It works for me... Try rebooting your computer.
Actually. You too can hide your bids if you've the right trading software. I think Tradestation, CyberX allows you that option.
By the time it has direct impact, you can shove all your callous and shallowness up yours and eat it.
Its not all about money, but you wouldn't know that.
<People here are interested in trading for money.>
DUH... But not everyone lacks a heart like you.
Actually, NK can have a devastating impact on the market. They pose a bigger threat than Iraq militarily. Besides the fact that Kim Jong is just at psychotic as Saddam, NK do have nukes and close enough to us to launch. So you SHOULD care.
Syl.. My question is how many Jews didn't show up to work at WTC prior to 9/11?
Zeev.. Do you see QLGC retracing the 37 area again tomorrow? Nasty red stick today.
Pull up the weekly chart of OVER.. There's clearly a 5 waves coiling triangle since April which as of today, has broken the lower TL.. That portends much lower lows if the triangle is correct me thinks. Plus the weekly MACD, STOCH, RSI are all pointing down.
Augie.. ROFLMBO !!!
Very Nice.
Wolko... BRCM highest price was 16.71. Your data is incorrect.
Nicholas is shady IMO.. Selling his shares like theres no tomorrow... His resignation smells fishy to me although news say he resigned because of serious family matters.
Thanks.. Next trip 14.5, but I'm taking my profit now.
I hope so.. I'm short. some support at 15.
BRCM CEO Nicholas resigned.
Bob.. Can you get rid of this spammer.

Here is a very, very gloomy Ewave count of QLGC. Not saying it'll happen, but certainly worth remembering. Courtesy of AllansAlias of SI.
http://www.angelfire.com/art/brafoo/QLGC.htm
QLGC opening at below 40 would mitigate an island reversal. 39 won't hold this time with gap below 38 looming. Another gap at 35.
WOW!! What did he say? Just got back from picking the offspring to see it under 40.
My goodness. QLGC all over the place. How did the CC go? My sound card is bad so couldn't hear CC.
That would be my guess as well for QLGC... The run from mid 30s has been on little volume, plus too many gaps below its current price need filling.
No thanks... I abhor the woman and her views.
Montana... You are right. I just pulled up the url to the info, and was purported to be a hoax... Although when I read it months ago, it was thought to be factual.
I edit my post.
The question isn't whether they worked hard, the question is whether they worked harder. More appropriately, do they deserve the obscene salary they're receiving while their lesser employees are robbed of their retirement?
redwards...
Are you trying to tell us Jack Welch, L. Ellison, A. Bryant, Gates, Nicholas ect.. work harder than the employees they employ (whom BTW, get a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of the CEO's obscene salary)?
Xtremely poor analogy of Democrats and Republicans.
Anyone else notice negative divergences on the 30/60 min charts of DOW and COMP? If this is indicative of whats to come, we may have seen the top today.
I read somewhere today that SNDK is building a new factory in Asia. There are some concerns that they may need to raise cash to pay for the expense. Raising cash = convertable offerings = stock dilution = ship jumping in a few traders is my guess. <G>
Sorry, can't find link to news.
Zeev.. Looks like SNDK just violated the NL of a H&S (daily chart)... with gusto volume too.
Maine... Makes no difference whether you're short or long, its the cash amount and total value that determine your daytrading power.
I agree the rules are rediculous.
Maine... I forget to add daytrading power is based on the amount of cash available in your account at EOD. So, despite your net gain, if your cash amount is less than the previous day, today's daytrading power today would be less today.
One more thing, when you added your position, the daytrading margin shown has not been recalculated since calculation is not posted til the NEXT day. Which is why you see the discrepancy.
Maine.. Sorry, didn't catch the net gain. I guess the next question is, did you add more position yesterday?
Maine. The question is, is your account higher or lower at yesterday's close than the previous day? Today's daytrading margin is calculated based on stocks' value as of yesterday's close (4:00). So if your account lost some money yesterday, today's daytrading margin would be less.
Now we're building that right shoulder. 1425 should be the next stop. First we need to correct a little before taking off again.
Thank you Larry for sharing that. I enjoyed it.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!!
Noalias,
Fleck is one of the few on the streets that IS objective and HONEST. I'd prefer him over Abbey Jo or Joey Baggadonuts any day.
What is 110 mil when they'll be right back to stealing billions again next year. Spitzer sold investors out IMO. Meanwhile, petty theft criminals get years in jail for stealing a few thousands. How's that for justice.
Zeev... Thanks for the clarification.. I feel better now. :)
ZEEV. The reason I asked is if 15 out of 1m people contract the virus and pass it to a nonvacinnated person. Wouldn't that be exposing the virus itself to the rest of the population? If so, isn't Bush himself be re-introducing the virus as a potential plague again?
ZEEV.. I heard that small pox vaccine can cause small pox in a very small percentage of people who receive the vaccine. Is that correct?
Maybe, but FWIW, MACD on the 30min rolled over and up trendline since the low was violated at 5.10
