trust darwin, Except for the fact that no one knows if SLJB ever made 16MM dollars NET. Think about it. If a business made $16,000,000.00 NET per year, with a 22% profit margin, the gross would have to be around $67,000,000.00. Do you think SLJB has EVER sold 67MM dollars worth of materials in one year? - Misterbull
Only seven (7) more days until July 5th. - Misterbull
MrGoodBuddy,
My thoughts are to hold what I have. Very negative to not have management put out a PR for so long. No excuse really. When and if I can get out of this stock at break even I will. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone now. Management is too uninformative and probably always will be. - Misterbull
wrongjoe, Stay in touch. I like your postings. - Misterbull
Misterbull is not happy!
My post:
From 5-2-07,
joebouganim, What doesn't look good? Well: 1. Lack of information about the buy-out or name of company or person wanting to buy us out. 2. Too much information (in PR's) from management about the stock price and wanting to get it higher verses information about production and sales. 3. The picture of our three illustrious leaders standing at the building entrance of the reported auditors, with the auditor's name purposefully in plain view. 4. The transfer agent's past clientele. 5. The use of ANY excuse to postpone negotitations to sell any company. 6. The way the share price is holding and the volume of daily shares have to fall in order to keep the stock above $0.10, (tends to look like management is dumping, but keeping the share price up). 7. I own this stock. So there are seven things that don't look good! Right now I give the cash buy-out story about a 2% chance. We will just have to stick around and see. - Misterbull
My, My, My!
christoph524, You never answered my question. - Misterbull
exceo, Me too! - Misterbull
jstick2000, You are right. - Misterbull
jstick2000, Yes it is a stock dividend. However the PR indicated the stock dividend would be taken care of along with the buy-out. Makes me think Aurus will calculate our dividend shares and send cash (one check to people that still own the stock) when the buy-out is complete. - Misterbull
invenstor, That is true. However with the buy-out, chanches are good that the stock dividend will never be issued. It would be more prudent to just add the cash payment ($0.55) for the dividend shares, and just send one check to the stockholders that still own the stock & one dividend check to the people who owned the stock on the record date for their dividend shares. - Misterbull
Thirty One more days until the court date. - Misterbull
jstick2000, That link is wrong. The EXdividend date for a CASH DIVIDEND, has nothing to do with when the stock holders of record (on the record date) are paid the dividend. Other than the fact that the transfer agent has to know who the shareholders were on the record date, so he can send the dividends to the correct people. - Misterbull
dcjr4107, The $0.55 / share buy-out was announced as accepted on May 16th. It's been thirteen (13) whole business days since then. If news had been pouring out from the company all this time, I would have sold. The deal still looks real to me. - Misterbull
invenstor, Please pay attention!
When a dividend is announced: A date of record is established. This allows the transfer agent to know who to pay the dividend to, which would be ALL the owners of the stock after the close of business on that record date. It's called the record date because the owners of the stock are on record as owning the stock. These are the stock owners that will get the dividend. People who buy the stock after the record date will not get the dividend. They are buying the stock EXdividend. The actual payment of the dividend may be days, weeks or months after the record date. Still those people who owned the shares at the close of business on the RECORD DATE, will get the dividend. - Misterbull
4gemz, IMHO your magic 8 ball speaks with forked tongue. - Misterbull
Only 37 more days until the OSC hearing for sljb. It will be interesting to see who are the liers, the OSC or sljb management. Wonder who it could be? - Misterbull
farside, The exdividend date is only a date when people buy the stock, they do not get the dividend (they are one day late). The shareholders record date (date of record) is the DAY and ONLY DAY that stock owners will receive the dividend. Also the dividend will be paid for each share, one time to the shareholders of record on the date of record. If the shareholders of the record date later sold their shares THEY still get the dividend; NOT the people who later bought the shares. - Misterbull
