2) Failure of demonstrating facial recognition

AG has made 9 separate announcements about the launch of the Zazzz 2 including 5 with dates. They have literally failed on every announcement they have made. They have one working machine in the market and that does not do age verification.........nothing short of a colossal failure.

that is true, i think then people were buying into the hype of the machines and not looking at the funadementals. now people know more, have seen the consistent use of debentures and also see the depleting A/S

There are approximately 10 milion people in LA county. This is approximately .014% of the worlds population. This means that of the 500K bitcoin users in the world there are 700 bitcoin users in LA county. Now 15% of the population of CA has a medical MJ card, this means in all of LA. there are roughly 100 bitcoin users with MJ cards in LA county.

Now there are roughly 700 dispensaries in LA county of the 100 people who might use bitcoin, what percentage of those use Exhale? Of this tiny tiny number, what % is going to use bitcoin the machine instead of cash?

There are a few problems with this:

1) the PR states the machines are online and available for public use, which is a lie, since the machines are not actually available for us yet (and this PR was from April 29th).

2) the bitcoin thing is complete smoke and mirrors IMO. Estimates are that there are only 500,000 bitcoin users worldwide....how many of these people live near one of the supposed two locations which accept bitcoin, 10? 12? and how many of these have actual medical MJ licenses? 1 or 2? and of those how many are going to use their Bitcoin to buy MJ? zero.......................

How inept is this company if they can't even update a static web page like the zazzznetwork site. They said zazzz was in place and operational at Exhale and that site is not even listed on the web page. They have how many full time consultants and not one of them can do the simple task of updating the site?

As for financials I suspect they will file for a delay like they have done the last few times. This will buy them a week. So they will file the delay on the 15th and then we will see financials on the 22nd.

I doubt they file for bankruptcy. I think they will jack up the A/S then do a R/S and then relaunch the company as something else. Look at their history....this is what they do.
