If this was a typical pink, I would agree with you, however, PR's havent done much in the past..I am here because NDOL is the real deal, IMO. Production numbers is what will turn the sceptics and those numbers will come. Malyshev isnt in this to pump fluff...Oil and gas will be pumped, contained, transported, distributed, and SOLD. Period. I recommend all who have the time, read back through all the PR's this year and re-gain your confidence in why you originally invested. The plan HAS NOT changed! I would also think one should question the PPS and ask themselves if this is a great buying opp at these levels..I for one think it is obvious.

The time to buy is when most are sceptical and the summer doldrums are upon us..(IE: NOW) Ask yourselves a simple question.."Will NDOL be higher or lower at the end of the year". If the answer is "higher" then what are you waiting for?

Those who discount NWOG/NDOL and their business plan do so at their own risk. Nothing has changed here but for the better. Short sighted holders will regret their sells IMO.

Ukraine's Ukrtransneft gets $120 million loan from Merrill Lynch

Ukraine's oil pipeline monopoly Ukrtransneft has taken out a U.S. $120 million loan from the U.S.' Merrill Lynch, Ukrtransneft's CEO Alexander Todiichuk told reporters late Monday.
"We received the money last week," he said.
Ukrtransneft said earlier that it planned to take out a $120 million loan this year to finance its current operations.
In August 2004, Cyprus-based Skilton, a subsidiary of Russian oil company TNK-BP, provided the loan to Ukrtransneft at an interest rate of 8%. The loan was used to buy 425,000 tonnes of oil to fill the Odessa-Brody pipeline. Ukrtransneft planned to repay Skilton's loan with a $120 million loan provided by "a Western bank," Todiichuk said then without specifying the bank.
Todiichuk declined to comment on whether the loan was intended for refinancing a $108 million 3-year loan provided by an affiliate of TNK-BP for the launch of Ukraine's Odessa-Brody pipeline. "We are right on track," he said.
The Odessa-Brody pipeline, built in 2001, was originally intended for the transportation of Caspian Sea oil via the Black Sea port of Yuzhny near Odessa to European markets.
But Ukraine was unable to secure sufficient oil supplies for the pipeline from companies producing oil on the Caspian shelf in 2001-2003 and in 2004 decided to switch the pipeline to reverse mode with Russian oil major TNK-BP transporting oil to the Black Sea port of Yuzhny.