pbr, The MM's are not doing anything to the price of this stock. It is not "Totally Manipulated" as you indicate. The management of Aurus has CHOSEN to remain vague about the "buy-out" which is a RED FLAG, BIG TIME. The only thing keeping this stock price down is the doubt that a $0.55 all cash buy-out will happen. With the price at .125 and the "buy-out" at .55; division will give us a 23% confidence factor that the buy-out will happen. I'm a shareholder and have been a lot longer than I've been posting on this board. I'm holding to see if this is legit, or another POS like SLJB. GLTY - Misterbull
A distributed dividend would not be wise if indeed a buy-out is in progress. Why not just cut one check to the shareholders and former shareholders for their shares including their dividend shares. I see no dividend distribution as a positive for the buy-out. - Misterbull
Forty Eight more days until July 5th. - Misterbull
Heartbeat, 60M is Sixty Thousand. The "M" stands for Mil, as in Millennium which is One Thousand. Now if you use two M's then you multiply M times M or 1,000 times 1,000 which equals One Million or 60MM. - Misterbull
stluc, The BOD (who own the majority of the shares) has recommended shareholders to accept the $0.55 buy-out offer. Therefore the majority vote has already been made. I think the shareholders that control the minority float are insurance for the BOD that the buyer will follow through with the buy-out. - Misterbull
7539, Thank You! Adding more. - Misterbull
Could I get an L2 from someone please? Thanks! - Misterbull
tombrady12nh, Yes we are so fortunate to be down just over 400% since managements lies and dumping shares through nominee stock accounts to the tune of $11,000,000.00. It just makes me feel so fortunate to be associated with this company and all of the pumpers on this stock board. NOT! - Misterbull
12ring, Still here, expounding my opinion that SLJB is a scam pump & dump and that management are going to prison for securities fraud. - Misterbull
just4fun2, Yes it is excellent news. Audited financials by an auditing firm with legal auditing issues, that should show SLJB lied BIG TIME about their earnings in 2006. AIMHO of course. Great News! WOW! Load the boat! - Misterbull
poiuyt20011, The announcement should come after market close today. IMO the offer for the $0.55 per share will be rejected (75% chance). If a higher sale price was offered I think it will be accepted. If it is accepted it's OK with me. However this may just be the first round of a negotiation for a fair price for the company. The prospective buyer may come back later and offer more. - Misterbull
El Camino, It will be interesting to see if the crooks at SLJB laud the legal system when the shoe is on the other foot. As indicated before, it is apparent the "issue" involved PV and had NOTHING to do with SLJB. The crooked lying jerks at SLJB work for ME, a stockholder. Hopefully they will not be working at SLJB much longer. - Misterbull
Fifty Five more days to go before the OSC hearing! - Misterbull
invenstor, Do you really believe MM's and naked shorts have anything to do with the price of this stock, other than meaningless rhetoric to divert attention away from real company issues? - Misterbull
nhsidelines, 20MM revenue in 24 months at 1.5% net profit margin / year = $300,000.00 divided by 2 = $150,000.00 profit per year. They could do much better with a pump & dump; As we have just seen. AIMHO. - Misterbull
asus, How TRUE, how TRUE! LOL. - Misterbull
christoph524, Good observation. If this management does not culminate the buy-out, I'll have to say they were slick in their pump & dump. From my view, we either get the deal on the table, or a better deal. I just hope there is no deal or a deal involving anything except cash. A delay in tomorrows PR would also not be good. Personally I think they can pull off the all cash sale, unless all of this hype was a pump & dump ruse. - Good Luck To All Of Us. - Misterbull
capecoralguy, Nice observation. Hope you are right! - Misterbull
ZigZagZen, LOL. - Misterbull
Hock, It's just an "imaginary" statement, first made by the Canadian Authorities. - Misterbull
prosperousone, I'm sure SLJB will be #1 on the board on or about July 5th. - Misterbull
guy42i, Don't forget the extra $11,000,000.00 they stole from stockholders. - Misterbull
