Mid range is 0.05 is right. If you take (0.0001+.10)/2=0.05. Math is fine. Question is whether they will until it comes to penny land or will get greedy and start offering anything and everything at the price with three zeros after decimal, then calculating mid range is useless. The way they’re issuing shares left and right, doesn’t look like they will wait to see pennies let alone 10c.
Is it not a fraudulent act saying to buyback 75% float and then offering 10b shares? What an animal!
This is not a business, this is to make money. Some people understood this idea of setting up a store, go public and then do offerings, RS, again offerings. This is just a tool to make money at the expense of poor retails.
SEC shouldn’t allow this kind of offerings to this kind of companies, seriously. SEC keeps allowing companies to do this scam is bad. Offering, RS and offerings again.
BBRW tweet yesterday: Quote: "We are relying on SEC Rule 10b-18 (Purchases of certain equity securities by the issuer and others.) for the stock repurchase. This will be executed in September. Thank you."
You’re right, I said that, not looking for a cheap shares. Just annoying to see the price goes lower and lower every morning. Believe it or not, I hate to trick others to get cheap shares or To sell at a higher price.
I am not happy with current price action and with the dilution and other things but I keep accumulating more and more. So far I got over 1.5m shares. If it keeps falling I will continue to do so. The hope is one day it will run, doesn’t matter whether it goes to 1c , 10c or 30c, matter of time unless they do an RS.
As if they care about SEC, when issuing billions of shares everyday, do they rely on SEC?
The O/S shares, the float, it can be managed one way or the other, matter of time. Also stock price may go up in no time with a real good news and PR. The only fear is the R/S, if they do that, and after that, the price again keep falling, then it will be over for all big million shareholders and for small ones as well. The way number of shares going out of hand and stock price keeps falling, hope they don't do an R/S!
The big hole they are creating, there is no other option but to do a R/S at some point unless the rumour (??) about stock buyback is true (??).
Well, in one hand you're diluting everyday and then you're planning to buyback, that's quite a BS, isn't it? My thought is they are converting everything at a cheap price and allowing friends/associates to sell in open market, which is still beneficial for them and screwing us little guys everyday.
When they and their friends will be done with, they will go for a R/S to further screwing the retail like us.
If anyone has any better thought, I would appreciate.
@OCMillionarre:
Please don’t forget to share that awesome news with us. Although a lot of us are saying negative things that’s out of frustration but I am sure many of them are holding this stock!
Some get greedy in the short term, ignoring long term potential. BBRW is doing exactly that, issuing billions of shares for sub pennies, whereas if they would give this business grow and control their petty greed, they could make tons of money. It’s like killing the chicken to get all the golden eggs together. Smart businesses build it first, money always comes along. The greedy ones do the opposite and end up getting nothing like killing the chicken.
Tell us why it will do well! Believe me I will win powerball, does that give you any confidence? Doesn’t work like that, does it?
This one is like buying lottery tickets, you know there will be nothing but we buy just in case!
Seems it’s done, not gonna be penny land ever. Although I am holding 1.5m shares. And will continue to hold. Who knows I may keep buying for nothing, lol
Man, this one like a slippery slope, no end to it. Freaking thing will not stop until going bankrupt, seriously. Well, stop diluting and follow up with the thing that was indicated in recent PRs. Otherwise, there will be no end. Most people have a bitter experience here except for OCMillionaire, may be.
Proper management and execution can make BBRW a real good company:
If buybacks are coming and they make it public, it will be good for us stockholders as well as the company itself. At a high level, BBRW, its products and revenue potential are really good, all they have to execute it right.
If Jeff and and management look forward and think bigger picture, this Compnay can really do well. They have to avoid this unnecessary dilution and making this company bankrupt.
Even the o/s shares over a billion, the stock price is so little, they can get back on track and think really big. There is a market for their products, just need the execution right.
Win or lose:
So far managed to accumulate about 1.5m shares, target to make it 2.0m. Unless they go bankrupt or do R/S, it should be good based on the share buybacks, new orders and big millions revenue projections. Who knows this is the time for BBRW.
Also the new CBD equipment may bring big revenues from marijuana companies from US and Canada.
If the next 10Q if the show $2m revenue, suddenly, everything may change and it can fly too!
I guess OCMillionnaire is the most positive and optimistic on this board, at least he brings some optimism here!
The only thing when most people start hating a stock, that’s when it goes up. It is in such a situation now, so let’s wait and see ....
Seriously, that would be winning a powerball. What Jeff and associates are doing with stock dilution, it’s not likely at all.
Shetty’s resurgence:
This is a nice story (referring to a recent news story that defined Shetty as a very good person) and I believe every word of it about Dr. Shetty. This is the human side of Shetty but simultaneously, there is another side of Shetty is the business side and that’s the problematic one.
Growing businesses, taking them to the next level and making money are not a piece of cake. You have to do so many things that a normal person can’t even imagine. Securing contracts, obtaining loans from banks, complying with rules and regulations, maintaining good standing everywhere require a businessman/management to do whole bunch of creative things and this is how they make a small business house to a billion dollar company, in this case, a small NMC clinic to a multi-billion dollars business. Trust me, nothing big happens in a company like this without the knowledge and consent of the top guy.
Most businessmen have this characteristics, socially, they’re philanthropic, kind, helpful, etc. and in case of business, they are equally smart, intelligent, clever, manipulators, you name it. Otherwise, doing a fair business will not make you grow much.
Because of my profession, I see this almost on a daily basis among the businessmen.
Point is that you can be simultaneously, a very good kindhearted person socially and and a cunning, clever, manipulating person in business.
While I believe every good thing said in the article about Shetty, I don’t believe for a second that he had nothing to do with all this and will get his name back, not gonna happen.
Having said all this, I want NMC to do well for our investment sake but I don’t expect this to happen due to Shetty’s resurgence, it has to happen through debt restructuring.
