I dunno who mentioned it here but the quote went something like this .....
If you could have built it , you would have built it.
That is a thing that happened.
So very true.
Klickzie does not exist.
This is a well known sticking point with me.
All we know is the company has got less in cash than many minimum wage families have in the bank.
Has fell liable in a lawsuit they claim is frivolous, and deemed guilty in the courts, but the mention of it is best described as a text book case of "bashing" by the company. Who btw, reads iHub and mentions this group directly.
Mind blowing actually that the idea of an F50 company would want to touch it at this point.
But hey, maybe the doctor with the really fly hat, can pull something out his tail.
I'd suggest his first release wouldn't be against bashers, but how he plans to pay off this lawsuit .. and how he's going to get an F50 to hand him millions without an existing software of any kind the company has offered anyone.
I do not see a point of leverage TTCM has in any negotiation at this point. Whether it's in it own defense in the courts or it's promise to a company like Apple that could pump this kind of thing out to beta in 6 months to each and every one of us.
So basically this is a shift from Tauta bullshit, blaming it on a trucking company shell to an Apple product?
Dude this stock is going to dive.
And the reason, is this claim has nothing to do with trucking.
It's a tech stock, going after another tech company, and TTCM lost!
And we all know the amount.
You have seen the releases about cash on hand right?
How are they going to pay for it without us?
Obviously needs updating since a defunct company worth .016 a share is responsible.
Yeah .. I know right?
Click Evidence was world wide renowned for their shipping capability ehh?
Tauta wouldn't have the same interest in it as B/H trucking.
Click Evidence ... super fast ship...
OF COURSE!
And I watched the pps decline.
I believe you or someone else asked me this before.
I was at one time looking for an excuse to buy more.
Now I am looking for an excuse to own any of it.
The company is playing this all wrong in the PR and frankly, I lost 40% of the value I was in at.
Buy low .. sell high right?
Time for the company to show they have a product and show they are not liable for what they can't afford to pay without dilution.
As long as this condition exists .. I am out.
Doesn't mean I am gone from this, they do the right thing, I am all in.
But I haven't read a thing on this site that convinces me that the companies defensive posture is anything but lame.
I believe the sticky portion of this page is outdated.
The full DD seems to be missing quite a bit about the past and present history of Tautochrome.
Anyone care to fill in the blanks on this missing history for us?
I agree 100%
It's not like John Wayne Gacy could have changed his name to Mr. Rogers ... wait that definitely wouldn't have worked....
Doesn't matter what your name was, your obligations do not change unless it is a matter of contract.
2.4 mill is a lot for a company with no product and it's share prices threatening sub penny.
It's entirely relevant.
When you email him, ask him where the $2.4 mil is going to come from.
This is a great stock for someone that is willing to say that.
~ !!!! TTCM !!!! ~
Sorry bra ... the stock price is not solid.
Hell no ...
I was looking for a solid from the company to buy more.
Pretty well documented I think.
Then this stuff with "DR" Leonard doing the sketchy thing trying pawn it off on a defunct company. Even as the history and stock are clearly targeted in the decision.
I sold ...
It's on TTCM to get me to buy back in ... and you may want to do the same ... the stock price is not going up.
The thing I am seeing recently in regards to this stock is that TTCM investors are starting to come to grips with just how serious this lawsuit is, and how TRUE it is.
The point has come and should be expected sooner than later for damage control from the company.
What we have received so far is misdirection.
Well .. if the judge wasn't given the full story ...
Who's fault was that?
Derphhh ... The Doctors were a no show.
There is no take backs on it ...
The boat hit the iceberg.
Where is the company press release explaining this fubar problem?
We need to ask questions like that imho.
You are more than welcome bud ...
377k @ .024 average ...
That aint pocket change for a working man.
Apparently it's small beans, but it teaches ya how to read a court decision.
I'd add that the .016 thing that lasted all day?
That was mine .. I sold some at .0175 .. that was pretty cool.
See ya at .009
Non-denial does not equate to bashing.
In fact .. all of my shares sold today.
I can read a court decision ehh?
The court judgement is a factor in all this.
It takes a very selective mindset to ignore it.
