I wonder if we calculated our communities/forums % of holdings and made an official request as a large(r) % body; could we force the company and transfer agent to respond and account for the total number of shares outstanding?
Because if you go to the Borse-Berlin /english site and look down @ the bottom of the page and read the governing rules regarding short/naked positions - it is un-freaking regulated...
& I got a responce from mark regarding the Borse-Berlin Exchange Apparently they did not know they were listed; he said he is have their attorney look into it...

I wanted to add a poll or post and try and get a share count going. if we get outstanding response we might be able to more closely gauge the float. I think the easiest way would just be to post the question "how many MPPC shares are you holding/" and just tally running anonymous comments....what do you guys think???

I was told by debtors council that Pete & Darren are working hard to salvage and emerge from bankruptcy whole. We are guided by very competent management
I was also told they are exploring buyers. It could go either way...allegedly.
I speculate that these guys want to keep thier jobs. The CEO is the largest debtor and shareholder - it would take a sweetheart deal to get these guys out of those Designer Highback Leather office chairs.
Last week I touched up the CFO. he said they will be filing the due quarterly ASAP Next week is a BK status meeting
Check the blog for the operational reports. Were clocking some good coin and when the debt is eliminated We should breakout nicely. Myself and a few other longs have locked up a good % of the already tightly held float.
Check back a few pages near Jan - March we had some good DD posted back then. We were about to blow past a penny right before the BK...
In an early (2009 iirc) it was disclosed that more shares were issued than authorized I wonder if that is still happening. And I wonder if management is aware and endorsing this venue?
If your firm unexpectedly turns up on the Berlin-Bremen stock exchange and you, the CEO, did not request a listing there, that might be a sign of a problem. Request the removal of your company from that exchange immediately, and keep asking until it’s done.

MPPC is steady making payments on tax debts and payments to Monterey Capitol and payments to Compass Business Advisors. The CEO is still the largest creditor and iirc the largest shareholder. Last I found that 51% was held inside and the float was under 159mil
MPPC is clocking about $80,000.oo a month I think a solid majority of debt will be discharged It looks like Fed ex is the only interested debtor

Looking Good climbing out of that dip. .... About a week or so ago I spoke with the ECOB national trader/buyer, I was pleased with what I was hearing but unfortunately the call dropped. Another member followed up and heard some goodness along the lines of: (7-12) PR's...there is more to come & there is cause to have informed optimism in future growth and appreciated value of holding long.

IMO we are being walked down combined with smallposition short term holder panic. AKA a shake or shaking the tree.

I'm looking to add on this dip. My last adders were near perfect at the beginning of June dip - Scoring sub .15's - I dont think we will break those support levels but might...I think we will rebound off of .19/.20
I've been thinking about this AHT.... *maybe it is possible the company blew out $125,625.or so worth of paper into the float, in some way...but, i don't think so...I think they have a bit more experience and accountability these days. Im not saying they aren't going to blow out paper into the float to raise capitol, I just think that when & if they do, it will be with perfect timing, execution & some level of stealthiness, and will reap a substantial gain.
*undeniably a lot of shares have been issued & swapped over the lifespan of ECOB. maybe we are seeing these shares brought to market ~ wholesaled. We don't see everything that goes on.....so maybe this huge pile of 625,000 shares has been sitting on a "ALL OR NONE" ask and some one - an institution or a retailer decided to gobble them up

So we are showing a spread of .25bid / .35ask ;that will surely tighten up and hopefully we will see more news that pulls the sellers demanding prices higher.

Try and buy or sell ECOB.e with schwab and you will get a; Order Messages 1 . This security is not currently eligible for trading in the Extended Hours Trading session.

I day-trade some blue chips .e and my max quantities are usually limited to 5,000 shares....
This AHT could go back to the reg/sho list we discussed previously; as maybe shares were bought or sold without the firm having possessed/settled the stock/transaction. a lot of things could have trigger this after hour trade, It was a good & lucky buy IMO nothing to worry about ~ were are going to go up and down and up and down and up..... The upside potential far outweighs the downside risk.
I believe the sales/bonus figures described in the latest filing will/are be achieved & I believe this company will continue to defy technicals and fundamentals happy trading
existing investors are paused...and reaping some profits were possible. We haven't seen a massive volume anomaly with like 5 or 10 or so million shares so IMO, no one has pumped the tires -yet-.
I'm still very optimistic and bullish with this company. They have been very tight lipped for the past year and have been very strategic in every aspect of the business

Nice Exposure. IMO, It is just a matter of time before ECOB wood becomes a specified standard on all GSA and Municipal Dept of Facility & Construction Managment projects.
