Stockholders buy because they like a plan, companies, employees and stockholders prosper because the company is able to execute their plans. Communication shows accountability, it is past time we heard something about what of the plan is or has been executed from Mr. Westergard.
If a company cannot execute a plan, the investment is dead money. I still remember all the comments on this MB from a month ago and even more recently about how great thanksgiving and christmas were going to be for stockholders. It has not been so at least so far, so there needs to be something done to restore some credibility or people will not invest time and money in something that never becomes more than an idea.
I am not a basher, I hold 7 million shares of this stock, I beleved in the idea, now make me beleive in the managment ability of the company to deliver. I just rolled out of the Supatcha scam (suspended today), I got out in the green thankfully because I acted quickly on some great DD, and am not interested in having more experiences like that. This is the real deal or it isn't. IMHO, the test of truth is when the words and deeds are in agreement, and anything else is a lie.
"Lights Out". The PR is like a sign I have seen in some bars: "Free Beer Tomorrow!"
Remember the truth about liars is...they LIE and that really is the only fact I know for sure now as it pertains to SAEI and it is all I need to know. I am glad I am out.
I agree totally with that statement. I read much more than I post, mostly because of my limited time available. You guys got me out before I went really red on this thing. Time will tell how this will eventually turn out and it will be interesting to watch.
I went to the Supatcha Web Site, and the NI report and the unsolicited offer PR are gone. There is nothing after Aug 24. My guess (hope) is that these will be replaced with something more substantive and verifiable.
Time will tell.
Lot of movement for only 4 million shares. Imagine what can happen with some volume.
and it didn't even mention the silver. Guess they will talk about that later.
Ditto.
Someone sent me this video...gives an idea of what it is like at the "business end" of one of these towers, and a sense of why things may not happen overnight-perhaps a little releif from the daily diatribe while we wait.

what if it comes around noon, or COB in the eurozone?
In other words, we only get what is left behind after all the hogs are fed, if anything.
Any credible information, or news or conjecture about how the testing is going? Anyone heard from Val lately?

The web site is looking good. When the test results come out, we will be:
Wash rules(IRS) can burn you for flipping if you sell at a loss and buy again before 30 days elapse. Better to ride it unless you are locking a profit to buy a bigger position on bottom.
If this were true, it had to be on one of the lode prospects. Is anyone aware of a coring program in progress? I thought they were really focused on getting the placer gold producing.

A couple of low daylight passes in a small plane or copter would tell a lot. Any aviators here?
I can see a building and a vehicle in that light...those are not tiki torches. Get your eyes checked.
Those guys need to call for an offshore oilfield completions fluids filtration engineer...a good one would solve that problem real quick. There are lots of those guys aching for work thanks to BOEMRE...M-I Drilling Fluids or Halliburton or Baker (formerly BJ Services) would be the places to call. Just give the geobags a shot of precoat, floc it good and then ...woo hoo!
Crescent's not the only one that got shares, and it's getting to the end of the year...I think you are on to something there and so it's likely a short term event...opportunity for longs.
Dude, and you did that after a full day of work too. The only thing more hardcore is if you did it on a motorcyle. Many thanks for your info and your effort. You at least deserve a case of energy drinks for that!
Sorry for the late reply Pete. I still hold a few and sold a few. This is probably a $40 stock before long, but I don't know where the bottom is or how long it will be there. I've been busy buying a house and putting my life back together.
Thanks H, always appreciate your analysis.
I think some places will sell a bottle of Cobra malt liquor and give a sack for it at that price.
It would be justice if he only got to keep his KEIP, new shareholders will likely look at how he treated his old shareholders.
with razor blades in it.
over 800 projects they are involved with that have something to do with the key word "water".

Some humanitarian organizations are not legit, and so that is something to beware of. It is not a bad thing to be dealing with a government if you have the right backing...or backing with levarage to future things (translation, a friend with a big stick).
World bank/IMF can be a powerful ally if they are in favor of the transaction, and they can offer some big leverage to assure a company gets treated right. Again, this is something that a commercial attache in a foreign embassy or consul's office can be of help. Not a basher here, I own several million shares of this stock.
I think the question is are they negotiating with a real customer that can pay real money. I've done business in developing nations before and it isn't like doing business like we think about it.
They will gladly take the merchandise, but getting paid in real money for it is the real trick. Unfortunately, it may also require someone else to get paid too that you didn't expect. Negotiations might go swimmingly until hammering out the real details of getting paid. Hope this isn't happening...but I have seen it more often than I wish I had. It may require walking away from the table and requiring payment up front. This is an area where the local US consulate office (local to the country buying the product) can offer some real good advice and help if this is happening.
Another question I have is, how does DKSC protect its IP in these markets?
Yep I got my bag of oats too, at .01506. I hope someday that someone kicks ol' Jolly Rog so hard that his gonads and eyeballs trade places, or that he meets his true love in prison for this-or both, either order would do just fine. I would personally send him his own personal soap on a rope with an autographed copy of "Who Moved My Soap-A CEO's guide to prison".
Nothing on my Sctrd acct yet.
No selling, just buying for me, up to 6.5 mill.
It is like his conscience died when his wife did. I pity him, actually.
I think the real villain here is Mr. Alan J. Carr. I am sure he's not too popular with his boss, and I hope he loses his job. They bought at around $.95 and so $1.40 would have been a not so bad return for them.

From what I see on the web, looks like SVP is trying to hire a risk managment expert now at $400K/year. WS should apply for the job.
If they maintain that shrimpy market cap for long, I think they will become the bait.
share structure has changed, it went from 243 million shares to 100 million shares, so at $15, the market cap is only 1.5 Billion. This is crazy cheap compared to peer companies, and I don't think it will last. Could easily be a $40 stock once they have a good quarterly report...and I think they will before long.
Is that 3.5% before or after KEIP?
I think so too. It's a viscous trickle down so they can fill all their buckets before we get or little drop or two. We can only hope for high humidity and low winds until then so our drops don't evaporate before we get them.
We shoot them in the head where I come from.
that sucks
