A different twist...
1) If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it will always be yours. If it doesn't come back, it was never yours to begin with. But, if it just sits in your living room, messes up your stuff, eats your food, uses your telephone, takes your money, and doesn't appear to realize that you had set it free....... You either married it or gave birth to it.
2) Reason to smile: Every 7 minutes of every day, someone in an aerobics class pulls a hamstring.
3) My mind not only wanders, it sometimes leaves completely.
4) The best way to forget all your troubles is to wear tight shoes.
5) The nice part about living in a small town: When you don't know what you're doing, someone else always does.
6) Just when I was getting used to yesterday, along came today.
7) Sometimes I think I understand everythi! ng, then I regain consciousness.
8) Amazing! ! You hang something in your closet for a while and it shrinks two sizes!
9) They keep telling us to get in touch with our bodies. Mine isn't all that communicative but I heard from it the other day after I said, "Body, how'd you like to go to the six o'clock class in vigorous toning?" Clear as a bell my body said, "Listen fatty....do it and die."
10) I read this article that said the typical symptoms of stress are eating too much, impulse buying, and driving too fast. Are they kidding? That's my idea of a perfect day.

Halloween suprise-----
Apparently the owners of this house had been seeing images and hearing
voices for quite a while. They did some research and found that a lady
once lived in the house who lost her husband during the civil war. Legend
says that she used to sit at the table and look across the fields in
anticipation of her loved one returning home. He never came. So, they say
she still waits. They caught this photo (using digital imaging and sound) of what
they claim to be her. This is wild and a little spooky once you find the
ghost in the picture. It only took me about 30 seconds to find it, but once you do, it just stands out. Like one of those optical illusions.
Hint: Concentrate on looking around the table and sort
of towards the window.
Also, if you have volume, turn it way up as you can hear some faint murmuring which they say is the ghost talking.

Two fellas are fishing in a boat under a bridge. One looks up and sees a

DOW 1000 in a few years just seems a bit unbelievable. Right now I am keeping most of my money in a safe place just incase. Just taking small steps every once in awhile. I know some people have still been doing well these days but I just never seem to have that kind of luck.
Jerry
I sure hope the following doesnt take place. I knew it was bad but i didnt think it would get as bad as some think.
By Thom Calandra, CBS.MarketWatch.com
Last Update: 11:37 AM ET Oct. 17, 2002
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- The U.S. stock market's dramatic October rally is about to dupe the majority of investors, say the folks who forecast the market decline in January 2000.
If Robert R. Prechter Jr.'s Elliott Wave International forecasts are correct, as I am confident they will be, the current rebound in stock indexes will go down in history as comic relief on a battered fiscal stage.
Steve Hochberg, chief market analyst at research firm Elliott Wave, says the stock market, as measured by the Standard & Poor's 500 Index (SPX: news, chart), likely will rise another 5 percent before beginning a horrific drop.
"There is a possibility we could go up to 990 on the S&P 500," Hochberg told me Thursday morning from Elliott Wave's Georgia headquarters, just before the market opened. "But our preferred view is 890. In our view it is a bear market rally, and we take out the Oct. 10 low." On Thursday morning, the S&P 500, a broad measure of the stock market, rose 3 percent to 885.
The stock market's sharp swings this summer and autumn have discouraged investors. "High volatility is completely normal in a bear market," Prechter told me Thursday. (See the Elliott Wave charts below.)
The 30-stock Dow Jones Industrial Average will lose half its value in the next six months to about 4,000 on the blue-chip index, says Prechter. When it's all over several years from now, the Dow will trade below 1,000, Prechter says.
Hochberg, who worked as a strategist at Merrill Lynch in the early 1980s, joined Prechter's Elliott Wave after learning the storied market technician had won a trading championship in 1984. "I said, 'What does this guy Prechter know that I don't?'"
Prechter is president of Elliott Wave International. His 1978 book, "Elliott Wave Principle," was among the first to forecast a tremendous rise in stock prices. His 10th book, "Conquer the Crash," makes a compelling case for a vast and rapid deflation of monetary assets. (See: Prechter says deflation will depress most markets.)
