Does anyone here know if we actively have a sales force that is out calling on municipalities, health care facilities, public transportation, etc?

I have been noticing that all the disinfecting products I've been seeing in the local big box stores are Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride.

Most are about .075% with the remaining 99 + % listed as "Other Ingredients"

Yet to run across HOCI based product in this area.

Here's a new conspiracy theory.

The audit firm is dragging their feet in order to accumulate shares at these low prices.

When they feel they've got what they want they will finish up and the fins will be released.

Once they saw the opportunity that Covid created, they purposely put the brakes on the whole process which helped to drive the price down.

It's great that so many are using our product!

Bottom line still is .How much are we profiting from it???

If there is any correspondence regarding suspected illegal use of the EPA Reg. # it should be directed to PCT Ltd. only.

Last thing we need is un wanted attention and an allegation traced back to a poster on a public message board who holds an interest in the Company.

I am still of the mind that it's more than Covid delaying the 10K.

I feel there are issues(negative) that have been brought to light and the auditors are struggling with resolving them in a positive way.

Many here say I have no basis to make such a claim. I admit I have nothing black and white to support my theory.

I'm only basing my thought on the fact that we have been handed a golden opportunity with the pandemic and if things were "rolling-along" like all have pretty much been lead to believe the Co. would be shouting out their success from the roof top.

I don't think that the complexity ( company growth, etc.) of the filing is the hold up.
I feel there's a past issue that was never properly handled when business was nothing but now it's something that needs resolution in moving forward.

I expect a bit of a pop even with the first three months numbers being bad.

I can see it back to a nickel but dropping again if we don't see 2Q on time.

I highly doubt August 15 will bring 2Q numbers on time, track record speaks for itself.

Who knows. There's always the totally, non related to numbers uptick that can come from a promo or a stock picking club

From what I found Stanley Steamers HOCI product was EPA # 93908-1

I sure hope that legal fees don't become a huge detriment to the Company in pursuing those who use the EPA Registrant # number unlawfully or those that don't pay to use it.

When you as a distributor are up and running will PCT Ltd. require you to record who it is being sold to and if the purchaser plans on re packaging and re selling
