IMO, there were individuals that were holding until Q1 and if no significant earnings, they were out. If all the longs dumped, this baby would have tanked below .01
There are those sitting on the sidelines until MCLN proves themselves with revenues, and there are those that continue to buy on dips or are long. It's been months since BMR highlighted this stock, and interest has diminished.
A good earnings quarter with sales in Q2 or 3 pushes pricing higher and creates renewed interest. The engine gets running and we blow past where we were.
Ever check Lvl 2? It's thin after you get through NITE and ETMM.
Last post of the day...
Man! Don't know what to say about this post. Are you in sales?
I'm sayin' no, and it's pretty obvious by the rant in the last part of your post.
If you are, you should be the richest man on the planet. Cause you can make sales on big ticket items 'just happen'.
Too funny...
The more I think about what just happened today, the more I feel confident in this investment. IMO, they tossed an incognito haymaker today.
Why not PR the cancelling of the Socius Capital deal and explain it to the market? They slipped one in on that PR that the broader market didn't understand... .0145 to where we are now.
Hope the MMs are paying attention. Looks like not with the short report today.
It would be nice to have 2-3 PRs in a row on system sales, totalling at least $1.5M. That would produce Goldman's .14...in a hurry.
BEST POST OF THE DAY....
Tex -
Hayden confirmed Socius, Management or Hayden themselves did not pay for the Goldman Report.
I've seen this one brought back to the top of the board several times by you in the past.
You may want to tape this post to your desk and refer to it next time the inkling strikes to dig that one up.
Maybe you also would like to know who is financing my house? Maybe other people on the board will tell you theirs too.
Bottom line...green spends all the same. This management wouldn't do it if terms were over 10%.
EDIT: So what changed for us with the mystery financing?
ZERO.
EDIT 2: Maybe you'd like to sell me your shares? I'd take them at .0075 since the loan is a risky one.
I'm gathering all available non-essential funding sources I have right now to buy more.
I'm going to buy another million shares if I can.
No need to file when you go to the lending window...
Just disclose it on the financials when you start using it.
Tex...
CALL THEM. They aren't answering email anymore...bet you would like to know why...
He he
Now that is the best thought I've heard in months...
If Socius purchased the warrants and rode it to .25, that's a hefty price to pay for management's hard work.
From my conversation with a representative at Hayden...
"Now, more than ever, we're more optimistic that we can achieve sales and growth."
These guys know what the heck they are doing and Hayden alluded to the fact that there were more skeletons in MCLN's closet that management didn't anticipate. Hence the delay.
Paulietools was part of the problem. Anyone remember him?
Not only that...but the distribution partners (Danno, you are on the right track) WOULD LOVE TO PR SYSTEM SALES!!!!!!!!!!! Per Hayden...
Gives them positive publicity too.
Explosion is coming folks...in the next 30-90 days from this level.
Why would someone agree to 7.5M in capital and 172.5M shares out of their own pocket, AND pay a 10% interest rate on the 7.5M per year?
Because they could not secure financing anywhere else at that time.
Why get access to 10.2M in capital and cancel the Socius deal?
Because someone is buying into their business plan. Capital from who? Who cares! Why? http://www.soxlaw.com/s409.htm
172.5M shares at an exercise price of .066, as calculated by Danno, yields Socius $11.38M, on top of the interest rate of 10% per annum on the preferred shares, and out of management's pockets.
The new capital would not have been secured if in fact the terms were WORSE than 10%. Anyone believe in management.
Call Hayden and ask them about near-term sales.
Anyone wanna sell their shares?
This is the problem with this board...
7.5M in capital with share warrants that were management's have been withdrawn...hmmm, why?
Taking money out of management's pocket to give to Socius, so as to protect shareholders. But now, we negotiated 10.2M in capital availability for the future (debt) at favorable terms...
Why in the world would we do that?
Anyone have a clue?
You're a liar and you have no idea what you are talking about.
There's plenty more to the story. Explosion to occur in the next 30-90 days.
If anyone has any further questions about PRs or future sales, I highly recommend calling and speaking to the individuals at Hayden IR in the future. Those guys are working for nothing, and so is this management team.
With that said, most of the stuff on this board, with the exception of Danno's DD, is highly inflammatory and flat-out wrong.
I'll follow Danno in the future, and will call Hayden if I have any questions. Good luck to everyone. Based on my conversation with someone who has access to the management team, I'm holding until at least Christmas.
PS...
Tex - they know your full-o-sh*t the majority of the time. Do everyone here a service and stop lying or being bi-polar.
King - the comment about Laky is more than off base. It's downright clueless.
The shorters are going to have their way with this stock over the next 3 months.
