In the meeting it was announced by the Chief Executive Officer, Cameron Cox that the majority of debt held by two funders has been converted to equity and that the company, in all material respects, will be debt free shortly.

The dilution is coming from notes at least six months to a yr old. FUTL can't control when they are converted once they become mature. From the email posted the other day. They should be close to being done and when they are we will have a few months without dilution. That will allow any PRs we get to have the full effect on the pps. That is when we will see the gains we are looking for. $FUTL
