Had I to do it over again I would have been dirty about it, sold at that price and picked back in at .0022 but im in it for the long hall anyway.. Fact is I own so much of this if ever went to a buck I could retire to a yacht and invite the mod's for an umbrella drink vacation.. JMO

So shares can be picked up cheap and sold at a profit?? After news like this I dont think 10m is a wall that cant be broken through.. JMO

Call NDR and ask them if they are still a subsidiary of UBRG... You will be informed that they still are.

The company hasnt shown profits but the company has revenue and that is more than I can say for most in this category. As a result it almost has to be at the bottom

If you want to be technical they did not buy a single share. They bought the debt and the debt was repaid by converting it to shares. Its in the filings.

Regarding UBRG... There is something really funny going on today regarding Bid/Ask, Liquidity... Bids that appear, then disappear..Etc. Its almost like there are ghost traders beating down the share price it will be interesting to see how the rest of today plays out. Not saying there is a conspiracy or anything.

Companies as a rule do not invest in other companies if they feel there is too much to lose. No one wants to lose over 3m. Therefore it is in my opinion that this is a good sign.

This conversion of debt reduced the Company’s Notes Payables by a principal amount of $3,234,775. The 1,568,630,000 shares is the equivalent of 61.78% of the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock. The purchasing party was Global Energy Group, and its controlling person have not been disclosed to us and is undetermined at this time. The purchasing party is now deemed an affiliate.

That is a correct statement that the 10q does not specifically list any revenue from sales of coal... of course it also does not list any specific revenues due to gas sales either but we know there was.

It does list specific accomplishments of NDR.. but none listed for the Whitesburg Mine.

I guess we just take it for what its worth. JMO

UBRG has a lot of potential to be very successful if the cards are played right by the management. UBRG also has a lot of MM activity and manipulation. An example... 9,928 shares sold at .0027 at 12:38pm. who does that? that was simply to keep the price at .0027. Unless of course someone needed $26 to fill up their moped to get home from work today or needed cigarette money.
