AERS Passes out 'exclusive' deals to anyone needing a PR for the day. Here's another exclusive deal from a few months ago. Exclusive? Riiiiight. Oh, btw, no phones were delivered after those 90 days!!! Same old, same old -- for 15 years! LOL
May 13, 2010 (FinancialWire) -- Aerius International Inc., (OTC: AERS) has signed an exclusive agreement to license its cell phone antenna technology to PowerIdea, a major cell phone manufacturer in Shenzhen, China, to produce Aerius equipped phones for children worldwide. Initial sales samples of the new phone are expected to be delivered in approximately 90 days.
"Compared to other cell phone tests of Aerius technology equipped phones by carriers, the FCC, and independent CTIA Authorized labs worldwide show Aerius increases battery life 3 to 5 hours, doubles their coverage area, reduces dropped calls over 60%, and reduces handset power loss into users or SAR an average 99.4%," said Aerius CEO, Bill Luxon.
The market for children's phones is a major growth area in the cellular industry where cell phones for children now represent a major form of communication between parent and child. According to market research firm Yankee Group, cell phone use in the 8 to 12 year-old "tween" market nearly doubled from 5.3 million users in 2006 to 10.5 million users currently, or nearly 54% of the 2010 tween population. A 10 percent market share would generate gross sales of approximately $139 million.
Aerius made about $200.00 last year. HA!!!
LOL That is about all there will be to sell. Doesn't it strike anyone how odd it is Aerius would suddenly announce "phones ready in 8 weeks!!!!" Why not wait 8 weeks and tell the world, better yet show the world the product?
All you have is a PR. More hot air and crickets to follow, as usual, 15 years running.
The major manufactures of cell phones know there is no liability regarding low power emitters of non ionizing radiation. The whole idea of cell ... phone is that low power RF is all that is required for the technology to function due to the cellular nature of the system.
There are interest groups, hundreds of them, that make their bread and butter raising money to fight trivial or hysterical causes. One can imagine, as they smile to one another writing nonscientific tripe as fact, waiting for the sheep to fund their next vacation of beach fun while they blissfully yap away on their own cells. Not to mention that most people text. The entire Aerius concept was flawed from the outset, as proven by Luxon's ability generate hot air but never to sell anything more than stock for 15 years.
Yes, I guess that makes MDGC and Aerius true partners. Two rotting peas in the same dead pod. LOL
Val has everyone's phone but not his own. Luxon over at Aerius tried hitching his wagon to MDGC, before it was discovered MDGC was run by a vacuum cleaner hawker. Now Val is trying the reverse, using a partner PR for a phone that will never be produced "due to unforeseen issues", as has been the case for 15 years running. True pinkyland drama at its best! LOL
Jobu: Sounds like the truth about the supposed phones was boxed up and shipped back to China. HA!
LOL Aerius got "up to" $3 million (could have been 50 cents), in exchange for 300,000,000 fresh shares. Such a scam it smells like a wet skunk!
The PR is full of BS. That is a very clear concept! LOL
Currently Val does, the biggest pps killer of them all!
LOL The PR states buyers have supposedly reviewed the performance and made side-by-side comparisons of a phone for which sales samples have not yet been manufactured! Too funny!
The entire share requirement for the full $3,000,000 would be approximately 300,000,000 [shares] based on current market prices.
Sure, the dilution machine begins now. Luxon's only "asset" that he has failed to monetize (the patent for non non mimo useless tech) is about to expire. His other possession is a NV corporation to run into the ground for cash!
Time for the pump, dump and dilute machine to rev up before it's ALL over but the crying!
That reads like every PR Aerius has ever put out, more "coming soon" nonsense. Aerius hasn't sold a thing in 15 years, except more of its stock. Pfft!!!
Every single management group or person this company has ever had has attacked the stock internally. Why should the slide to zero be any kind of surprise! LOL
The market obviously thinks this company is worthless. Based on the market's perception of Val and company, the discounting process for the likelihood of a zero is proceeding and appears to be relentless.
No amount of crying, "Say it ain't so!!" will alter the reality.
All Val does is read up on the industry, then he makes insinuations and Tweets and peeps and mutters. It also sounds as though he writes boiler room scripts for use with callers, where he piques interest without guaranteeing squat. Later, he groans -- about how slow things are to develop. Meanwhile, he is schlepping Sisel pimple creme and shaking dirtbags loose from Hoovers and Dirt Devils. Some CEO!!!!!!
