To DP via Ziggy.. A few weeks prior to earnings you and or the board gave out bonuses . Could you explain why since the expenses out weighed the revenue....
What were the costs and revenue generated by the GrowOp Sub in the 2nd Quarter ??
In relation to current contracts could you give us a rough estimate on projected revenue from Belivdere location versus Linc location, versus Indiana location and last South Fla locations..??
You have plans for TWO dispensaries in Nevada. Will that mean two cultivation and production centers as well...and how much money will that take to make those operational and how likely will it be that you will need to increase the outstanding shares again to fund this operation?
Ziggy Could you ask about Margins on the 26th with 420.???
2Nd quarter 100,000 loss due to expenses makes me curious as to the real numbers. The agreement with Sunshine Growers has alot of questions. First of all...I dont think TRTC touches any plants there, all they do is market and sales. So what are the costs..do we just ship containers and labeling and sunshine employees labels the plants as Edible gardens? HOw many employees of TRTC are working strictly for Sunshine? Ok Take a plant...who pays Sunshine and when for the plant...and roughly how much of a mark up is done on that plant for TRTC....and when does TRTC get paid..at delivery at the store....and what recourse does the store have if the customer is unhappy with the product or say part of the shipment delivered cant be sold due to shipping errors...
The following link is a 90 min interview with DP by 420 investor back in 2013... It was very interesting as DP talks of the future...u can see that his plan is clear and he is following it..He even hints at the potential of oils and the importance of Nevada..I found him very candid and honest. Its worth listening to ..

I look forward to a clear understanding of the issue....Maybe someone here will ask the right questions at the 420 meeting I heard about where DP will be interviewed and hopefully take questions
I understand their concept to generate revenue, but it sounds strange to generate profit from a Non Profit company...I have read that the current legislation is muddy , and the intent of the law was not to hinder a company to make profit...so lets see what the next 10 days bring us....
Session Over: California’s Historic Medical Pot Bill Killed

I hope TRTC was not counting on SB 1262..California’s Medical Marijuana Industry Will Be Able to Make a Legal Profit — for the First Time

Sounds great but how does one make a profit when the dispensary is clearly NON Profit....
Not trying to offend anyone as there is high risk in this stock but if play the lotto or smoke your risk will be limited to losing expendible cash...Lotto costs a dollar and lasts a week, smokes cost 50.00 a carton and last two weeks... TRTC costs .35 a share and just made 3.5 million in Q2 and that was without all the new contracts they have announced with major retailers like A&P, Kroger, Walmart, etc.....THis message is for new stock investors...at .35 a share and all the positive press releases since April 23rd....coupled with using expendible cash...your only risk is either not playing lotto that has a 45 million to one rating or stop smoking and getting healthy... take that 1200.00 in smoke money and buy 3,000 shrs of TRTC and thank me in 6 months... I will be here....

Bah! Whatever makes it feel better. I know losing 50% while smart money was gobbling up those .30s must have been frustrating.
Now we're selling'em all back. 100% gains.
how do they get it across state lines...
It appears the longs are in control of Level 2... we are green for now..... Great opportunity for new investors.....Lotto ticket cost a buck and lasts a week...... TRTC cost .35 cents and lasts a life time...:) Ya got to be in to win it...
Sleek. I am excited about the news of extracting CBD ? and distributing to four states...do you know how they are able to cross state lines.......I am just curious...
fyi isnt this you trading TRTC on twitter and bashing on IHUB
*AetherFinance, PhD* ?@Orion_Arm 22m
$TRTC - Friday short covering giving a trade on the .35 break. Won't hold. Same price action we've seen every Fri since June. Sell into it.
Where is your documentation as to the financial health of their California dispensary..... which by the way is non- profit :)

Williams said the state will look at applicant disclosures, and any information the state receives will need to be verified from publicly available information, regardless of its source. Factors such as past bankruptcies and lawsuits aren’t disqualifiers under the state law,

