Waiting for updated documents from the company. Form 10 being canceled usually means changes coming. R/S is already built into the price, if it happens.

Form 10 filing has been canceled. Until we get further info from the company it is all speculation.

Also the filing that includes the reverse split has been canceled. Some changes coming. Traders hear R/S and sell. Some are going to be very surprised when the announced R/S is canceled.

Exactly profit is the key. A/S has no bearing on the value of the company. Concentrate on the O/S, that sets the value of the company and thus stock price.

Look for companies that are not diluting their O/S.

I loaded in the penny range every time it dipped last year. I am comfortable with my position. This should be a great long term hold. A growing industry with a very credible CEO, great share structure, everything I look for in a long term hold. Oh and NO dilution...LOL

Yep, happens all the time. One of the reasons level 2 is not as useful as it once was. Flash big bids to induce buying, or big asks to induce selling. Traders fall into the trap.

Yep, Vol always hits before the news. CEO said in the latest video they are in discussions with multiple HEMP farmers, maybe something there. Or could it be that some funding is coming in to the pool. Will traders see what SPZI can be with funding. Some are seeing the vol. and momo on twitter. Todays vol. very encouraging.

LOL, big money has been entering CC's for the last year. Ever heard of TESLA, used Carbon credits early on. Hard to say if Spooz will make it, but there is no doubt about the sector.

According to company, they are looking at leasing the assets not purchasing to start with. Could control a much larger forest, or multiple forests with investor money. Carbon credits would pay 30% to landowner, 70% to spooz. Still need operating capital from what I hear. Maybe something coming, if so we should see vol. pick up.

Snow, I agree on my numbers being very optimistic. I will update them up or down as we get more info. from the company. I have tried to be conservative by using lower pool numbers and lower PE. The numbers are public knowledge directly from Katz and listed in the business plan. If the company performs the numbers will take care of themselves.

Agree Snow. The kind of money they have been talking is huge. Those that have not payed attention will now. My numbers based on 100 million in the pool and a PE of 15 get us to .015-.02.

When all the FUD was going on the last 30 days I confirmed Katz was fully involved. I added the .0017's.

Maybe the video coming will fill in some more holes. Be nice to hear from Mr. Katz and funding time line.

Glad your along, you keep it real. There will be no pumping to a $1.00 next week pumps. Long term who knows. I very seldom hold a penny long term, if the company continues to implement the plan this is a no brainer long.
