Thanks Penny. I really believe Catherine is trying to make this company profitable. Her and the consultants can receive thousands/millions of shs in compensation - but, what is it worth if the company does not succeed. So - they all have an interest in making it profitable.

I don't believe a reverse split is in the cards. Wouldn't this have an impact on Catherine's holdings? Wouldn't she rather have the stock go up and make money on her millions of shs rather than a fraction of them if there was a reverse split?

If I recall, Catherine and I almost had the same number of shs. She probably added quite a few more over the last few months. She is going to have to raise the price/sh a lot more for her to make money.