Are you going to ignore the NRTI contract and the VAPO contract..
Are you going to ignore all the recent contracts that were outside the scope of Q2.... Kroger, A & P, etc....
CAnv issued the same thing and went up 48 %
We expect to realize revenue to fund our working capital needs through the sale of raw and finished products to third parties. However, we cannot be assured that our working capital needs to develop, launch, market and sell our products will be met through the sale of raw and finished products to third parties. If not, we may not be able to maintain profitable operations. If we are unable to maintain profitable operations sufficient to fund our business, we would need to raise additional capital through either the issuance of equity, acquisition of debt or sale of a segment of our operations in the future. In the event we are unable to maintain profitable operations or raise sufficient additional capital, our ability to continue as a going concern would be in jeopardy and investors could lose all of their investment in the Company.
Just to confirm...since u did not name any companies....did you talk with Sunshine Growers or Palm Creek Produce?
Las Vegas Dispensary is coming folks...

Just turn off the puter and get some sun...
They got Four out of Five stars......... see link..http://www.yelp.com/biz/bl%C3%BCm-oakland-oakland-3
That makes no sense,, Peterson and crew currently run one of the best dispensaries in California......
With all this great news on increased revenue and low share price I am sure insiders like AMy will buy shares at 35 cents... I mean she sold in March of this year at 1.25 and made millions.....IN fact all the insiders should be buying this stock today !!!!!
Before we pass out the jim jones juice bottles..lets give management a chance to respond. We may have misunderstood certain facts like what those two un named indivduals receive for whatever they offered in the deal..
Steve Risk I re read the S-1 and found that they received the 6 million in exchange for 22 million at a price of .30 cents but had to reserve the 50 million...for whatever reasons.... difficult to understand and I maybe wrong... for what its worth..
Each Note accrues interest at a rate of 12% per annum and has a maturity date of 18 months after issuance. All principal and interest due and owing under each Note is convertible into shares of Common Stock of the Company at any time at the election of the holder thereof, at a conversion price equal to approximately $0.30753 per share, subject to adjustment. Beginning on August 5, 2014, and continuing on each of the following eleven successive months thereafter, the Company is obligated to pay 1/12 th of the face amount of the Notes outstanding and accrued interest.
The Notes are currently convertible into a total of 22,678,995 shares of Common Stock, which may increase in the future if the conversion price is adjusted upon our sale of equity at a price less than the then-conversion price. Pursuant to the Amendment, we agreed to reserve an aggregate of 45,357,990 shares of Common Stock for conversion of the Notes upon such adjustment, all of which are registered hereby.
I dont see any reason that the inventory for the Las VEgas Dispensary will ready day one with respect to edibles and oils...They can have them delivered from their Oakland Store as the code allows this based on available and price.. Enjoy the ride

Abraham Lincoln, (1809-1865), 16th President of the United States of America, declared bankruptcy in 1833 because of a failed business. He was required to repay his creditors over a period of 17 years, much longer than the maximum requirement in a Chapter 13 today, which is 5 years.
Walt Disney, 1901-1966, cartoon creator, filed for bankruptcy in 1920 after his main client of his new business filed bankruptcy. Disney said he could no longer pay his employees or the rent and had no choice but to file bankruptcy himself. In 1923 her formed a new company with a loan from his parents and his brother. In 1928 her created “Mickey Mouse” and the rest is history.
MOre Likely the State of Nv will look at the Dispensary owned by Derek in Oakland Ca and see that it is one of the most highly rated dispensaries in the region... and vote YES......
Cultivation and production in where the money is.... Running a dispensary will be a pain in the butt.... Part of the code in Clark County is a loop hole ref availablity and price...It is very clear that any of the dispensaries can go elsewhere if they need a certain strain plus if its a competitive price...TRTC has the expertise to grow quality medical marijuana and be able to supply ALL the dispensaries in Clark County.....Patients will demand quality and TRTC will be able to meet that mandate...Just look at their Oakland Dispensary already in operation... TOP notch....
Sorry, for using the wrong words... but in layman's terms.. do they or don't they owe someone 19 million dollars ???
