I've been posting DKAM Progress as I learn things as well as others on the Board. Don't act like you don't know that things are behind their intended goals for a number of reasons / variables. DKAM continues to make progress in a tough economy and a tough business environment. As you know DKAM works with other businesses / companies who have had their own issues. Some things are just not in DKAM's control. That's the nature of business. Some people who work so hard to come across as "intelligent," in terms of stocks and the market / strategy, appear to know very little about doing business, and what it takes to run a company, especially in these unprecedented times of very tough economics. This company would have already folded under lesser Management IMO.

The NAYSAYERS like to call reasons for slower progress excuses. To each his own. We are invested in a small cap company with a niche in the market with experienced management who are working hard to make progress and even struggling at times. We rely on CONSUMER Spending which is at a 25 year low presently. HELLO!!

The Posters with a negative agenda will continue along their negative lines. The Pumpers will keep pumping and the fence riders will continue to ride. The President and his cronies will continue to claim CRISIS and blame Republicans (who also SCREWED UP) while they take care of their friends with Bailouts and so called STIMULUS(??)packages which are nothing more than charity for the ELITE that keep bringing down the markets and economy lower everyday. They are BANKRUPTING THIS NATION. They are either REALLY Freakin Dumb or, even more scary, REALLY FREAKIN SMART IF this is all due to an agenda that is working for them (the ELITE).

Personally, I believe that we have a winner here over time, a long time possibly now. That's IF the whole economy doesn't crash because obviously over time the dollar will be worth a WHOLE LOT LESS. Keep printing boys. Like EVERYONE else caught up in the AMERICAN Economy, Banks, Homeowners, Unemployed workers "WE ARE ALL IN TROUBLE," BIG TROUBLE, if Americans don't wake up and smell the coffee the CRIMINALS in Congress / Washington are brewing. I agree with you in terms of the Time Frame presented and the current situation appearing to be two different things.

Where we differ in opinion is that you question the integrity of the CEO (& Company)in terms of the Time Line. I, on the other hand, understand, and take into consideration, the economic climate that DKAM is currently operating. I have already publicly acknowledged that I was wrong to hold the company to a Time Line. This is why I changed the Title to DKAM Progress. The information I come across is rock solid or I wouldn't post it. So, we didn't have 5 Cognac Markets in January (which was the Goal) but we'll have 6 Markets plus Kid Rock Beer in April. I think setting aggressive goals shows a sense of excitement and Passion by our CEO and company. They are only slowed down by things they can't control. A claim of a lack of integrity by our CEO couldn't be further from the truth or reality and that's a FACT. DKAM has been one of the most PR'd and Transparent Small Caps in OTC history.

EVERYTHING the CEO has said is coming to fruition. It's not coming along exactly according to the (agressive) plan, or as fast as I would like, but that's the nature of a start up in the early years, NOTHING more. The economy is bad, the market is down, credit is tight for everyone not just DKAM. I'll reserve my judgement for 3 more quarters. Actually I'm excited about what's right around the corner. I know that we all will be very happy with Kid Rock Beer, Leyrat Cognac and Topless progress throughout 2009 not to mention Olifant Growth and TRUMP recognition.

Slow down my brother. Let's see things develop one step at a time. The Company is working VERY hard to make strides in Marketing, Sales, Delivery and Inventory with 3 NEW Products (Beer and BOOZE are 2 different animals).

There WILL BE some "Rob Peter to Pay Paul," for a while. This is where the EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE of our CEO, BOD and MANAGMENT come in to play not to mention the Marketing Niche that IS DKAM. Nothing is going to happen real fast in this economy. I would be VERY Happy to be wrong. IMO COACH

"Crack a Bottle" sold 418,000 downloads, surpassing the prior record of 335,000 downloads shifted last October by T.I.'s "Live Your Life" featuring Rihanna.

Eminem, Dr. Dre and 50 Cent, each with highly anticipated albums on the way, previously collaborated on "Encore," which peaked at No. 25 on the Hot 100 in January 2005.

I would have to agree you some of what you say. The main thing is we have to be patient. No other choice for us that are not in control. You have to make the decision for yourself. Are they scamming us or are they going to produce?? We have to give it more time to develop whether we like it or not.

In terms of Dilution. I don't understand why people that are in control of the situation would shoot themselves in the foot when they own so many shares. Maybe it's a scam of epic proportions involving TRUMP, DRE, 50 CENT, Willie Nelson, Paul Newman and the owners of Leyrat Cognac too. I don't know. Time will tell. Be patient. I know it's tough, I'm not crazy about waiting myself. IMO. Coach

All I said was there was a reason for SNEAKY to follow it. No BLIND faith so please don't assume. I'm basically in the same shoes you are looking at it from a different perspective that's all brother.

Sweat Equity was probably the wrong choice of words but DKAM would certainly have a vested interest. As far as Managing a Brewery, the DKAM Management certainly would have a keen sense of what the OPERATIONS employees have to do and need to accomplish. Great management becomes successful by hiring and delegateing to the RIGHT people in the right situations, with the RIGHT skills and those decisions come from years of experience based on business knowledge.

Business is ALL about relationships. The DKAM CEO and BOD have many years of experience and quite a quality network as well. DKAM is involved with some major players, some we know of, some we don't. You really don't know what could happen here. Maybe nothing. It's not always about being right or wrong. We'll find out soon enough. Good luck. Coach

I'm thinking that although they are bigger than DKAM they may not be in the financial position to make the LABATT move without significant backing from deep pockets. Hence, they are in the same POSITION as DKAM.

Don't underestimate SNEAKY. He doesn't pick things out of thin air and embellish. Believe me, in his mind, (with DD from somewhere)there is a reason for bringing up KPS. He has a solid reason for believing there is a connection. If he was at liberty to share his reasoning or if he was absolutly positive (without a doubt)he would have made it clear.

It does appear that KPS is a serious player here and if so they will be looking for someone to MANAGE the brewery. If it were me, I'd be looking for industry veterans who would be fully invested with a combination of cash, stock and sweat equity. Someone who may have their own products that may need a place for production. A Company perhaps who would enhance our brewery production / business right out of the gate with a popular NEW product. Just a thought. IMO. Coach
