would be nice to see the 504 PR today...but wing_walker is right...we're burning through our last days in June so it's just
a matter of time before this thing pops.
cheers
sb :)
where in the heck did this dude come from???
there is defintely a scam going on here...and it ain't spooz.
ouch!...you're gonna be hurtin' son
lol!...that's it?..i got mine set @ $2..
tell you what MNM...if you decide to get in on SPZI, you couldn't have asked for better timing. this board is a great resource to help you in the DD process...good luck
cheers :)
sb
cent...what grapevine did you hear this from?...interested in a buyout or partnership?
hey PokerVertigo...speaking of soaring...better take an o2 tank with you because there's not enough oxygen up there where spooz is headed.
yup...
some things i don't like to share...and this is one of them ;)
cheers Ren
but when this thing wakes up...look out...the competition might find itself in the path of a hurricane...
i bought plenty of shares (in the millions). my point was merely that i believe in the product and that's why i'm an investor. i'm thinking long term. i'm not concerned for a slight bump in pps because of whether an ad came out this week or the next.
i am here for the right reasons Ren :)
ads or not, the only thing that's going to really drive the pps are revenues. spooz will have to be out on the market and gain acceptance before we are going to see any sunstantial gains. ads alone won't create any sunstantial enough gains for me to even think about investing in spooz...this company has to perform from a revenue perspective.
just my opinion :)
Hi everyone,
I just stumbled upon INXR and found some info on it on the web but not much (other than their website). For the anyone here that's familiar with this company, can I get your perspective?
1. where is the company headed in terms of growth?
2. what is the float
3. how long has the company been in existence?
4. where do you see the company and pps in the next 3-5 years?
Any perspective or summaries ould be greatly appreciated.
thanks,
sb
thanks allie :)
sorry guys...thanks for the clarification...didn't mean to create confusion :)
thanks for correcting me Gmenfan :)
the 450 million projection is in this article.
http://wallstreetfinance.net/news.htm
also, msft and google were mentioned in the past as having approached Spooz for a buyout. i could have misunderstood.
i thought someone here said that microsoft and google approached Spooz and they aren't interested in a buyout right now. i also thought someone here said that microsoft and google were mentioned somewhere...thought it was at the meeting. i apologize if i don't have my facts straight.
can someone shed some light?
with projections like that(and being conservative), i can't imagine the pps not going through the ceiling over time if the projections or better are met.
the way i see it...if they can meet their projection of 450 million by end of 2008(and that's conservative), then why would they in their right minds even want to consider a buyout option. no wonder they told microsoft and google they're not selling. with the potential Spooz has, they can make a ton more money growing the company. i'm not saying they won't sell at some distant point in the future, but why milk a skinny cow now when they could milk a much fatter one later when the pps is sky high.
feels good...brought up my total shares up some more this morning. can't wait for this thing to take off.
glta
i have the same hopes cent :)
it'll only make sense for them to buy back. buying their stocks back when they are considered unvervalued coupled with what might well be an insanely profitable company would be a win win for them.
even if Spooz turns into a 400+ million dollar company with superb financials, won't the number of O/S (1-1.2 billion) limit how high the pps will go? do you think the company will buy back any of their stock?
Question to all,
I just got my trading account running today but was unable to make any purchases before the market closed. If I'm not mistaken, someone said on this board last week that Spooz diluted again by adding another 70 million shares to the float. Does anyone know if there are any shares left that are not yet purchased or are the only shares available are from investors who are selling? Also are they going to dilute the common stocks some more?
thanks, SB
hey ITGuy,
where was that specifically mentioned, at the shareholders meeting? Spooz may decide to sell at some point in the future, but i highly doubt it's going to happen anytime soon, at least not before Spooz is grown into a solid 100+ million dollar a year company. it's not in anyone's interest to sell before then. the bigger Spooz is before sale, the more everyone profits. at if the future of Spooz is as good as advertized, then turning it into such a solid company won't be so difficult and is the smartest thing to do.
why does Yahoo display a market cap at 1.18 million. that would mean that there are roughly 492 million shares outstanding. does that mean there are still shares that weren't bought yet? is this right? what is the float?
thanks for the clarification. now i see how this works. as for the ask of 0.0027 you mentioned, i don't seem to get consistent results. As of this morning, I get "N/A" from Yahoo and "$0.00" from my online broker(zecco.com) for the ask price. I got the 0.0027 figure from Quote.com, so which one is correct? Does "N/A" or "$0.00" mean that there isn't a shareholder out there willing to sell or does it mean that not all the shares are purchased yet? I would like to buy 1-1.5 million shares.
question to everyone on this board. Are there any SPZI shares left to buy? If so, how many shares? I plan to buy some next week and I'm waiting for my trading account to be activated.
thanks all :)
Man from Mars,
what are you referring to 504 shares left and a 200 million increase? how many common stocks are left not purchased?
how many shares of Spooz Inc. stock have not been purchased yet? They have over 1 billion outstanding shares. Are there any left to buy? Sorry for the stupid question, but I'm new to trading. I'm hoping to buy some SPZI shares next week.
hey wing_walker,
sorry :)....that was a loaded question. I meant to say if there business plan goes as planned, if not better, could the value of there stock exceed say 2 or 3 dollars per share in the next 3-5 years?
what do you guys think this stock will be worth 3-5 years from now?
thanks wing_walker :)
pardon my ignorance, as I'm new here, but what trading result are you talking about? Is this to be done in the future or are the trading results you are talking about is one of the topics of Monday's shareholders meeting?
