My thought is that there was/ is something F'd up big time with past issues and the auditors aren't going to sign off until they are satisfied.

I fully believe they have a viable product and great technology others don't.

But I don't understand why so many here have put total faith in the CEO when it comes to the delay excuse.

Just because Covid has adversely affected other Companies filings, we are supposed to just believe that's the reason for our problem.
I hope like hell I am 100% wrong and I hope this does go to a dollar.

It's really a crap shoot as to what the reaction might be.

If it's able to get some momentum going there could be a decent pop. If that happens, a barrage of positive, subsanative PR's might be the ticket.

Not really.

A lot of times especially with pinks the anticipation drives up the price. Then once all that was anticipated falls thru ( like here) it drops back to a "fair" trading value.

Just look back at past posts and see some of the ridiculous numbers that many here were throwing around.

Once Gary threw out the 4M number all that evaporated as did the interest, volume, and share price.

HOCI is widely known World wide.

It has been actively used in wound care and dates back to WW1.

Do a simple Google search and you can find articles dating back to the teens and twentys showing the effectiveness of it.

Basically someone who listens to dis gruntled shareholders so the CEO can focus on what he/she should be doing to advance the Company.
