All penny stock are speculative stocks! Three years ago I bought it as a speculative stock. Holding it 3 years does not make it an investment. On all speculative stock one knows that he is risking and is willing to lose the investment. I invested in HISC in like manner.
Who, it is old news, but just a reminder that Xpress is the only company out there offering the push to talk. In other words, we can construe this to mean that they control the marker with the push to talk. That's what we want, to be leaders in an industry.
Old news is good news if you can bring it up to demonstrate how it is doing at the present time.
Take a look at the link below. This has to be the company that HISC is dealing with in JORDAN. They cellular phone division named Xpress Cellular which have the GPS.
http://www.xpress.jo/services/GPS/gps-main.asp
HISC is a spec stock. When investing in spec stocks you are risking to lose your investments. So, for you guys that are whining don't invest in these types of security.
Take a look at this old links:
I do not believe in psychics .... http://72.14.205.104/search?q=cache:MZlTXYgIZdQJ:www.psychic.biz/hisc/HarvardClubPresentation.ppt+Xp...
If you read the PR below you will have an ideal of what to expect. They will change name to Global Tek, this is why the page exist stating coming soon.

Skier, I own HISC about 3 years. I sold it when it when up and picked it up again.
How did I know about the stock? A chinese friend of mine was playing tennis with a rich friend of his. She was a millionaire (according to him), she plays spec stock and told him about this stock. She told him not only does she believe this stock one day will perform, but that she is heavily invested in the stock.
I did a research and liked it.
RedCloud, there is no such thing as an imaginary tree. If there was, then the dog has to be imaginary, and if he is barking up on a tree there must "be something" imaginary.
What I wrote was just a thought, not factual.
ActSoft initially developed Comet Transportation Software by request of a client searching for a means of running business. If this is the case, who was the client who requested this program?
Comment: If HISC hired Actsoft to create this program then The software product is HISC and I then can see HISC acquiring Actsolf.
Any comments?
skier, check out this link. I haven't done a research as of yet, don't have the time today but what do you think? Unless this is old news, can't find a date.

If you're in $20K at 6 cents, then you should invest another $1,800.00 at .0009 (2 mil shares). This way if the stock hits 1 cents you make your 20K back and you will only be in the hold $1,800.00 (smart investing).
Ward, I meant a buyback "than having a reverse split." I screwed up, LOL.
JFC, A cybertracker it not a GPS, it is a hardware device that can use a GPS software to locates and monitor. Not to mention it can also be use for many other things.
The difference between HISC Cyber Tracker and other trackers is that HISC is a unique device and the only one of its kinds.
I would like to see HISC reduce the number of shares they have with a reverse split and have Actsoft by them out at a right price.
Rumor has it that Microsoft wants to by Tom Tom.
IR returned my call.
Skier, the reason I mentioned it was because according to IR he is still with the company and still on HISC website. Year late but what's present erases that year old news.
According to IR he is still with them, and if you look at HISC website they have him listed.
Why Mr. Barry Bennett name is not on this page? He is the head
of Gov.al Sales Division and Chairman of the Advisory Board. To my regulation he was a advisor to President Bush Senior.
Check out these links .... If HISC takes over Actsoft then HISC will be dealing with USA MOBILITY.

I have not done DD on the relationship of both company but what do you thing?
Skier, I send some links today, this one is interesting,
LBS vs. what people want to know.
http://www.mobileenterprisemag.com/issues/sept/art_sept06_2.shtml
Though many vendors claim that LBS is much more readily accepted than before, analysts and vendors agree this is only the tip of the iceberg. "People want to know where their assets are, and the assets can be mobile vehicles, equipment or personnel," explains Brian Riley, CEO of Ashland, N.C.-based Homeland Integrated Security Systems, a company that makes Cyber Tracker single-board GPS products that enable everything from tugboat navigation to public safety GPS and the tracking of juvenile offenders
This is reality .... Right now we own a percentage of nothing in HISC.PK, but reality is that HISC.PK is better then a spec stock even though it is a spec stock <---- Paradoxical Statement.
Skier, if HISC hits what we want, what we all should do is meet at a restaurant and celebrate HISC, I am serious. I played MRKL.OB in the past $.37 cents to my recollection, hit $4.00

Caty, I might be rich now, how about a 52 year old man (just kidding). By the way, must of my friend are wealthy. I do have a rolex on, does not mean I am wealthy, LOL,

Skier, I said I can support some of you, I did not say that I will do it, LOL.
Check out this article, would HISC be involve knowing they have a unique product?
http://www.spacenewsfeed.co.uk/2007/18February2007_24.html
The reality is there is a little for the small guys. Didn't HISC projected that within the next three years (2006- 2008) they will gross over 125 million?
The fact that HISC has the rights to the push talk GPS they will be the only company pushing it unless they license it to their competitors which I think they will do.
Every business want the best and complete, HISC rights will give them that.
Every penny HISC goes up I make a nice profit, my sell order is .25, once it hits it I will be able to support several of you guys, LOL.
Is Copper Fox still doing business with HISC?
Article is last year dated May 10, 2007 - States what is considered a business partner (a co-release).
Copper Fox Metals Inc. (Tier2) (CUU) | Stock Cloud [Beta]
THis link 2007 just shows that Actsoft is a leader (read below)
http://www.mikeflom.com/wirelessappsandlbs
The first integrated GPS, programmable cellular devices in the U.S. were the Motorola i88s and i58sr iden Handsets, offered by Nextel (now Sprint-Nextel). These programmable J2ME devices had integrated GPS receivers, a network-assisted GPS (A-GPS implementation) which dramatically helps certain parts of GPS perormance, application programming interfaces (API's) accessible to developers, and a mostly open development environment. These features were critical to the takeoff of the current consumer and enterprise wireless location-based services mass-market. Portable Internet, Actsoft and IT2ME (now part of Actsoft) quickly introduced popular GPS Tracking products and were followed by @Road, Gearworks,Telenav, Xora and others. Telenav,Networks in Motion and others added wireless voice navigation which proved to be a key LBS application.
Check out this link .... TeleNav is big but read the below paragraph.
http://varssystemintegrators.phoneplusmag.com/articles/825/73h291633265385.html?src=/wireless.html
The leading vendors of GPS location-based services (LBS) are TeleNav Inc., Xora Inc., Gearworks Inc. and ActsoftInc., although there are many more. Xora GPS Time Tracker and Actsoft Comet Tracker are exclusive to Sprint Nextel, but TeleNav's applications are available and billable through Sprint Nextel, AT&T (formerly Cingular) and Alltel. Verizon Wireless has rebranded Gearworks' etrace application as its Field Force Manager data offering.
I knew I read that last year. I brought up the page because I thought they were mentioning it again. I just looked at the date 2006. My mistake, but is good once in a while to bring up what they are doing with their product.
Did anyone read this story on the high speed train with HISC product?

If I may interfere, it took me less then a minute.

Wasn't you the one that said I should do my DD? (Humor) Now how did I get that one? Anyway, I am trying to see if I get a link to Lockheed, and I am not saying that lockheed is a partner nor am I trying to pump the stock. Pumping only hurts the stock. I thing if we can show who is HISC the public eyes will realize that HISC is for real.
Read the side, they say partners