$2.377 million is about to get sucked out of this company.
Frankly this is a concern if it comes to a quarter of that.
This company is not with deep pockets at the moment.
Add to this, the same mindset is defending the lack of an actual existing product.
Promises are one thing, but promises from the Doctor with the really fly hat that tried to make it look like a defunct trucking was responsible is really stretching it.
Once Klickzie becomes the software I can trust AND verify ... I am all in buy mode.
This may shock you but the decision is for a set amount.
TTCM figured it was cheaper to pay it than fight it and lose anyway.
The boat hit the iceberg already.
The judgement specifically states TTCM's share price.
This not being missed.
100% agreed ...
almost half the volume today was my shares.
TTCM - #31 on the breakout board.
Seriously good PR for the company these days ehh?
Ok dude that is pretty much the last thing any of us wanted to hear ...
yeh well I personally lost a lot in value over the last few months since I joined this endevour ...
And frankly the pimpers have not got me convinced anymore.
I do not have the fortitude that those with initial gains from .005 have.
Fact is TTCM is labeled in this lawsuit as the only ones who have the ability to pay.
This is not just a frivolous lawsuit.
I am not a lawyer ... but it doesn't take a lawyer to know how to read a nasty judgement against a company who has no product.
I'll be back in when the Doctors get their shit together.
Maybe.
See there are two camps ..
The ones that read a legal decision and can't figure out that the company selling stock at .016 and has just lost 2.4 million dollars in court is a concern.
And the ones that do think it's a concern.
The longs and the shorts must realize at some point it's better to sell high and buy low.
This thing is already going low.
Never fall in love with a penny stock man.
We agree ...
Except, I kinda like what they are doing with the Klickzie thing.
I've lost a lot of money .. it would be cool to get it back.
Buy back in for half the price very shortly.
You look at the charts lately?
Don't matter really what I do.
It's what the good Doctor does with his non-denial/denial.
And how he gets funding after this.
Perhaps an even more fly hat?
About 300 or more investors follow this page ...
And a lot of them watched it go from .03 to half what it's worth.
I think the doctors, especially the one with the really fly hat and impeccable reputation needs to speak up.
My shares are for sale and I am afraid I won't be quick enough to get rid of them all in time.
I am not alone .. It is interesting though, how the Doc finds time to answer questions about this lawsuit with a non-denial.
Despite attempts by some to paint this as a defunct companies problem, there is no mistake who is named responsible with the .016 share value at the time of the decision.
An investor can't be possibly blind to this.
Facts happen .. and when they happen, I decide to buy or sell.
This has to be the most classic way of dodging a question I have seen since I bought this stuff earlier this year.
My stocks are for sale ... scoop em up folks.
I'll buy them back maybe, if the dust settles correctly.
Seems like the biggest issue with raising funds ...
Is the 2 1/2 million bucks they got to pay because of shady biz.
We are #25 on the Breakout Board!
Congrats to the management!
Calling Dr. Leonard, Dr. Sercel, Dr. Staker.
Investors need your attention in the Hub.
woo-bub-bub
Basically you are saying that quote:

B/H Trucking must be really kicking ass for being an empty shell ehh?

FILED TONI HELLON CLERK, SUPERIOR COURT 12/16/2016 10:09:11 AM CASE C20155300
That doesn't look like B/H Trucking has to pay imho ...
That is how I see it.
I hope we are both wrong.
TTCM is named in a lawsuit as well as RDSH ...
It is EXTREMELY on topic
http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/displayfilinginfo.aspx?FilingID=10990399-1110-8227&type=sect&TabIndex=2&companyid=740380&ppu=%252fDefault.aspx%253fcompanyid%253d740380%2526amp%253bformtypeID%253d135
The 8k that shows the date that RDSH became TTCM ..
Does the damages refer to before or after?
And does this line start to make sense?
Defendant, CLICK EVIDENCE, INC., aka TAUTACHROME, INC. and/or BH
TRUCKING, INC., a wholly owned subsidiary of ROADSHIPS HOLDINGS, INC. (“Defendant”),
B/H trucking exists?
Ok if TTCM doesn't have to pay the damages.
Who does?
wow .. just wow dude.
