Supposebly there is "some interesting shareholder news coming".
That's all I know at this point in time.

Don't be on the sidelines when great news is released.
Just missed my buy order for another 200,000 shares.
200,000 shares at .075
Have you actually spoken with Wendy?
As soon as they got rid of Steve Ragan and put Wendy as the I.R. person I knew I should have sold my shares.
Live and learn. :(
I would think that Gerald's father is better informed and more aware of the requirements for an MANF delivery system than anyone posting on an IHub board.
As Gerald has stated there has been more than $35,000,000 invested in the development of the patented MANF technology to date and much of the development has involved Gerald's father.
The grants from MJFF lends credibility to the company and its technology short term but the potential for a joint venture or development partnership with a "big pharma" drug company to develop the MANF technology is what will make a very substantial return for anyone buying/owning the stock now.
Of all the penny stocks that I've reviewed over the years I think AMBS is at the top of the list relative to share price and long term potential.
"A few cents downside versus several dollars upside."
Place your bet. :)
You're more likely to get a meaningful response from Peter Pan.
Management continues to demonstrate that they care very little about the concerns of the shareholders.
It appears that the share price is headed below a penny as there is no reason for anyone to buy currently.
All the major shareholders who bought below a penny are actually facing the possibility of losing money on their investment if the exit sign lights up and someone yells "FIRE". :(
Today's MJFF funding announcement(s) has nothing to do with the MANF technology or any grant for which the company has applied related to it.
Today's grant announcement (if it happens) will be specifically for Nuropro as today's grants are one-year grants to develop and optimize assays of promising PD fluid biomarkers.
p.s. Does anyone have any knowledge as to what time today the grants will be announced and if the news will be released by the company or the MJFF?
I spoke with Gerald yesterday. I asked him when we could expect a company update on his C.E.O. blog and he said that he couldn't or wouldn't (my view) give me a time frame.
He did say that there were several positive items that he wanted to include that weren't yet "finalized" but apparently would be soon (my view) and he didn't want to omit them so the update is "in the works" (my view) but delayed.
It could happen at any time.
"Patience is a virtue."
p.s. I asked him if there were any "new" high profile individuals joining the Board of Directors. He said "no comment". He did laugh when I suggested he should approach Oprah. :)
Note: He also stated that he does occasionally read the posts on the IHub board just to stay in touch with what is being said about the company.
One can only hope for a better entry price. ;)
Add a few shares here and be glad you didn't buy it at .195. :)
Reality sucks.
Please don't give credit to anyone on the board for the falling share price. All the credit should go to the company's management team.
Incompetence rules. :(
I hate to say it but I think the major shareholders will be fortunate to exit without a loss.
It appears that P.T. Barnum was correct. "There's a sucker born every minute."
Have a buy order in for 100,000@ .079. So far only a partial fill of 14,500. Any help would be appreciated.
Next positive news starts this moving substantially higher.
Anyone who wanted out has already sold and moved on or are waiting to re-buy on positive news.
The plan to map the human brain bodes well for the company's MANF technology.

When the company cancelled the shares that had been set aside for the investors to convert their debt to shares that was viewed as a sign that possibly new funding would happen.
Supposebly it was "rumored" that certain members of the company's management team had commented that it was a good thing for the shareholders.
Time will reveal all.
p.s. Try not to buy at the ask. Place a buy order at your price and let the sellers come to you.

He also explained about the portion of the Dominion Capital loan that can convert to 25,000,000 shares. He said that the note that was in default could have converted to 55,000,000 shares and been held by a number of individuals with millions of shares each and no ordered structure to sell the shares or not over time. He said that he chose Dominion Capital as the best option because all the shares will be in one place with an entity that has a vested interest in the share price moving higher. Made perfect sense to me.
p.s. I asked him if there were any "new" high profile individuals joining the Board of Directors. He said "no comment". He did laugh when I suggested he should approach Oprah. :)
Another day with no news from the company. How pathetic is that.
Anyone buying below a penny today?
This project could boost the value of the MANF technology many times over, discover a myriad of new neurological applications
for the technology, and shorten the time to a marketable drug by a number of years.
Sometimes success occurs by being in the right place at the right time with the right technology.
Interesting months ahead for the company and its shareholders.
This is a good overview of the company and its potential:
I think there are penny stocks that are currently under a dime that offer more upside both short and long term.
Just saying.
"A good laugh is great for a good mind."
I suggest you add a few more shares at the open tomorrow before the move higher begins.
There are times when averaging down makes sense.

Had the opportunity to speak with Gerald this afternoon. First time I've spoken to him. It was a very enlightening conversation.
It's obvious that he has a plan to make the company a success and is in the process of implementing it.
My opinion is that if you're on the sidelines waiting to purchase or add shares I wouldn't wait much longer.
Interesting months ahead.
Is anyone buying shares tomorrow if the price is below a penny?
If not, at what price would you buy?
That's my expectation considering the time since his last address.
Today is "President's Day". However with the markets closed I'm thinking tomorrow is reasonable.
Time will reveal all. Or at least a good portion of it.
p.s. Adding a few more shares tomorrow.
All IMHO.

