Thanks Tina. Keep 'em rolling.
nice find! good to have some info verified by outside sources.
Interesting read, but it's old news, pre CPRK. Check out page 11 on milford area exploration and page 13, 14 for WUCC (pre-CPRK).
A lot has been done since then--particularly on the Hidden Treasure mine which is actively being worked and ore stockpiled for milling and the 95%+ completion of the best "state of the art" flotation mill in the industry.
I don't think we can plan on the mill being ahead of schedule, but it looks pretty solid for the thanksgiving timeline altho a slip of a week or two might still happen. Ore bodies are real and production is just weeks away now.
I'd like to see this one move up to the OTC:BB. Intentions are wonderful, but actions are powerful. I know it takes a lot of money, time and effort to post financials, but that is what needs to happen for this one to take off.
Hey Tina,
Good to see all the folks you've brought to the party. I've been at the mine three times now, the last time was about 3 weeks ago. Each time there has been so much progress it is mind boggling. The third week of November should be bonus time for all of us CPRKers.
This is definitely the real deal and with dividends promised will be awesome for longs.
Restricted shares coming up for legend removal in december
I'm a believer. I'll check out the site
That's how a 504 is structured. A 504 has to be for services such as pr, etc. Otherwise it is a violation of SEC rules.
My info is that they just signed up for another round
Sorry to be redundant, but the claytraders chart is fantastic. Kudos to all.
Hi Tina. Good to see you as a mod. Holy cow, I've been away from the board for a couple of days and it's gone crazy! Thanks for bringing some attention to us.
I echo JTF's assessment on the timeline for the mill. We were told last month in a meeting at the mill that the anticipated soft opening would be around Thanksgiving. It will take about 3 weeks for the mill to be "perfected"--getting the bugs out, but it all depends on vendors getting equipment installed & running on time. Toshiba for example.
The mill will process ore throughout the start up process, so hang in there folks. We are really close and with production close at hand the price will start moving up.
Onward and upward.
Alexander Lindale is doing the 504. Look them up for DD.
How did you clear it up?
Nice to see them go for the OTC:BB. They need some volume
WSV is a promoter.
I agree, but it needs to have volume
Movement back up to previous levels. They have a 504 in place. Could go up, but then with a 504, the bottom usually drops out again very quickly. I will watch this one and might play, but we all need to be wary knowing a 504 is in the works.
Peace-o to you too Muley.
Can you say copper for Turkey Day?
Muley,
Still hearing that finance outlook is positive and Thanksgiving is the target date and should be met. No significant slippage, but some expectations are based on vendors delivering components on time.
Don't eat any more sausage. Your pigs will get nervous.
It was my distinct impression when visiting with Mark at the mine a couple of weeks ago that Mark was confident he would be able to raise the couple of million needed to bring the mill into production. He also said that after the soft start it would take approximately 1-3 weeks to get all the bugs out of the new system so it was operating efficiently.
Of course, in any operation as complex as this mill there will undoubtedly be some unexpected issues come up, but with this thing being so close and Mark so determined, I believe we'll see copper processed in December.
High Grade! Hang in there Muley.
Wow. 65% gain. That's great. CPRK will be as or more golden when the mill starts producing 60% copper.
What JTF neglected to say is that the pile is also stacked about 40-50 feet tall on one end. There's a lot of high grade ore there just waiting for the mill to become operational.
Think Thanksgiving, cause it will be for all of us.
As the nation turns more to alternative energy like wind & solar, lots of demand for copper!
Here's a link to an article in the Salt Lake Deseret news that talks about the wind farm being developed just to the north west of the mine property:

Just to reaffirm to everyone. I was with JTF & old fart at the mine and MD told us in no uncertain terms that there would not be any R/S. I think we can all relax and not worry about a R/S happening in the near future. In fact he talked quite extensively about providing dividends to investors. That's how positive he is about the future of the mine. After seeing the mill again, I'm a believer.
The mill progress is incredible. Absolutely amazing. I've been there three times now and we will be in production by the end of the year--so good times are coming. The LT bond will happen and under favorable conditions. Timing on the LT financing is up in the air a bit, but it will happen.
I don't know. Has anybody called Boyd Sousanna?
Okay grandpa, but just remember--my wife took my camera that day. Must be another old fart
Muley, you're just too funny...but ya missed. It's not the old fart you're thinking about.
I was with JTF at Milford on the 18th. Mark said in no uncertain terms that there would be NO reverse split.
Mark said some new pr's are coming out, but the big news is that the plant will be operational some time around Thanksgiving and there will be a dividend distributed sometime in the next 6-9 months.
We didn't ask about the web, but will pass on your very good concerns to Mark and Dave--who is a go-to, get-it-done kind of guy.
Yeah you old fart. We rode in the same car and your eyes were as big as mine. You even jumped a foot off the ground when that blast went off. And I saw you stuffing your pockets with rock samples. It's a wonder your pants stayed up.
After seeing the progress on the mill & talking with Mark, if any of you have any money in your piggy bank. BUY NOW!
Don't worry about fussing around with financials. Go see this place. Talk with Mark or any of the other officers.
This one is a gold (er...copper mine)! Gold included free of charge.
WOW
Just got back from the Mill at Milford. WOW!
I last visited in April and even though I've seen pictures of the progress since then, I was not prepared for what I saw. Along with about 5 other investors, we had a 2 hour meeting with Mark Dotson and VP Mark McMullin. We also saw one of the biggest shots (dynamite--or whatever they use--it's called something else) that blew off a shelf of overburden that was probably 150 to 200 feet wide. Incredible.
But the really amazing thing is the progress on the mill. 3 new huge overhead cranes have been installed. Most of the pipes & connections from the crushers (one of the last pieces of big equipment to be installed in October) to the ball mills to the separation tanks to the settling vats (2 about 60 feet tall & 2 more at about 25 feet tall & many others for final settling).
The lower part of the mill is big enough to put a 727 airliner inside. The conduit trays are in place, the server room is getting close & the control room is waiting for the $1mm plus computer controls.
Ally,
Thanks for the info. I knew Muley was a genius.
Ally, I agree, Muley always posts the most amazing things and they are exactly what I am thinking. How does he do that?
But you always say Muley knows CPRK better than anyone. You're going to have to explain to me how Muley has such insight. Not that I don't believe you. I always believe everything you say.
Muley, you always say what the rest of us think.
That great wisdom you get must come from slopping the hogs.
Go CPRK
Zippo
I believe old fart is planning on going to the mill on thursday and meeting with mark dotson.
Great news on bridge financing...next step production!
yes, look back thru the cprk history for someone named wilf
I don't know, but he is based out of Sandy, Utah. Maybe it's WB incarnate.