Quite unfortunate...
I'll be checking in once a week folks from here on out until the next release, as well as daily news checks.
Hope everyone remains sane between now and then...
Short volume should be through the roof today.
Hey Oman...
If you had half a brain, you would realize that at contract signing, they bill and are due - 60% of the contract price. Let's see...100% compounded annual revenue in 2010 (2009 was 2.5M in case you missed that with your assanine criticism) is....oh, I don't know - 2-3M by the end of Q3. That is if Laky's comments about closing sales (near term, in case you missed that one too).
Just shut up and go about your own life.
3 things you can do...
1. Request a prescription for Zoloft.
2. Sell your shares.
3. Get another job to make up for all the money you've lost.
Be proactive. Whining is unbecoming.
I'm giving it till 3q numbers release and if we don't have a significant uptick in revenue by the 3rd q, I'm out. We have to be YTD between 2-3M at the end of the 3Q release.
Laky's PR blather will get old if he does it to us again with the 2Q release without any substance behind it.
Now lets see those near term sales in 2Q
I think the naked shorters (MMs) are going to have their way with this for a bit...as well as those that want to leave, who don't understand the sales cycle. That's where I think this goes sub $.01 in the very near term.
But it's all good...I'm going to enjoy collecting as much MCLN over the next 3 months as possible.
The only hope I had for a 750k-1M quarter was that the 9 month agreement with MDAS produced one contract signing in the first quarter, and with that came the 60% due at billing.
Other than that...the PR helped to clarify items, but it's the 'now people' that are going to drive this stock into the ground in the next few weeks IMO.
We are not going to hear anything from MCLN until August 16th - 45 days after 06/30.
These guys don't talk unless they have something really important to say. I'm with Danno on this one - PR'ing contracts appears to be a privacy issue going forward.
One could dream.
August 16th...Mark your calendars. Be there or be square.
The great news is that over the next few weeks, you will be able to buy a friggin boat load of this stock at dirt cheap prices.
If Laky follows through, it will be a game changer.
time to start a mini run?
So to me, that means the bottom...
Those that were dumping were promptly swept up by those that have done their DD...
JMHO.
I think Danno mentioned that the last one filed at the 11th hour as well. They're consistent.
We're in for a run this afternoon. Close under .018. If great news, gap up and open over .02 tomorrow. JMHO.
Nite and Etrade own the trading on this stock right now, but if the filing is positive, the run will push 20% immediately and off to the races we go.
I hope the MM bastards FRY and that the release says $2.5M in sales...
Cha-Ching!
I had a small buy above the ask, but it took Nite roughly 10 minutes to decide what to do.
Wouldn't the filing, if today, be in Edgar by now? Or they could file at the end of the day, right?
Any mention of how leased options are recorded in the table? I haven't viewed the filing for this specific info...
Thank you.
So what you are saying is that those 35 may not even be billed yet, but they have a commitment for a system(s)?
For 35 current or pending contracts, the contract revenue table looks extremely light for the last quarter.
From Revenue Recognition:
Prior to 2009 the Company recognized revenues from fixed-price and modified fixed-price construction type contracts on the percentage-of-completion method measured by the percentage of cost incurred to date to estimated total cost for each contract. That method was used because the contracts were long term in nature and management considered total cost to be the best available measure of progress on the contracts. Beginning in 2009 the Company changed its product mix to short term contracts subject to customer acceptance upon completion. Therefore, the Company recognizes revenues upon completion of the system installation. Clients will be invoiced upon the following milestones, contract signing, delivery of components, and the completion and acceptance of installation and start-up.
Could this be the filing that shows a huge surge in revenue, hence the 04/01 additional financing and the 05/17 filing?
Hope so...still having trouble reconciling how little revenues are in the contracts in process table versus # of contracts at 35. Seems so light.
Danno - I have also been keeping track of any uptick in contracts and spotted the move from 34 to 35 as well with the last quarterly filing. Do you believe those 35 to be a larger commitments for systems, like GPO style systems? If so, then aren't we do for an extremely large surge in revenue? According to their billing methods, we should see during this quarter or next quarter some of these first billings hit revenues.
If this line of thinking is off, then how do you reconcile the number of contracts with the contracts in process table for revenues?
This is where I'm lost on how to interpret exactly what that 35 means to the eventual bottom line over the next few quarters.
Good for that guy. I see it was written 03/16. Hopefully, he's not stupid enough to hold those over the weekend. He would be an idiot.
Nice find, Danno. Thank you. The last thing I wanted was a Friday filing. A monday filing would allow the market to disseminate the info, if positive, ALL WEEK.
Nice one, MCLN.
