Thanks, I was asking because the original ChinaCo deal seems to be an Offtake Agreement but I've heard buyout mentioned in a bunch of different places lately. I guess anything is possible now that there are several offers on the table & no details were released yet.

Either way, I agree we have good things to come.

Do you think we're going the route of a buyout rather than an Offtake Agreement or JV?

Looks like someone with a large amount of shares had to get out fast for whatever reason.. Shares are being absorbed at a decent rate though. We're back up to 22¢ pretty quickly.

...Well are CEO is back from China and all I know is that the trip went very well...and that he mentioned we will have to wait for public announcement...hope they are working on it this weekend...and have it ready for Monday...my guess is it should be good one...I will be happy if we have a deal signed ...anything more would just be gravy...we shall see! I have been very happy with the management team that AAA has assembled considering most of this project and work has been put together through a recession ...

I'm not positive but I would assume all of the volume is represented in the AAA.v totals. It seems ALLRF is just a means to buy AAA.v through a US exchange. TD Ameritrade doesn't even list a bid/ask for ALLRF. I think when you buy ALLRF there's a currency conversion and its routed off to AAA.v

Don't think of ALLRF as a separate stock.

I've been buying ALLRF the past couple of days & it doesn't show up on the ALLRF volume. The sales went through (right away) at the price AAA.V was quoted less the currency difference.

For instance, I put an order in on Tuesday when the AAA.v ask was 22¢ and it went through @ 0.2135 (1 CAD = 0.9701 USD)

It definitely didn't show on the ALLRF volume & the ALLRF price was still quoting around 19¢ so get a quote from your broker on symbol AAA.v before you buy ALLRF because the AAA.v price is the correct price.

Actually, it's confirmed that the Nemegosenda property has REE's. They just don't know the exact quantity.
