Are we to presume you have seen it? Why don't you elaborate for the sake of all on this board. TIA
We are supposed to be past this issue according to the last few pr's released by the company, no excuses will hold the share price at .03 and above. The only hope is the AF's actually get released.
I could have produced the unaudited financials pdf in about 30 minutes on my computer, until the company releases the AF statement those numbers are meaningless. audited numbers = creditability.
One has to wonder why Steve Sulja wouldn't have been part of the Star's investigative report. Having run SB for over 20 years, one would think the Star would ask him to back up his statements in this PR of August 4th.
greenspirit,
"The hotel project is the largest of a number of multimillion-dollar deals — including a $20-million commercial development in Colchester Village — that Vucicevich and his companies have promoted to investors."
If you have some documentation proving this is a real deal, can you please share it with the board. TIA
Blaming Sandvet is ridiculous; this is Petar's doing, plain and simple.
I have died and been reborn a few times now.
Thanks for helping to bring the facts to the forefront.
I agree it would be great no matter how this turns out.
Agreed, always calls it the way he sees it and wins more than most. He never suggests people follow his direction and admits when his is wrong. I respect a guy like that.
Possibly true, if they were better at it they could have been around .30.
PV has done a rotten job of pumping, Steve Sulja was much better at it. If this is a scam, he's doing a terrible job on the pump and dump. JMO
ot; Great place, beautiful sights.
A new CEO and some facts including AF's that prove this is not a scam could turn this around in a heart beat.
I can find myself on the internet but I can't find them, LOL, unbelievable.
I can't see where this answered any questions or put matters in a more favorable light. Very negative report is my overall impression.
This is the most bizarre set of events I have ever witnessed. What possible reason do they have for putting shareholders through this? If the investment doesn't work out, you can write a book and make back your money.
Ok, I guess we will have to give him a pass on this one..LOL
Set your alarm for 4AM, I'm sure it will be posted on the web by then. LOL
I didn't understand your question, check by the drill bits...LOL
My thought was to have the auditor issue a statement verifying the audits are indeed done. I communicated this to the company several times, it would sure make it easier for the shareholders to wait this out.
Jannie, Once again I agree with you. I have 3 business partners and together we have 90 employees. Our employees couldn't answer any questions about our business dealings, financial information or a host of other matters. The owners business matters rarely filter down to the employees.
Good list, I hope it comes true. If this is a real business, continuing from this point doesn't change the fact this all must have been done intentionally. A possible reason? Can't think of one.
Make you wonder if this is a scam, how long has it been in progress.
Dose anyone have proof that wessal is a real company, I know about this PR,(http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060808/0151824.html, however, I never remember anyone providing proof of the relationship. I'm trying to convince myself it's a real deal and would appreciate anyone's help.
Agreed, I did say that at the top of my post.
Sorry, Didn't know it was the rule./e
Or put the disclaimer first. lol
I just can't believe what some people will say, many still pumping this one after getting kicked in the A$$ 4 times in one week by this CEO, unbelievable. I'm not the basher type, isn't it time to keep the conversation on what is really wrong with this investment? The CEO needs to keep his word to the shareholders.
Me too, it would sure help my mood after this week, what a frustration to many decent people.
As a business owner, I can tell you there is usually a long line of creditors, employees, insurance companies, taxes, etc. that will be paid before the owners (Shareholders). Bigger problem many shareholders are in the USA and the company located in Canada and (ME, if you believe that part of the story).
Shareholders would probably never see a dime form the break up and sell off of assets. IMO
Do you have those facts to share with the board?
Probably looking to insulate these sites from attacks by shareholders of this fraud.
Good advice.
You said they were profitable, prove it to everyone, do you have any facts?
