there.
Eventually they will grow enough for this stock to reach several dollars per share.
I would save at least half your shares for that.
It's time to play the "Prediction Game"
Three Questions to predict:
1.) What will the share-price be here immediately after the merger is complete (and officially "public")?
2.) What will the share-price be for Dryworld one year from today (July 1, 2021)?
3.) Predict the all-time future high share price for Dryworld over the next 5 years?
I say ....
1.) $0.34 ($16 million rev. for Dryworld, plus new products and patents, O/S = 140 million)
2.) $1.59
3.) $6.98 (or $34.90 after a 5-to-1 Reverse Split, after it's in the dollars range organically)
$16 million annual revenue * 3x multiplier = $48 million market cap valuation right now.
$48 million valuation / 140 million shares = $0.34 per share value (right now)
I called this # today
I called Chris (VP of Investor Relations - Windstream).
It's over for all existing shareholders.
He confirmed all current shareholders will be wiped out, and he also confirmed there will be no buyout whatsoever for existing shareholders.
Existing shareholders in the end will get $0.00. He confirmed this multiple times on the phone.
I'm out. This was the first (and last) bankruptcy stock I will ever purchase.
I sold all my shares for a minimal loss.
I lost about a grand here, but most of my other stocks are doing very well recently.
Thankfully, the price was still around $0.12 - $0.13 today, after the bad news came out a week ago about them going private.
Windstream just F*cked their employees, which I actually think is funny, but I also feel bad for their 401k's.
When Charter went bankrupt about a decade ago, they didn't screw over their employees.
I have a neighbor that works there, and they still have all their stock, and of course their share price is fantastic now.

Without Amazon, this goes to sub penny again
And real soon.
Plus lots more dilution inferno here.
“Roach USA 1.0”
Still haven’t gotten an update about the app yet
is Alpha Testing half way done yet?
LOL
Go Dryworld.
And if common shareholders get 1/3 of that $3 billion
That is $23.25 per share
$1 billion / 43 million outstanding shares
If Common Shareholders are screwed like you say, then how come the price isn't below a penny now?
tutt1126 just showed PROOF that shareholders will get bought out.
Commons shares will be gone, but existing common shareholders will still get "value" for their shares.
Do you have a price per share buyout prediction?
Even if it's a crap-shoot guess?
Thanks.
Oh, that is GREAT NEWS for Common Shareholders
Thanks
So looks like shareholders are getting wiped out?
Under the Backstop Commitment Agreement, I understand that, in exchange for
their agreement to backstop the Rights Offering, the Equity Backstop Parties will receive (a) the
right to participate in an offer (the “Rights Offering”) to purchase $750 million (or approximately
96%, subject to dilution by the management incentive plan) of new common stock of reorganized
Windstream (the “New Common Stock”) at a 37.5% discount to the stipulated Plan Equity Value
of $1.25 billion, (b) an 8% Equity Backstop Premium equal to $60 million payable in additional
shares of common stock, also at a 37.5% discount to Plan Equity Value, and (c) payment of the
Backstop Parties’ professional fees and expenses.
Dude, they no longer have Amazon as a client.
What value is left in this company?
I can't believe they lost Amazon as a client
What a cluster funk this is.
I thought the Q was supposed to shoot this up to $0.25 again
What the heck.
So much for strong revenues.
The rumors were wrong for increased year-over-year revenue then.
Why is this TANKING today?
Amazon is no longer a client?
$70.00 per share buyout
If Elliott gives half to shareholders.
$6 billion revenue / 43 million shares = $140 per share
If shareholders get half, that's $70 per share buyout.