Prechter gets credit for forecasting the bull market in stocks that began in the early 1980s. Prechter and Elliott Wave theories also correctly forecast the sharp decline in equities that began in January 2000 on the Dow and March 2000 on Nasdaq. In November 1999, Prechter gave his now-famous "case for a bear market" speech at the New Orleans Investment Conference.
Prechter and his Elliott Wave team also told subscribers, just after Sept. 11, 2001, that stock market indexes would get walloped, then rebound quickly.
Accountant Ralph Nelson Elliott developed Elliott Wave theory in the 1930s. The premise is fractal: that all events -- psychological, physical and technical -- repeat themselves. In financial markets, market trends occur in five waves. Reversals, or pauses, develop in a three-wave pattern. According to Prechter's analysis, the Dow has completed five waves since the 1974 recession.

I dont own any ADOT BB. Just seen it was moving. Actually I bought EDSN when it was slow and at the lower support level (.38) to hold hopefully for a bounce. But when it broke the support I sold out at .31 and watched it fall to .16. Looked like a lot of selling going on. If only one could tell the future.LOL ( And "if" a frog had wings it wouldnt bump its butt everytime it jumped)
Jerry
BB-We are even because I dont like the way EDSN treated me last time either. LOL I guess I am just going to have to learn to have more patience.
Jerry
Good call on EDSN-ADOT seems to be moving also today.
Jerry
EDSN- Cant believe this one. I bailed out of it at .31 with a small loss. Now it is at .41. Just my luck.
Jerry
LOL Whip. That seems to fit perfit....eom
Jerry
I agree Whip on the throwing in the towel again. I have threw it in quite a few times but, but for some stupid reason I keep coming back for more punishment. I am taking it very slow right now until I see the light at the end of the tunnel anyway.
Jerry
Has anyone heard if Bobz shut down again. I havent been able to get into it for the last few weeks. (not that there was much there to look at.LOL)
Jerry
LU has more news out today....eom
Jerry
Hello everyone-Just got my lights, cable and phone back on today- thank god :) Lost everything when hurricane LILI came through last thursday. It got pretty bad around here. Lots of trees down, but I survived with the help of a small generator LOL.
Jerry
Been busy getting ready for hurricane Lili. I live about a hundred miles off the coast but the eye is still forcast to pass right through where I live. I have never seen a hurricane this close to here before. Luckily it slowed down before landfall so maybe it wont get too bad here. I may lose electricity for a few days but that is nothing new around here.LOL
Jerry
PCBM-Picked up some of this major POS Stinky Pinky today at .0009
Been saying for awhile if it ever gets below .001 I was gonna pick up some. 200 bucks will get you over 200,000 shares. I am willing to lose that much. Made good off of it last time it jumped up to .03 and then i bailed out. Been watching and waiting since then. It has been known to make some good runs and it sure has a lot of volume.
PS- Dont forget about the short.LOL
Jerry
Looking back, it's hard to believe that we have lived as long as we
have.
.
As children we would ride in cars with no seat belts or air bags.
.
Riding in the back of a pickup truck on a warm day was always a special
treat. .
.
Our baby cribs were painted with bright colored lead based paint. We
often chewed on the crib, ingesting the paint.
.
We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors, or cabinets, and
when we rode our bikes we had no helmets.
.
We drank water from the garden hose and not from a bottle.
.
We would spend hours building our go-carts out of scraps and then rode
down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. After running into
the bushes a few times we learned to solve the problem.
.
We would leave home in the morning and play all day, as long as we were
back when the streetlights came on.
.
No one was able to reach us all day.
.
We played dodgeball and sometimes the ball would really hurt.
.
We ate cupcakes, bread and butter, and drank sugar soda, but we were
never over weight; we were always outside playing.
.
Little League had tryouts and not everyone made the team. Those who
didn't had to learn to deal with disappointment.
.
Some students weren't as smart as others so they failed a grade and were
held back to repeat the same grade.
.
That generation produced some of the greatest risk-takers and problem
solvers.
.
We had the freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned
how to deal with it all.
Jerry
You definitly got lucky on that one BB.- Looks like it closed at the high of the day so it will probably gap.
