LOL! Keep at it - he seems impatient to me!
That is standard language included in the 10k form - if you ever actually read one you would know that it's in EVERY 10k. But keep up the good work - I will load more now.
I am so happy to see this finally getting some attention today - someone actually read the 10-k and realizes how good it actually was!
Well, we can only hope that his investments there are profitable for him! LOL
As long as the color isn't red all is well is it not?
Ok, like I said - I will mark your post. I wish you well and hope your investment and mine here pay off for us both.
I am using the "ignore" feature now - it is a wonderful part of Ihub that allows users to filter out posters who post the same information over and over and saves a lot of reading time if used properly.
I am not familiar with SARO and am not invested in that company and this is not the place to discuss anything except GBOE. I think "history" is exactly the correct term. For some reason your historical perspective contains personal bitterness and more emotion than is necessary in an investment environment. I am focused on the present business plan and the ability of the management team of this organization to implement it. This is what will either make or break our investment here. You and I obviously see differently and, while I respect your opinion it gets old to see it posted ad nauseum.
I will mark your post - there is no failure to negotiate and it is misleading for you to say so. There are good reasons for the postponements but you prefer a negative spin. I just hope people take the time to do their own research into this company and don't trust anyone's posts on a message board, mine included. I have done my homework on this one and you will not convince me that this isn't a good investment. I would respect your opinion more if you didn't seem so focused on slandering certain individuals. My focus is on the business plan and the long term goals of this organization. I am impressed with both.
You don't know - by your prolific number of posts it would seem that you have read all the info available so your question surprises me? If you look, you will see who they are negotiating with. Sometimes it's better to do actual research to find the facts of the situation, it makes you more confident in your investment choices, at least this has been my experience. But then, I am not such a prolific poster as you.
It is a shame that a solid company like this one gets no attention because it is not doing paid promotions. For a quick flip I'll take some of the paid promo scams but this is a hold for me.
I will respectfully disagree with your assessment - I have found that the companies engaged in crooked dealings tend to push debt out as far as they can and put the most positive spin possible on dismal performance. This company has performed quite well in this miserable economic environment, increased their revenue and written off all the debt they could without amortizing anything. To my accountant mind, this is a company positioning itself for bigger and better things - they are cleaning up their balance sheet for a reason. I am confident in this investment. I see nothing crooked or misleading here; quite the opposite actually.
You are so right. The companies that GBOE is negotiating to purchase are revenue producing, well established entities. Check out the EBITDA on each and every one of them. They are all quite impressive. If you take a moment to look at these companies and see their value and the amount of money they will almost immediately drop to GBOE's bottom line you will understand that these are complex transactions and I commend GBOE for taking the time to make sure everything is done correctly so there are no surprises after the fact. It shows that they are being prudent in the way they build this company. All in my opinion, of course.
The fact that they actually have revenue growth is huge, look at most of the big board companies - how many have revenue growth right now? Along with revenue growth, their cost of sales actually decreased. I was very impressed with the financials of this company - I don't know what people here were expecting but I was very happy with this filing. I have read a lot of 10K's lately and this one overall was the most impressive in my opinion. I guess I will need to read back through the posts and see why this was expected to be so much better when large, well established companies are struggling in this economy.
I hope we will - enjoy your weekend too!
Our board is very quiet - I hope news will be out soon. It's awful to have a boring board.
Yes, from a financial perspective they are writing off a lot of old debt all at once and they have included some revenue that they may still collect as a bad debt write-off. There is generally a reason that companies do this.
In my opinion, they are either expecting an outstanding next quarter or maybe a company who has contracted with them is considering buying Infrared and they want the books to be clean. I just found it very interesting that they wrote off so much all at once in these financials. Most companies would have amortized if there wasn't something else going on.
I love the fact that this company has multiple revenue streams.
Recent changes with our VoIP distribution has enabled us to reduce expenses and allow for quicker product deployment. With the reduction in fixed IT expense, we will look to increase our deployment of our VoIP service to small business and hope to launch our resale marketing program during the fiscal year.
Not much will happen here until there's a filing but it will happen and I'm happy for everyone who is in now.
You shouldn't be here if you don't understand what kind of play this is. I think everyone has been very gracious in trying to help you understand this stock but to no avail. You need to study shell plays so you understand what this is. If you need any guidance I think there are Ihub boards specifically dedicated to these stocks. I hope this helps.
Yeah - I'm thinking it was a terrible buy at .006 too! And it's still a great buy today at .015!
As the mod on this CLXS board I would like to remind all the posters that we do have an Ignore feature here at Ihub to be used to filter out posters whose opinion you don't respect or who are filling the board with information that is either not accurate or not relevant to the type of play. It can save lots of reading time when you are catching up on postings. If you are unfamiliar with this feature, please let me know and I can help you enable it. Just another of the many fine features offered by IHUB.
Information from 2009 is not current on this company or any other - please remember this when reading posts on this board regarding CLXS.
can you share what you think it might be - the SSBN news I mean?
In case anyone tries to imply differently, I want to reiterate that this is a clean shell. Under the terms of the sale of the company's technology that was completed in JUNE of 2010 ALL debts of the former company were satisfied. There is NO outstanding debt associated with this shell. This is public information for anyone who really wants to post FACTUAL information.
Below is the statement from the press release that sites this fact.
"The assets of Collexis holdings were acquired by Elsevier. Collexis holdings inc is being wound down and is being managed by the former CFO mark Murphy. Note that.. all debts were settled."
Since Collexis was no longer conducting business, a filing was not required. The FACT that they did a filing to update their very impressive board of directors in December speaks volumes based on this FACTUAL information.
Welcome - hope you're loading up - I would love to see you make some money for a change!
Yes, and I think these people don't waste their time on deals that are not major!
Thanks - great job on the DD!
Check out the updated Ibox!
Excellent post that fits in with some of the other research that has been conducted here - I think we are this one at exactly the right time and I can't wait to see what the end game is- I anticipate that it will be very profitable. Every person on the board of directors of this company is powerful and connected. These are not run-of-the-mill penny stock players- these are politically powerful individuals who would only align themselves with a legitimate organization. Elsevier is a world-wide company whose stock trades in the mid $20 range.
Barchart says BUY-now would be the time -

Watch closely - I think you will miss out on the real money in this one if you don't.
Your DD is appreciated but this has always been either a RM or shell play so this information is not news. It has been stated many times that Elsevier bought the technology.
The fact remains that the board is still in place here and has been recently updated - meanwhile the stock is moving in the right direction every day.
I am sure you are out with a nice profit and that's what we're all here for so I wish you well. I am holding for awhile longer because I believe there is more upside here.
I'm thinking that someone doesn't want this to hit scanners - it is being kept under the radar for a reason. All good!
.22 by .221 - and someone is taking profits - oh well can't blame them I guess. and they close it down -tomorrow is another day.
Looks like they may take out those 2's today!
and now it's up 100%
Yep - up 50% today and have you noticed that the volume mostly hits in the last hour of every day.
Looks like people are buying now in anticipation of the gap up in the morning when more people hear the news about this one.