Up 10% today on the Borse Berlin exchange.
Bottom is in place.
Expecting an update from Gerald tomorrow on his C.E.O. blog.
Interesting months ahead for the shareholders.
I'm thinking the same thing.
I expect the company licenses the MANF technology to a "big pharma" drug company with a substantial upfront cash payment and milestone payments that will then allow the funding of Amarantus Diagnostics.
Interesting months ahead for the shareholders.

Jason Napadano's comment(s) on Seeking Alpha:
I think academic interest in MANF is a testament to the excitement around neurotrophic factors like GDNF and BDNF. Work into GDNF dates back to the early 90s. I think a lot of PD drug researchers were disappointed when the Amgen trials with GDNF failed and organizations like the MJFF pulled the plug on funding. The interesting difference between GDNF and MANF is that MANF penetrates in the substantia nigra (Zhou et al, 2005) where the death of dopaminergic neurons is a discrete event in Parkinson’s patients (Petrova et al, 2004), and that MANF is readily distributed throughout the striatum (Voutilainen et al, 2009) at superior levels to GDNF. There is evidence (Lindholm et al, 2009) that intrastriatally injected MANF is more protective of dopaminergic neurons compared to GDNF. This was validated by the company’s work and presented in January 2013 at the OneMed Forum.
So the academic labs are now gearing back up around MANF, just as they did around GDNF a decade ago. Will MedGenesis strategy with GDNF-CED work? I do not know. If it does, it is validation for MANF (in my opinion). But knowing the previous failure of GDNF, it certainly makes sense to spend a significant amount of time on the preclinical work with MANF. Why go down the same road only to fail?
My motivation for doing such due diligence around the name simply stems from the 8c stock price. I knew I would catch a lot of heat for publishing on an 8c stock with a half-assed article, so my attempt was to quash the “nice pump jerkoff” comments by providing evidence-based and overwhelmingly boring science supporting my conclusion that MANF is real and has valid commercial potential, including the necessary intellectual property protection.
If you are going to recommend people look at an 8c stock, you better damn well believe the science is real! The obvious question that remains is, what’s it worth? That’s step #2. But keep in mind, I wouldn’t bother to try to figure that out unless I believed in the science.
I'm looking forward to Jason's next article which will address the potential value of the company.
That could contribute to a substantial increase in the share price.
p.s. I assume he will speak with Gerald as one of the sources for the article.
They've had three years to determine what form the gold is in.
It may be a mistake but I will continue to hold my shares until the next press release related to actual production results.
I think most of the major shareholders have decided to go down with the ship or still believe that they can exit and at least recuperate their initial investment since most of them have a cost basis substantially below a penny. I really don't think this will be possible since any news that would cause them to want to exit would be so bad that no one would buy their shares.
Time will reveal all?
Timing the bottom is difficult. Most individuals will miss it. Some individuals will come close but then will regret not having bought more shares.
The current share price is about 65% below its recent high. There are a number of individuals that sold above .13 that are on the sidelines hoping to buy back in at less than the current share price.
The short volume is disappearing because the shorts know that there are any number of realistic events that could move this to the .35-.50 range overnight.
If you're on the sidelines waiting for a much better price I think you'll be very disappointed.
I purchased shares on Friday and will purchase additional shares this week.
10% downside versus "reasonable unlimited" upside.
"Big pharma" drug companies are expected to spend approximately $60,000,000,000 on mergers and acquisitions in 2013.
I have to believe that Amarantus Bioscience is on a few radar screens.
A license agreement or a development partnership with a "big pharma" drug company could suddenly remove all the costs associated with developing the MANF technology.
An associated cash payment to the company could remove any requirement for additional dilution. Milestone payments are a good thing.
The same applies to the diagnostic tests. I would think that J & J would be one company with extreme interest.
Think outside the box. I have to believe that Gerald is.
If you have traded penny stocks for any length of time then you know that moving averages are not very reliable.
Penny stocks such as this one are event driven. The company could announce a joint venture or development partnership at any time and the share price would jump to .50 or higher. Oprah could join the company's board of directors and the share price would triple overnight.
There are too many realistic events that will impact the share price so that anyone trading based on the 50 day or 200 day moving averages will get left on the sidelines wondering what just happened.
Risk/reward indicates this is a buy at the current price as it is down almost 65% from its most recent high.
Great overview of the potential that the company offers to its shareholders and to individuals suffering from various diseases.
Is anyone here actually buying now or is everyone waiting to see if it goes under a penny?
I had a buy order in at .011 but I pulled it.
If there is no news before the open on Tuesday I suspect below a penny is quite possible.
I can't imagine management not issuing a p.r. in response to the almost 50% drop in the share price. Once again common sense would dictate an update unless there is no gold being recovered.
Lest we forget about G.W.
Another day for great news to occur before this gaps higher.
Tuesday it is then.
Have a great weekend!!!
Buy a few shares at the open on Monday.
Thank me when Gerald publishes his monthly blog message to the shareholders later in the week.
Have a great weekend!!!
He get's my expertise for free. :)
Company is cleaning up the balance sheet as a precursor to a possible partnership or joint venture?
The company set up Amarantus Diagnostics as a subsidiary for a specific reason.
Time will reveal all. Just don't be on the sidelines when this gaps higher overnight.
p.s. I bought shares on Friday because I know how I would proceed if I were the C.E.O. and it appears he's taking the same steps that I would take.