Jerry
Its nice to get a run every once in awhile, but all it seems to do for me is get back what I lost on the last one. It never seems to make my account look any better. Oh well, someday the market has to turnaround(or at least I sure hope so)
Jerry
ADOT-up 185% already-good job BB- I was actually looking at buying this one this morning when it was under a tenth of a penny. My lights went out and I so i just forgot about it by the time they came back on. LOL just my luck.
Jerry
I picked up a few shares of it also FWIW....eom
Jerry
From the way it reacted they must of started dumping at open today and kept on until it was all gone. Not much of a pump job but if they were trying to get out I guess it got the volume up enough to serve their purpose.
Jerry
GLEE may be a good bounce play from here. .15 X .18
I dont own it myself. Have all money tied up right now. Looks like it doesnt usually have any volume tho
Jerry
GLEE-down 62%...eom
Jerry
GLEE-just received same email again from a different group. Man they dont give up. LOL
***Burgeoning Stock Alert***
GLEE
....................................................
Congratulations to those investors savvy enough to have profited from the stock profile that many of our Conglomerate of Newsletters presented recently that increased in value over 140%!
Bulletin: GLEE announces:
Significant Tungsten and Silver Sample Results....... Observe this press release: http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/020924/to092_1.html
TUNGSTEN. Remember that word! The stock? GLEE. Remember that stock! GLEE is the symbol for GL Energy and Exploration, trading on the OTC BB. The Company is engaged in the fields of mineral exploration, energy, and property development within North America. GLEE, through its subsidiary, GL Tungsten, is currently working on developing an advanced tungsten project known as Pilot Mountain located in Mineral County, Nevada. TUNGSTEN is red-hot! The US Army is going green. (Read the articles below).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You, our valued subscribers are receiving this alert today. VERY strong rumours persist that a major European Promoter will be advising his subscribers later this week. You are seeing it first! As more and more investors are alerted to the huge potential that today's profiled Company possesses, we anticipate the demand for this company's stock to SKY ROCKET! We anticipate HUGE VOLUME on GLEE today and for many days/weeks to come. GLEE has the potential to more than TRIPLE in value in the near term! The time to give serious consideration to investing in GLEE is now before the masses do. There will be HUGE volume today, Monday, September 30, as well as the remainder of this week.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
GLEE is a no non-sense type of company that appears to be intent on developing and executing its business plan without "Hype or Hoopla". The Company's press releases read honestly and are very devoid of hype, rather than an attempt at self promotion like most smaller companies seem to do in their press releases. We like that. We are all tired of B.S. press releases full of hype. GLEE doesn't do that! Quite clearly under the veil of scientific ramblings is a MONSTER of a story for those willing to read and understand the HUGE potential GLEE holds for investors savvy enough to get in on the ground floor of this Company.
Consider this: The International Tungsten Industry Association (ITIA) states on their website that "most tungsten ores contain less than 1.5% WO3" (WO3 is the key measurement term for tungsten yields/concentrations). Click here for the ITIA report
GLEE recently announced results from samples taken at the Company's Desert Scheelite deposit of the Pilot Mountain site. GLEE announced that recent samplings returned results of the W03 component of Tungsten to be 1.29% in sample #1 and 1.44% in sample #2. Additionally, the Company's recent press release announced results of one sample containing over 500 g/mt (over 15.5 troy ounces per tonne) of Silver!!
Compare GLEE's announced sample results with other operating mining companies such as North American Tungsten's (CDNX: NTC) MacTung Project. On NTC's website they report the MacTung Project is being worked at an average grade of a mere 0.95% W03. (see: http://www.northamericantungsten.com)
Additionally, compare the mining operation managed by Avocet Mining Company where the company reports working its Panasqueira tungsten mine in Portugal with a measley .28% W03 average content. (see: http://www.avocet.co.uk/tungsten.html)
Before detailing more about GLEE as a company, you must first realize why Tungsten is such a HOT and growing commodity to understand why we believe GLEE will become a very HOT and growing commodity with investors. As you will read in a reprint of an article below, it is estimated that "Next year, the Army will produce 5 million to 10 million green bullets (made of Tungsten) and after that up to 200 million each year", stated Wade Bunting, project manager for environmental armament technologies at the Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. If one does some calculations, 200 million tungsten bullets a year, using an ounce of tungsten each... that makes more than 5,500 tons, or one eighth of existing annual tungsten consumption in the world!!