Val owes us nothing
Val may not owe you but he certainly gives you a blast of hot air and nonsense every chance he gets!
Colemano: Follow the thread to its origin. The topic was MDGC's mythical involvement in something called, "Project Cornerstone". My reply addressed Project Cornerstone, which is a Motorola project having nothing to do with MDGC as had been earlier postulated in the thread. As soon as MDGC makes any new claim, the claim debunks in 5 seconds flat! Pitiful. HA!
If there were ever a company deserving of a pinksheets listing this dumper is a textbook example. The market, BTW, happens to agree!
What is the return policy? Might get a LOT of use! LOL
So, sorry but it is Motorola's project! Try a different hat and rabbit.
I knew about this company over a year ago. Once I looked into the backgrounds of people at the helm and discovered a string of past bankrupt companies, stock prices diluted to zero, worthless tech, a "Dr." lunatic on the board, a vacuum cleaner salesman as the head honcho... Gee, I guess I should have posted a few 'steer clear' messages a year ago, after I had finished ten minutes worth of chuckling. But that is water under the bridge.
In the future, I'd look for a pure chart play w/o the baggage of a bunch of idiots in charge for some researcher to point out as the latest Larry, Moe and Curly. Unfortunately, the knucklehead syndrome at MDGC corporate is what is fast running MDGC straight into the ground.
Looks like we've been bamboozled, hoodwinked and duped!
This list is much longer than that. I'll add, "hosed". Anyone wanting to add to the list, be my guest. LOL
OEM? Val does manage to manufacture a lot of hot air that he resells with 'gust-o' on the stock market.
Yup. With that $65 in the MDGC piggy bank the glory days are not far away! LOL
No one examining MDGC is buying the phony Wifibridges -- or the Brooklyn Bridge -- for that matter!
Oh? Is Val planning on jockeying this board now? I guess his Tweet button burned out from overuse -- so he has to do something with himself! HA!
He let 100s and 100s of millions of shares loose on the market. The market knows the enourmous number of aged shares. The piper is being paid. MDGC has been discounted to reflect the worthless management and deeply flawed belief that anything this company promises is worth more than the value of the shares, which are worth less than the price of a single sheet of Charmin! LOL
Val, a 58 year old vacuum cleaner salesman who said he started out to become a neurosurgeon! Pfft! Where did he hit his head along the way!!! LOL
Tear it up, Cass! MDGC is one photoshop illusion of a company and it ain't no masterpiece!
Check out the share price of the companies you mentioned: MediaG3, Inzon, China Wimax, Unilava, Aerius, Xcellink. They are all priced as penny stock scams, having lost almost 100% of their value in a very short period of time. If this collection of dirtbags were to unite, you'd simply have to flush twice before they'd go to where they are headed -- along with all their shareholders loot to boot!
LOL The claim was the battery would charge in a few seconds or was it a few minutes. Hours? What's that about? HA!
Oh, Cassandra. The battery's origin doesn't matter. Val is charging $65 for China made private label generic lithium ion batteries. Paying more than $15 is a rip off for generic junk.

The battery Val sent you is a 3500mAh extended life battery. He started touting 'his' battery (Al Gore style) the moment it was announced one would be available to the market place. Your battery is lithium ion, nothing different in composition from extended life batteries available on Amazon for half a year.
he just moves on to hyping the next great thing. Sounds as though Val needs help with his ADD.
I understand it was Val's constant chattering for hours with shareholders that took his eye off business. No one should encourage Val's bad habits. The destroyed PPS shows he does well enough on his own.
I doubt anyone wants to carry around a sleek shiny new smartphone with an ugly baseball size antenna attached to it. Aerius might have been able to sell their antenna when it was first designed 14 years ago, when wireless phones were bulky, but they couldn't find a buyer even THEN. LOL It is beyond laughable!!
The T/A said I had to contact Val.
Case closed. LOL
Everyone except Val is my guess. That's why the pps is in the tank, on its way down the flush.
Instead I find that these patents are decades old, sold off twice!
LOL What is humorous is the same individual behind the offshore facades made money twice by monetizing the foolish belief that patents designed to pad a failing company's portfolio were worth squat. The form of modulation was known prior, is now obsolete and the existence of sectorizing antennas and supposting hardware beat these chop shop patents by years. It ALWAYS WAS one... huge... CROCK!!!!
the family and friends could pick up some shares at rock bottom prices that way.
It appears they will get their cheap shares wish. Will the dream be realized at the customary .0010 or .0005?
