No, Nexus has been in bussiness for years. They are a client of TRNP who own 75% of NXNO.

Later in the conversation when I stressed how important it was to get this info out he said he would check on it and call me back. I explained to him I am a faithful investor who has already talked with Tim. He said new contracts with China and Peurto Rico. He said they are very busy. He said Nexus is going to become very successful because of their technology.

Update: just got of the phone with Mike King. First off, he replied to me just as he did to others here that bussiness is great. He repeated what he said to someone else that if investors need updates every day the're in the wrong stock. I explained to Mike that I am a patient investor and always have been, but it has been since Feb 19th since an update! I presssed him for more detailed info on Nexus. He said they are meeting their contract obligations and have picked up additional contracts with China and Peaurto Rico no less. He said they're technology is is very high demand. I said Mike we have to update the shareholders. He slipped that a PR is coming today. He said he'd check on it and call me back. More to come hopefully.

But DF, with the contract they have in place now, if they can turn 1.7M monthly, we are in pig heaven. This could be a diamond right now with everthing already in place. Perhaps that's why the share restructuring sooner rather than later.

I think what is happenning now is Nexus is regaining control of their share structure, through financing by using additional shares. That does not mean the shares are going to be flooding the market. That being said future profitability depends on the success of the restructuring. We hopefully will come out of this on top and independant of TRNP. We know Nexus has been quiet for sixty days. Are we in a required quiet period?

I understand Allen, but a form 144 would have to be filed before the sale, and then a form 4 would have to be filed after the sale. Right DF?
