They cant start building till the state approval which is in NOV..then they need building plans approval.... thats why Clark county gave all the applicants till DEc of 2015 to be ready to grow.
So you feel they can build a 35000 sq foot building and receive a certificate of occupancy in roughly 60 days....
I would just like a clarifcation on how that agreement with two people will effect THE BOTTOM LINE....
Maxxm what is your time line on when TRTC gets STate Approval ?
Then how long will it take for their plans to be accepted by Clark County to build a 35000 enclosed cultivation and production building?
Then how long will it take to build a 35000 building?
Then how long will it take to grow and sell their first 75 pounds of medical marijuana?
I am surprised no one is concerned about the partnership in the Nevada Dispensary... S 1 clearly shows two unknown persons have a 60% to 40% interest..... so in my mind whatever revenue is made in the year 2016....two years from now... shareholders will gleam app 50% of the revenue while probably having to bear 100% of the costs...

I look forward to the Spin off.... The day will come when they turn Medifarm LLC into a stock and probably reward TRTC share holders with one free share for every 100 shrs owned ..... TRTC then can concentrate on produce and not be slammed by short sellers....
call me nuts...but I listened to DP talk about the WalMart deal and if that agreement expands the sheer volume to Walmart coupled with less headaches running a regular automated green house full of veggies NOW will reap a nice return..... DP said.... that all they have to do is deliver to one distribution point and Walmart will move em to all the stores......bottom line lets see the strawberries in October....2014.....
I agree.... but the costs associated with the NV deal are high and I am concerned over the return now that the S 1 states TRTC has two un identified partners and as a result the return will be only 40 to 50%.....so now the costs are HIGH and we only get ??? 40 to 50% return???
I don't think you will see revenue from MJ from Nev till 2016. In the mean time based on todays news from VAPO i believe TRTC will be distributing those vape pens filled with cannabis oil to dispensaries in four different states and that revenue will help the current share price..
YEs they have a plan ...... and yes they need state approval.. and yes they need their building plans approved.. and yes it will take months to build per the code and security issues and yes they have to be up and running by DEC 2015......
Where are they going to grow it.... all thats there is a cement slab.
Maybe they wanted to have the shares at a cheaper price and felt the earnings report would raise the share price, thus increasing their bonus....

Not getting the dispensary in Clark county is no big deal... They are applying to the City of Las VEgas for a dispensary that is only 17 miles away frm their cultivation site....
I agree Elk... all he or she can do is copy and paste.... I want TRTC to be profitable but they already have alot of debt and it will take millions more to get MJ operation going....coupled with running the produce company....I say again I am concerned with the S-1 stating our ownership is only 40 to 50%. now........ and that revenue will only be seen in 2016 ...

I hate to sound negative , but Rory Reid did the pitch to the comissioners for the Dispensary...and it failed...... DP did a much better job in my opinion....and I watched it first hand...

I am as hopeful as you, but your pic is in NJ and MJ is not coming to NJ till Christie leaves office....... and the Building has not been built yet in Vegas but has a time table of Dec 2015..... so I doubt we will see revenue till 2016... and then we have to give app 50% of that revenue to two unk named investors....per S 1....

FYI TRTC owns 50 to 60% of Medfarms....so revenue should be consistent with that percentage...
In checking my notes the cultivation and production location in Clark county is 6585 West GAry AVe. It takes only 17 minutes by car to drive to the proposed Dispensary in Las Vegas.. 1921 WEstern AVe... just found another address for a dispensary.... 1130 East Desert Inn road Las VEgas..... this is very close to 1921 Western AVe..

it depends on the determination of the shorts..... it appears they are out of ammo.... but they have all next week to sling mud...
Volume will remain low as shorts cover and we await a new wave of investors... Being a bulletin board stock coupled with uninformed public's perception of Marijuana will hinder this company. I look forward to the 15th Conf Call on the company's future and any numbers they can offer ref contracts with Kroger and all the other grocery chains they have ( I think its over 2000 stores now)...IMHO marijuana sales will NOT be necessary for this company to grow...there is more people wanted LIVE fresh produce than Marijuana.
Low volume is as a result the short position failed to get the price below .30 as on August 6th..... NOw they will just cover till earnings or try to increase the fear of longs over debt, past negatives... and ignore the bright future...

TRTC has a partner stock named NRTI who just announced a deal with Winn Dixie today....... Enjoy the ride.......they can drop off their goods in the same truck as the produce.... :)
