Break this .06 and we're good to go. Sure you've all seen this but this is how i'm feelin':
They also recently updated shareholders on the pending record date and spin-off of 800 Commerce from MediSwipe. They filed the Form S-1 on Friday December 7, 2012 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Upon effectiveness of the registration statement, the board of directors of MediSwipe will set a record date whereby all shareholders of MediSwipe will pro rata participate in the distribution of the 800 Commerce shares owned by MediSwipe.
Michael Friedman, MWIP CEO stated, "The Amended filing of the 800 Commerce S-1 Registration Statement demonstrates our commitment to add shareholder value and begin to commercialize our mobile technology assets. We are pleased to be able to offer MediSwipe shareholders of record a stock dividend in 800 Commerce, giving our investors the opportunity to participate in two distinct plays, the first within the exciting healthcare and medical marijuana sector through MediSwipe, and the second, within the mobile payments and marketing sector through 800 Commerce,"
I missed this, but am I going to recieve 800Commerce shares sometime if I was holding on or before December 7th?
So, I'm getting the feeling that we are in a good place and that any news at all should rocket this higher. I'm finally not at a loss after the RS and don't want to make a bad call. advice?
What about that barrier at .02 in the chart? Should I sell now with profits?
Agreed. Has happened before: .12 to .34, .09 to .34, .22 to .34, .28 to .35. Excited to see WHE production. Getting engines into the real world will do CYPW good.
It will be a big change when Cyclone goes from a purely R&D company to a production company with 80+ folks making the WHE. Like many, I have been waiting for years for this. C'mon 2014.
"A question I would have is if they do legalize how do they handle those in prison?"
Let them out...
Yeah, moving would be good. A packaged WHE by 2014? Damn that'd be cool.
"One wonders what role a zero-emissions engine could play under looming tighter EPA standards."

In connection with our Annual Report last month, we provided an update on each of Cyclone's current projects and contracts. While we continue to make excellent progress on these endeavors, we would like to use this shareholder communication to provide greater visibility about our plans to commercialize our engine technology and expand sales in the next 12 months.
Three Cyclone engines are currently in development: the WHE-25, the S-2 (under contract with the U.S. Army) and the 100hp Mark 5. Of these models, the plan to commercialize the WHE-25 for micro-grid waste-to-power applications is the closest to realization.
Development Partners: We believe that the WHE-25 has satisfied its "proof-of-concept" stage -- we have achieved several hundred hours of aggregate run-time, generating power under the load of a dynamometer or electric generator. The next step in development is to achieve continuous operation of the engine in a rigorous thermal cycling environment with third party validation. For this stage, we have recruited the prestigious Ohio State University's Center for Automotive Research (CAR), which will commence work with Cyclone this month. Our plans with CAR are twofold: (i) conduct a thorough analysis of the mechanical design of the WHE-25 to predict stresses and potential weak points during durability testing, and then (ii) conduct that durability testing. We anticipate this process will occur over the next six months.
Manufacturing: We continue to push ahead to establish a base of manufacturing operations near CAR at the Ohio facility of our partner Precision CNC. We expect over the following few months to complete our joint venture agreement with Precision CNC, which will allow us to co-locate engineers and equipment, and leverage the machining expertise and production oversight that their management provides. We anticipate that the State of Ohio may provide certain incentives to assist us in this process, including low interests loans, tax abatement and possible development grants. Regardless of State assistance, however, we are currently budgeting for this critical stage of growth and engine development.
Early Adaptor Sales: Already, Cyclone has a long list of early-adaptor "beta" customers for the first release (Gen-1) WHE-25, which we expect to be ready by the end of this year. This Gen-1 engine will be sufficiently validated for pilot programs and integration projects with manufacturers of vertical technologies -- i.e., biomass gasifiers, wood pellet stoves, used oil and waste furnaces, and other similar products. Deposits for these initial sales could be accepted by the third quarter, with delivery of the engines commencing by the end of 2013. These Gen-1 engines will command a premium over the eventual commercial price due to the requirements of early customers to complete and validate their own technologies. Consequently, our revenue projections for Gen-1 engines are between $2.5 million and $3 million which will help fund the final phase of development: engineering for manufacturability. This we believe can be completed in 2014.

Ouch. Definitely needing something here...
Commercialization of the WHE-25 in the end of 2013. First, Ohio State University’s Center for Automotive Research (CAR), then Precision CNC. Deposits for Gen 1 WHE-25s will be accepted in Q3 2013, delivery Q4 2013. Maybe we'll see a new world steam record. 'nough said.
The LSR car was absent twice from the speed trials in Bonneville. I'm hoping that they will make it this year and break the record. As others here have stated, the LSR project has potential to lure investors, as it has already done (and for good reason IMO). I know that the engine is not in the car, but it is not a LSR specific engine:
"Mark 5 Engine: Our Mark 5 project will generate revenue from several sources. We expect to receive an additional $300,000 from Combilift this year as we provide prototype engines for their material lift equipment. We are currently in discussions with additional customers for the Mark 5 engine for a variety of uses -- from micro-CHP (combined heat and power) to automotive."
The LSR project is funded by Sponsors and DONATIONS, hence a lower priority, ask Cyclone. These engines, when completed, are going to be BEASTS.
"The engine on the dyno will
easily exceed well over 100 hp and has run to
1015# torque at 35% cutoff. At the West Palm Speed
Way we will be running the longest cutoff
approximately 15% where at the Cape about 10% and
7-8% at Bonnieville where we only need 200#. At
West Palm there will be no record set because of
the length of the run however we do think it will
be impressive." Harry

National Defense Industry Association’s (NDIA) 14th Annual Science & Engineering Technology Conference...
Any word on Cyclone achievements from this?
Anyone know if the LSR streamliner is still running at Cape Canaveral this Spring?
Yep, that's it. I know alot of people want to put this technology to use. Just let us use it! This thing
Any Cycloners been to the shop lately, what is going on with these guys? No LSR news (no nasa runway), no WHE, and now products in Italy? Yeah, right.
Will it hit sub-penny? Crutches at .015 and .02, these guys must have had some achievements in recent months, at least from the Chinese farm. I'd like to see this stop falling somewhere.
Not hard to see that someday everyone will have and use these P2O machines; Corporate or State.

10 trading days (or less) until Annual Report on Form 10-K. Chart looking good with a golden cross forming.
Pounded. At .015, sub-penny likely... Waiting on good news to level out.
Government Validation
The culmination of the validation process sent a clear message about the beneficial impact of the Plastic2Oil process on the environment.
Through every step of this process the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) worked closely with JBI.
The support JBI received from the NYSDEC was particularly significant. New York State is one of the two most rigorous jurisdictions in the United States with respect to the permitting process required to secure an industrial process permit, second only to California.
The final permitting for the Plastic2Oil process was issued in June 2011.
In December 2011, JBI received another favorable assessment by the environmental protection agency in the state where the initial RockTenn P2O site is being constructed. The environmental permit authority made the determination that this facility does not need an air permit and that the proposed project will comply with all applicable local, state and federal air pollution regulations. Additionally, the Company will not require a waste permit, because the plastic being processed is already located on-site.
Madison County wants to give JBII plastics, for free!
March 18, no?
What the hell else would a dozen engineers be doing but endurance testing? Barely any news in 2013.

I see a Golden Cross coming in a few weeks. Price projections?
Thanks for the chart, it's looking really good now :) On a run for sure...