The Lone Ranger may have used silver bullets, but the US Army plans to go green...
Click on any of the links below to read a number of recent news articles detailing the US Army switching to Tungsten ammunition and you will understand GL Energy's (OTC BB: GLEE) HUGE UPSIDE POTENTIAL!!

**Tungsten has low toxicity and data indicates that it is environmentally benign. Suitable for combat, tungsten composite bullets pose no risk of lead contamination and will reduce environmental compliance burdens on many small arms ranges. The tungsten composite bullets match or exceed performance requirements for function, accuracy, lethality and penetration.**
Tungsten is an increasingly vital and environmentally safe metal, replacing hazardous lead in many products, including automobiles and now even bullets for the US Army. Tungsten metal has an extremely high melting point and is amazingly dense. A baseball made of tungsten would weigh over 13 pounds. Tungsten products also are used in heavy engineering industries to bore automotive engine blocks, drill for oil, mine coal and in computers, to draw heat away from microchips. Even golf clubs use tungsten for added density.
POTENTIAL TUNGSTEN SHORT SUPPLY SQUEEZE - Read Why -According to the president of North American Tungsten Corporation of Vancouver, British Columbia, Udo E. Von Doehren, "For at least the last decade, the balance between supply and demand has been maintained by supplying tungsten from strategic Russian and Chinese stockpiles to meet production shortfalls. In an attempt to control tungsten exports, the Chinese government stopped issuing new permits for tungsten mines, curbed the export of concentrates and announced other measures to rationalize its production amidst ore depletion warnings. China supplies approximately 85 percent of the world's consumption. And, "The worldwide supply of tungsten raw materials is dominated by the Chinese, who own approximately 70 percent of the world's tungsten ore reserves. Chinese export quotas and restrictions on tungsten raw materials made it difficult to secure a reliable tungsten supply source," says Robert Fillnow, vice president and general manager of Chemical & Metallurgical Products of OSRAM SYLVANIA (http://www.sylvania.com).
The Company's current project, known as Pilot Mountain, is an advanced tungsten project located in Mineral County, (west-central) Nevada, USA. Elevated tungsten values occur throughout this area, and there are four known mineral resources within the claim area: Desert Scheelite, Gunmetal, Garnet, and Rose tungsten deposits.
This spring, the US Army planned to begin manufacturing "green" bullets. The bullets - which are used primarily for shooting practice during peace time - are as deadly to humans as their predecessors but less deadly to the Earth.
Lead bullets, which the Army currently uses, tend to bioaccumulate in the environment, often ending up in sediments, surface water, and groundwater, according to A Multimedia Strategy for the Management and Reduction of Lead Hazards released by the US Environmental Protection Agency Region 5. Accumulated lead can adversely affect wildlife and people who get their drinking water from a contaminated source, according to the report. Lead slugs are such a water quality hazard that the federal district court in New York ruled that spent lead shot is a "pollutant" as defined by the Clean Water Act.
The lead slugs the Army uses in traditional 5.56 mm bullets have been bioaccumulating at shooting ranges, forcing several to close. These slugs will be replaced with environmentally friendly tungsten-based slugs, according to Wade Bunting, project manager for environmental armament technologies at the Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. Not only is tungsten more environmentally "benign" than lead, but ozone depleting chemicals and volatile organic compounds have been eliminated from the bullet manufacturing process - resulting in pollution prevention and money savings, he says. Although tungsten is more expensive than lead, the cleanup of the manufacturing process actually will result in savings of $0.01 to $0.05 per round, or $5 million to $20 million per year, he explains.
The bullets also will allow several indoor and outdoor shooting ranges that closed because lead concentrations became a human health or environmental hazard to reopen, cutting down the costs of transporting troops to far away, still-operational shooting ranges and eliminating associated pollution.
This year about 1 million green bullets will be produced. Priority distribution of the bullets will be given to closed shooting ranges and to a new National Guard shooting range near Gnome, Alaska, that has not been contaminated by lead bullets. Next year, the Army will produce 5 million to 10 million green bullets and after that up to 200 million each year, he adds. (end of article)

A couple of months ago someone forcasted that the DOW would get down to 7500. Well it is below that now. Just wondering what the new forcast is now or if everyone thinks it is uphill from here.
