eh have you looked at the companies financials? i dont understand how a company with a little over $100 in cash has a market cap of $2.2 million. not trying to bash at all, i'd just like some info if anyone knows why the sudden move today?
thanks amigo!
mx10001 i'm wondering the same thing, it would be great to see mcln listed but it doesn't look like waste is one of the services they have on the website. i sent an email to medassets investor relations contact asking about it and if there were any plans on listing them in the future, i'll let you know if i hear back from them
someone bought 300,000 shares right before close, i have a feeling we are going up tomorrow :)
not a bad day guys. good volume and still churning. we're either gonna get some great news and fly through the resistance at .0016 and .0017 or we'll do it this way which is slow and steady. each day we build a stronger base higher and higher.
if anyone here is good with charts could we get an update on how its looking?
they have a new website the one posted on ihub was their temporary and yes it really sucked
its an update about the warrants, i can't figure out whether its new ones being issued or if its the warrants that were executed last week and possibly yesterday. the POS AM from yesterday is about 14 million warrants and the one today about 60 million warrants. the POS AM is to keep shareholders and SEC informed on what is going on with warrants but i am a bit confused whether or not these have been executed and sold as shares on the market or if they have simply been issued by the company. anyone know for sure?
did this guy tell you this? i find it hard to believe that someone would accidentally sell 5.2 million shares

Additional Information
this was a great run today and it tells us a few things.
first and in my opinion most important, we didn't get shares dumped on us like the others runs we've had the past week. each time we'd start to run but then shares would get dumped and would bring us right back down and hold us down. today was different, we were really able to run and if they were gonna dump more shares i think they would have done it today with the high pps and large volume. point is this makes me think any form of dilution is over for now.
second is that we saw how fast this can move and makes me believe that although the float is 650 million i think most of those shares are in strong hands maybe institutions because the way we ran up seems like the float was pretty locked up.
third and we all know this we have a lot of resistance around .04-.043. tomorrow will be an important day if we can break through and stay above .043 or so i think we can call .04 our new base and we can look forward to the next leg up.
ouch thats a tough call horns...if you truely think the dumping is done you should jump in, once resistance at .043 is broken its gonna be hard to stop, but if your not sure about the dumping wait for a pullback. i have my doubts and if i were you i'd wait, but thats just me
gotta love this accumulation. each run up we get closer and closer to breaking that resistance around .0016 and .0017 and that is on speculation alone. once we get some real news .0017 will be history, with the way this moves i can see .005 being very likely in the next two weeks
yep every penny q report will have that same going concern
hmmm reading up on warrants and it looks like the company just gets money when the warrants are issued. i thought there was some money involved when they are executed as well though, anyone know for sure?
the officers or employees exercise the warrants for shares and sell the shares and they keep that money from the shares sold. but for each warrant exercised the company gets some money. i saw a post that said they made 3.8 million, i think this might be if every warrant out there was executed, which thankfully isn't the case. as for how much money the company has gained due to the exercising of these warrants i'm not sure, but it should be easy to find out if you found how much they get per warrant and how many have been sold these past few weeks
basically the people with the warrants get most of the money but a little does go to the company. it would be interesting to see how much the company gained from all the dumping these past few days
katfish1 how many warrants did you count as exercised to get that number? not all the warrants in the report were exercised most are still out there. and how much does the company get per warrant? if you did it correctly and just used the warrants we know where exercised 3.8 million is a lot of cash! i hope your right, if you are they might not even need that 7.5 million investment!
i assumed the warrents are not part of the float so i added them up and then added it to the float
please explain how you know dilution is done? tia
the financials look great but its the dilution that is scaring so many of us away. i added up all the warrants and they can be exchanged for over 704 million shares. this would put the float over 1.3 billion :(
this stock has so much potential if the dumping stops i am in long term but am starting to get worried that it will continue on every run up.
every time we find out that more shares have been dumped someone says that that was the last of it but it keeps coming. any way to know for sure when they will be done? it looks like there are still a lot of warrants out there to be exicuted.

if it was dilution this would be much much lower. people probably jumped in yesterday thinking it would go much higher on momentum and when it didn't they got impatient. a 2,000 share order (keep in mind thats about two bucks) wacked pps down from .0013 to .0012 this morning and when these people saw that it started a small panic sell. i don't think we will be going any lower than this.
there is very good support at .0009 and .0008, 2mm's and 3 mm's respectivly. if it was dilution they would be selling a ton of shares into that support, and that is not happening.
looks like a lot of impatient people got in yesterday and are selling off...oh well thanks for the cheap shares
looks like 28's are our new support bounced again nicely for such low volume
smitter your right i'm looking at this to much in short term, i guess thats what happens when you are on the boards all the time
very annoying. once i'm done with my final today i'll do some dd into this and post what i find, i kinda remember reading that this guy was in the company before new management took over last year? hopefully he is out of warrants to convert by now but we'll have to do some digging to really figure that out
i just looked over it real quick so correct me if i'm wrong. a director sold about 8 million shares. that would account for one of the 7.8 million blocks we saw as t-trades, any idea where the other 7.8 million came from? maybe i'm reading it wrong and they were all from this guy. wish i could do more dd but i'm also studying for finals haha
30 million shares traded between .0013-.0016, not only is that a good sign of things to come but also great consolidation
amazing how quick this can move with some volume behind it. i think anywhere under .002 is gonna be a very good position to hold in the coming weeks
this question is for anyone who was here when it did the runup from subpenny. was this the way it traded while consolidating or is this gap and trap each day something new?
i have to disagree. there are some big sell orders going through but why automatically think it is the company?
this is gonna turn into a flippers stock for awhile as long as these gap and traps keep happening every day
sounds great, thanks for the confirmation shawn. with them out of the picture and the biomed report to restore people's confidence i think we're gonna see a good week. i'm not expecting anything crazy, personally i'd like to see a run through .04 and then consolidate there for awhile
great article. can anyone comfirm that manituck is out of shares to dump?
as for the new investment, a lot of people are worried that hundreds of millions of shares could potentially be added to the float and dumped by the new investment company. the fact is MCLN doesn't need to take the full amount. the management is very competent and I'm confident they are only going to take what they need to really get things going. its good the investment is there if they need it, but i think the potential for dilution is a lot less than many think.
next support?
maybe we can get back to MCLN now? is the report out yet
hoping this bounces, whats level II look like?
as far as the 7.5 million investment, has anyone looked it over well enough to know how many shares they are getting? it seems like a good thing for us in long term as long as they are not getting an outrageous number of shares. if its at market value it would be around 250 million correct? does this come out of the companies shares and add to the float?
just bought a few more
100,000 blocks coming through at the ask
wow those 4's are dropping quick
